Sorry to anyone who was inconvenienced by my decision to delete the off-topic posts.

I hold my hands up - I should have split the topic rather than deleted the posts. I'm sure a lot of research went into some of that material, so I can only ask you to forgive me.

I'm a new moderator so I'm still learning and I will learn from this to make a better decision next time.

Anyhow, please keep to the topic of thread.

Too many baseless opinions on these forums, I wouldn't be upset if you deleted every post ever made, too many people spreading kufr.

Salaam,

you alone is spreading ignorance with your tiresome defending of Yaser al-Habib.

You still owe all of us responses to the clear-cut statements posted by hameedeh, thenamelessone and Nader Zaveri that you either promised to 'turn back to' or 'ignored along the way'.

You can also unapproved posts. In this way, the posts would still be in this topic but they would not be visible to anyone but to mods.

Splitting topic with off-topic posts is also good. The other option is to delete post with the option for recovery (collapsible delete). Not sure if that option still exists.

Salam

You are the one with baseless opinions. For if you look in every forum, at sometimes, if someone confronted you with a issue, you wouldn't answer him, but quote someone else and start an argument with someone else.

Just like Yasser Habib, you like to go against the norms.

Can’t do that. Not a moderator. I was only sharing some tips with him. But once posts are deleted permanently, they are gone.

Please don't ask any more questions here. Just continue the discussion on the topic at hand.

Salaam,

This wasn't a discussion from the very begin; just a Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki that spreads fitna by clinging to "his rulers claim" as Mua'wiya did in response to al-Hasans letters. Astounding, history repeated itself time and time again, but people just look the other way.. What will the true Shi'i say about us from a century from now..

Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki: I am still waiting for all the answers you promised us - don't be a fool and say 'which/what/huh', just scroll to the very begin of the thread and look upon all the people that wasted time and effort in trying to guide your young mind, while you where to busy defending a right you don't even self understand.

Imami, no need to be rude. Fix your akhlaq inshallah before talking to me next time.

This isn't the only thing I do in my life, I don't remember everything someone says and I don't have time to read 6 pages of forums every time someone asks me a question.

If it's so easy to find then just copy and paste it for me because I don't know what you're talking about.

And don't say Salaam/With Salaams and put a bunch of insults between the two.

Wasalaam

And I doubt anyone has bothered to look at the information I posted a while ago

Akhi I know you're not directing anything at me, but I'm saying that you should direct any arguments you have against anyone (Ulema, Sheikh, Pupil, Non-Muslim, etc) in an academic manner. This way, we can learn from it, but if you just outright attack without any evidence, support, references, etc... then we are just throwing opinions around and nobody will learn, rather we will all be misguided this way.

So whenever I say anything I pray I always have references and an open-mind, I can be wrong, and am wrong often, but at least then I'm moving closer towards knowledge because I can identify which sources are true and which are false. But if I just use my opinion and have no source, there is nothing to substantiate my opinion which has no substance to begin with, it is like grabbing air. Let's grab something solid, something real, such as references for our statements inshallah.

I follow Sheikh Yasser al-Habib's knowledge, you should look on this website http://www.fadak.tv/...p?list=2∂=1

You can see from that link that Sheikh Yasser al-Habib has done many academic lectures, dozens of hours worth, he is an academic seeker of knowledge, he doesn't claim to be `Ulema, but he is a knowledgeable sheikh who happens to be mujtahid (look up mujtahid if you're not familiar), who studied under Ayatollah Sayed Mujtaba Shirazi (look him up if you're not familiar).

Some of his lectures are as follows:

الليالي المحمدية

الليالي الرمضانية

الليالي الحسينية

البحوث القرآنية

تحرير الإنسان الشيعي

الليالي الفاطمية

دروس الحوزة في الرواية والدراية والرجال

دروس الحوزة في القواعد الفقهية

تعليقات الشيخ الحبيب على الضجة

جلسات الحوار

بناء شخصية المستقبل

برنامج: كيف زُيِّف الإسلام؟

برنامج: أكذوبة عدالة الصحابة

So I ask you, does an ignorant armchair clown (or whatever) have so many lectures full of knowledge? Just listen to the lectures for yourself, if you don't speak Arabic then ask a trustworthy friend to listen and then tell you what he thinks. Of course you have free will, you don't have to do that, but it's good advice if you sincerely want to know the person you're against so strongly, you will either learn something which will increase your knowledge and imaan so you can become better, or you will learn something which will allow you to avoid misguidance so you can become better, in both cases you are learning and increasing your knowledge. Insha'Allah.

Salaam,

frankly I don't know what 'kind of Islam' you believe in, but the 'kind' I believe in, we as Muslims great one another with Salaam - even though we disagree.

Paradoxical, you speak of akhlaq to me: now that's strange. If I recall correctly - as you don't want to scroll thought all the previous pages - you alone was the one that disrespected all the creeds learn men and wished Hell as there final Home, just because they agreed upon a ruling that you could't comprehend! No truly you alone is the one lacking akhlaq Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki; but you can't understand this, you can't see this - because your religion is not based on contemplation, by blind following - the taqleed made forbidden in the Words of Lord on High. You defend Yasser al-Habib like it was a football-team and you are the biggest fan. It is this concept of fan-ization that I call 'idolization in disguise', because for you, Yasser al-Habib is completely right, for whatever he has said and what ever he will say. I would't be amazed that you will be the first "turn back on their heels" (cf. Q. 2:143) if he later on agrees with this ruling. There is a very famous saying, 'than if a fool drops a stone in a well, even 100 learned men can't get the stone out and restore the liveliness of the water'. The Persian collector of ahadith al-Tirmidhi was one of these fools - still now when everybody on a sound basis are refuting him and his teachings, some narrow-minded people find it in there advantage to support his view. Yasser al-Habib don't differ from al-Tirmidhi, even though his form is different.

I am only harsh in my statements, because you are - all my other post in other threads at SC testify to this; 'treat a donkey as a donkey and a learned as a learned'.

For starters, I already said Salaams in my original post. Which was sufficient inshallah, but I presume you haven't read the original post. I also said "Wasalaam" in my post above yours, but you didn't notice, because you probably don't read anything I write.

You're entitled to your opinion.

You're just assuming things and judging someone you don't know anything about.

There's no need to treat me like your enemy, I'm not defending Yasser like a fan, I'm just opening dialogue for discussion, you're the one turning it personal.

"Peace be with you, you're a blind follower, you worship your sheikh like he is a football team, i know you are but what am i, you're a donkey, with peace and well-wishes."

Please bro just think about the above, think about what you're saying, and don't respond, just spend some time thinking and less communicating.

Inshallah.

Sincere Salaams, as I did in the beginning.

Salaam,

Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki you are neither a donkey or a learned man; something in between as I. But don't expect to be treated as a gentleman when you walk in and disrespect everybody else beside of 'your club'. Is it really necessary that I quote all the insulting words/statements/phrases you stated, before you acknowledge that you alone posted these in this thread alone. Moreover; come on, be fair; you spoke of 'not bothering scrolling up, but still you got the courtesy to link to the 'first Salaam' you stated and then making this a legal obligatory to the rest of the thread, while you in the meantime are fighting me on starting and ending all my post with a Salaam - that just no right.

Finally, you are quite a special guy Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki; from the very first post to the last, I endeavored everybody to contemplate, think, use reason as a argument etc. on there statements, especially you for your strong words against learned men - and now where you don't got any more to say, you turn it around and ask me to contemplate. lol; that so sad that it is even funny.

May Allah guide you and may all of us that have made an effort (in quite different ways) enlighten your understanding of Islam as a true follower of Ahl al-Bayt,

With Salaams.

You must warn people against them and do not learn their bid`ah (innovation). Allah will write for you hasanaat (good deeds) for this, and will raise you darajaat (levels) in the next life.’”

Salaam,

I have not mention Umar anywhere in this or previous post in this thread. The learned men you spoke ill words of was al-Khoi, Khomeini and there contemporary. I do not care about your other threads - do not believe I can learn much from you, Yasser al-Habib or al-Tirmidhi that I not already know of. Either you suffers from serious delusions or the like - or rather - you deny the truth just so you don't let your hand down. Just accept that your statements where wrong and not sound. It takes a man to accept than he made a mistake; beating about the bush is the cowardly way - everybody can do it, just turn on the TV with blindfolds and point out a politician. Dawud Miqdad al-Amriki be the bigger man and do what is right, Allah is with us all everywhere, so don't think there is no 'witness' between us.

Oh, I think I am beginning to understand now.

You're upset at me because I refuse to believe that it is halaal to put your penis between the thighs of an infant?

I understand your frustration now.

Will you allow your infant sister/daughter to be given in marriage and someone to use her for sexual purposes?

If you say no, then you agree with me and have been insulting me out of a natural self-defense mechanism when your ideology is brought to question.

If you say yes, then I believe you are the one who is delusional and I suggest you to see a professional psychiatrist.

Are you in taqleed of President Bush. If you are not with me, then you are against me. What kind of stupid and perverted questions is this?

Sho away man.. I'm starting to lose the little respect I had for you. You sound like on the payroll of someone from New York or Florida. If not at least do it for money, at least someone should benefit from your rant.

What? lol two questions:

  1. Will you give your infant daughter or sister in marriage to someone who will use her to fulfill his sexual needs (as per Khomeini's fatwa)?
  2. How does my question (#1 above) make me associated with Bush, or on a payroll from New York or Florida?

Frankly, (and I hope no sister reads this) from your obsession with what you wrote multiple times, it appears to me there is something fishy goes on between you and Yasir Al Habib and I don't know what else you guys are sharing between the both of you.

Are you a pedophile who accepted Islam in Jail or something. Your rant is something which does not come out from the mouth of a momin.

Please, no need to be immature, read the following very carefully...

Myself, and Sheikh Yasser al Habib, openly OPPOSE this fatwa allowing you to derive sexual pleasure from infants. This has been discussed on this forum a lot, and a lot of people agree with the ruling, that it is halaal to do.

(Taken from my personal copy of al-Khomeini's TaHreer al-Waseelah (Damascus: Sufaarah al-Majhooriyyah 1418 A.H.), vol. 2, pg. 221 - 222)

Click here for the Picture (file too big to upload) --> http://img560.images...eervol2pg22.jpg

Ruling #12: It is not permission to have intercourse before (her) being 9 years old, be it in nikkaaH (permanent marriage) or temporary marriage. And As for all other pleasures such as lustful touch, embracing, and thighing, there is no problem in it even with a suckling infant. If he does have sexual intercourse before nine years of age and does not penetrate, there is no penalty, but he has committed a sin. If he does penetrate causing the vagina and urethra openings to be one, she will become forever haram for him, but this is as a precaution. And it is more probable that her status as his wife is not removed. And the rulings of inheritance, and the prohibition of a fifth wife or marriage to her sister applies. And it is waajib upon him for her maintenance as long as she is alive, even if he divorces her and even if she marries after divorcing her as a precautionary measure. And it is waajib upon him for blood money for the penetration and the amount is equivalent to that of an individual. If she is a free-woman, the amount is half that of a man, plus the dowry that she became entitled to through the `aqd and penetration. If he penetrates his wife after the age of nine, she does not become haram to him and there is no evidence that blood money is liable, but as a precautionary measure, he should maintain her as long as she is alive, although it is more probable that this is not obligatory."

I suggest you to see a professional psychiatrist.

what an unislamic reasoning approach there! psychiatrist .. interesting .. and professional .. hmmm

and if i give my daughter (regardless of age) as a WIFE to somebody, then they have all the rights of a husband over her, which includes never to hurt her .. i can not expect the man who takes her as a wife and lives 24/7 with her not to get sexual with her at all .. if he takes care of her as an orphan that's a different story .. but a WIFE is a WIFE ..

have you ever met a person who was in such a situation ?? have you ever heard of one ?? why are you talking about something you don't know about .. and something that doesn't relate to us?? are you so desperate to bash the islamic republic and sell your soul to satan??

is this how easily you give up on them?? maybe your sufyani or messieh al dajjal will satisfy your need for undesputed spotless perfection .. even what concerns things you never experienced ..

and i suggest in your case, you don't give your baby daughter away as a wife, if you don't want a man to be her husband.

wife is a wife !

Frankly, (and I hope no sister reads this) from your obsession with what you wrote multiple times, it appears to me there is something fishy goes on between you and Yasir Al Habib and I don't know what else you guys are sharing between the both of you.

that's exactly what i was thinking .. constantly repeating it like that .. unnecessarily shows that there really is something fishy going on .. apart from it being rude and perverted

as you said .. a momin will be too shy and scared of Allah to talk this way ..

We were promised by a Mod earlier in this thread that if this topic came up again the thread would be closed. I am asking for this now please, this is ridiculous. When I went through hours of effort (went an entire night without sleep to gather needed info) to discuss this with ahadith all the posts were deleted, I am not in the mood to deal with this anymore.
