(bismillah)

(salam)

I heard that the height of Nabi Adam (as) and the early Prophets (as) was 90 feet, 60 cubits, 28 meter....anyway, really, really, tall and all the Hadiths supporting this are from Ahlul Sunnah wal Jama'ah (not there is anything wrong with that).

Gigantic skeletons were also found in Egypt, Indian and 'Rub' al Khali (Saudi Arabia).

Can anyone please give me any Shi'i Hadiths or Riwayaat mentioning this or any trace of this?

Salam alikum,

I visited the grave of Hazrat Habeel, son of Hazrat Adam (as), on a hilltop, in the outskirts of Damascus, Syria. It is a long grave.

On the other hand, the grave of Hazrat Adam(as) and Hazrat Nuh (as) are just next to the grave of Hazrat Ali(as) in Najaf, Iraq and they do not appear that long.

I have heard that Hazrat Musa (as) was so tall that a person of today's age would only reach up to his ankle joint!

Allah Knows best.

Thank you and about Nabi Adam (as) and Nabi Nuh (as) , because they're buried there i dont think literally inside the Dharih, maybe they take up the whole Haram!!!........but Nabi Musa (as) was probably tall (7-10 ft. or so) but it was a long time after the giants, so i dont think it was so tall...rather probably twice our height.

Because i heard that people have decreased since the height of the 90 foot giants....the found a fifteen meter skeleton in Saudi Arabia....they thinks it of the 'Aad people.

But Allahu 'Aalim

I remember my mom telling me that people long ago were really tall like you said but kept shrinking and shrinking until the time of the Prophet (pbuh) and then people have been getting taller ever since. So the people in the time of the Prophet (pbuh) were supposedly the shortest and I do think I remember seeing pictures of graves from that time that were super small... I dunno. Interesting topic though I've always wondered about this.

But the Prophet (pbuh) 's feet are pretty big (average)....so the average persons body (to my knowledge) is 10x taller than his feet......but again, Allahu 'Alim
