ImAli
I've never bought any online.....but I do browse. Some of the nicest ones I have seen are on ebay (turkish hijab and silk hijab). The merchandise seems to change more on ebay too......I noticed that some of the online stores keep the same things for years.

Advanced Member UmmAhmad Posted August 23, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 I don't buy online, but I do look, and the most inexpensive hijabs I have seen are from pearl daisy. A lot of them are less then 10$. I have very rarely bought hijabs as they are mostly given to me as a gift from someone. If you live in the States, check Burlington's Coat Factory- though they are not exactly cheap. Belk and JC Penny's, sometimes have hijabs in their clearance section. Even Banana Republic sells scarves that are expensive, but later in the year are marked down (I got one that was originally 40$ for 11$). :)

Veteran Member -Enlightened Posted August 23, 2012 Veteran Member Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 (edited) Salaam !i am a very active eBayer and I would give 4/5 on their Hijab and Abaya. Sometimes they come in dirty even though its written new . Sometimes they're way too large , way too small..they're very cheap though. I got my very beautiful abaya for 30-40$ shipping included. those new emirates style .The username of the seller on eBay was ''Aneemasadiq'' but she doesn't sell anymore. I would recommend her otherwise.EDIT : I think sister zainab94 has an online Hijab and Abaya store. I checked her clothes once and they were really nice !! I recommend it Edited August 23, 2012 by -Enlightened Noura_Shi'a

As a gift from a sister to a sister. :)Sister, it is an honour to hear this from u  By saying this, i feel like u gave me a gift even if i dont have it physically. ^_^But instead of giving it to me, u can give it to women/girls that doesnt live in a good condition, that can hardly use their money to buy a new hijab for Eid etc. Salaam !i am a very active eBayer and I would give 4/5 on their Hijab and Abaya. ImAli
Yh they were lol it said something like 32inches that sounded big enough but ther too small for me maybe theyl work for u though :)You need at least 36 inches.....42 inch squares are best but hard to find unless you are in Lebanon or somewhere else in the middle east. With the 36 inches you can wear an underscarf or matching bonnet and wear it further back on your head, but I don't like it this way. I prefer to cover the entire under scarf by using a 42 inch scarf. Try to google 42 inch square silk hijab.http://www.gypsyleanings.com/Square-Scarves_c25.htm;jsessionid=14686997737AF1951BBDB2A31E167FFE.qscstrfrnt03This store on ebay (click on the scarf to see the measurments...most of them are 40 inches!) http://stores.ebay.com/Clothing-Bags-and-Scarfs/SCARFS-/_i.html?_fsub=2669847013&_sid=1024104693&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silk-Purple-Scarf-Floral-Square-Stole-Women-Wear-Neck-Pure-Silk-Scarves-/120972676152?pt=US_Scarves_Wraps&hash=item1c2a888c38#ht_3678wt_1265http://www.ebay.com/itm/TRADITIONAL-STYLE-PURE-SILK-SCARF-HUMAN-PRINTED-FANCY-WOMEN-SCARVES-SUMMER-WEAR-/120951225159?pt=US_Scarves_Wraps&hash=item1c29413b47http://www.ebay.com/itm/GREY-FLORAL-100-PURE-SCARF-WOMEN-WEAR-SHOULDER-NECK-TIE-HIJAB-WRAP-SCARVES-GIFT-/120920312006?pt=US_Scarves_Wraps&hash=item1c276988c6#ht_2987wt_1139 Noura_Shi'a

ImAli
This woman is hand rolling her own silk! I wish I had the patience. Maybe those of you with patience and a steady hand buy your own silk squares and hand roll it? No one else will have one like you either. another video Edited August 23, 2012 by ImAli
Advanced Member wonderer Posted August 23, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 ^ totally awesome! I might be able to do ONE just the one for a very special occasion lool, I am sure there r faster ways to doing it, like u can get that rolling affect with using a special foot on the sewing machine, but it won't be as delicate and neat, but it'll take MUCH faster lol ImAli

I am thinking about going to a fabric store and buying 44 inches x 44 inches of black silk or some nice pattern on sale (sturdy type for a scarf), some good needles, and a nice roll of thread......then have a go at it for a little while every evening while the kiddies sleep.I could really get into that....especially the long days of no electricity when I'm in Lebanon. Basic Members sister j Posted October 12, 2012 Basic Members Report Share Posted October 12, 2012 Salam sisters I get my pretty hijabs and abayas from a UK company at www.easternopulence.com (but they do post worldwide) - there's usually a good price/style/size range but they do make stuff to your requirements too if you don't see anything (that's why i use them!). I got some nice stuff for eid from them and was really happy with them & they do really fancy hijab accessories too... for an everyday hijab high street/ market shops are ok too :) Noura_Shi'a
