God gives and forgives, man gets and forgets.

Ask the value of a year to a student who failed their exams. Ask the value of a month to a mother who's given a premature birth. Ask the value of a day to a father working to feed his deprived family.

We are meant to be God's servants, yet He is always serving us.

“In what way shall I describe this world; whose beginning is grief and whose end is
destruction! The lawful actions performed here have to be accounted for, while for
the forbidden ones there is punishment. Whoever is rich here faces mischief, and
whoever is poor gets grief. One who hankers after it does not get it. If one keeps
away from it, then it advances towards him. If one sees through it, it would bestow
him sight, but if one has his eye on it, then it would blind him.”

Ohhhh contraire

It is a neo-nazi quote.

See: wikipedia, Kevin_Alfred_Storm

Yep. And the original one should be,

“To determine the true rulers of any society, all you must do is ask yourself this question: Who is it that I am not permitted to criticize?”

Animals have emotion, but no intellect,

My disagreement is secular. Here is why:

About fifty years ago l read -whatever-  written by a veterinarian about children and animals. In it, he said people in general confuse sensation with emotion.  As l remember how he wrote out his example, lf l smack a dog and it tears up, that is a reaction to a sensation and not a "you made it cry emotion".

So replace emotion with sensations to make the statement plausible?
