i've got a friend who's really keen on getting married ASAP. any takers?

he's from east turkey (kurdish), born and raised in germany. he lives in the middle east now. he recently found his faith, and you can say I've taken on the responsibility to be his wayfaring mate on the start of his religious journey (with the aid of Allah swt).

long shot, I know.

I wanna get married; more for having a 'companion'. I want there to be someone with whom I can share my life.

But Arab families are against early marriages these days :(

InshAllah

Unfortunately my criteria is very limited. It would be extremely hard for me to find a wife young.

Now the criteria is bit changed, " Get a good degree, start earning in Pounds or dollars, settle in west, then find we'll find ya good match, coz parents know what is best for their children"

I agree with last part of it, but first one............. " Just love the way they think" :excl:

Lool nahh i'm not that shallow that i'd go for them for that reason

Well, first and foremost I need a girl who will agree to come with me to live in Najaf whilst I spend my years in the Hawzah. Not many girls these days would be willing to do that.

Complete half our deen... nikkah please, get real. The only reasons you lot want to get married is because you cant control that thing between your legs (legit reason), and also to experience that warm tingly feeling every time she calls your name. Dont worry, that feeling wont last long either, soon enough you will be digging for that mouth tape you invested a G in.

Sheikh: Mashallah your parents have told me about you, What's your age?

Me: I'm 22

Sheikh:  U look very older than this, at least 25.......

Me: :donno:

Next question

Sheikh: Which Syed r u????

Me: I don't really care about it,

Sheikh to my family: "Loo Geeee ISS Ki SHADI to KABI NAI HO SAKTI "..................... "This Lad will never get married"

Me: :donno: :donno: :donno: :donno: :donno: .........................

yeh and ? why make it seem like its so bad to get married for that reason, thats one of the reason people do get married, and that doesnt mean you rule out the religious side to it. yeh people want to get married to fulfil their desires but also to please Allah swt because marriage is something loved my Him.

You need to find one that didn't grow up in the west. Someone who grew up somewhere like Afghanistan, following you would be like heaven for her :D

The issue is more the parents tbh. I can't see many parents agreeing to anything. Yalla i'll just wait 2 more years or so and finish my degree...

Lol i'm quite open minded, but i'd prefer to marry an Arab tbh.

I wouldn't mind someone from back home, but I think i'd rather someone who grew up in the West...

Marry one from back home believe me. The reason I say this is because my brother was engaged to a girl who grew up in the U.S. and it was a disaster......then he found a girl from back home and his life is 1,000 times easier than if it had worked out with the first girl. No offense to any sisters who grew up in the west (I grew up in the west LOL :shaytan: )
