If it says it contains gelatine unless derived from a vegetable source then it is clearly haram... Some Oreo's in Australia are halal :P

Yes, good point Brother, I should of been morecareful in my post. Indeed, Sistani says it is haram but I also read another scholar's fatwa says it is hala as it undergoes some sort of chemical change?
