Brothers and Sisters how r u inshallah good?

How many minutes before sunrise can we pray morning prayer?

Thank You

(wasalam)

(salam)

Alhamdulilah I'm good

I pray right after I hear the adhan of fajr

we are allowed to pray until sunrise so it doesn't become Qaza. However, if sunrise has past, we must still perform the prayer with the intention of 'Qaza'

whatever the calculated time according to Shia time table, it is best to add 12 to 15 minutes and then pray. This is the advice of Seyid Muhammad Rizvi of Toronto and not mine.

For men, start with adhan and iqama, according to brother macisaac for all prayers do not leave off iqama and for maghrib and fajr both adhan and iqama should not be left off.

Important Note: Since there is a difference of opinion among the experts on the fajr times, it is strongly recommended that: (1) You add 12 to 15 minutes to the fajr time because saying the salaat before its proper time will make the salaat batil. (2) You may start fasting by the imsac time given in the time-table because abstaining from muftirat even before the fajr time does not harm your fasting.
