Eat Less, Sleep Less, Talk Less

Salam,

One could argue that many of us over indulge in eating, sleeping or talking too much. I was talking to someone and I was informed that Imam Ali a.s. said to "eat less, sleep less and talk less". I know Imam Ali a.s. said not to make your stomach a graveyard for animals but I am looking to find the statement of eating, sleeping and talking less.

Can someone find the saying, preferably from the nahjul balagha.
