Oven BBQ chicken drumsticks

1003923.jpg

We had salad and potatoes too, but the chicken was most memorable. I made 30 drumsticks, so we can all have them for lunch tomorrow too.

My local halal food store only has drumsticks on weekends, so we rarely get them. It's just chicken legs, but it's become a treat.

Well, why not go the full Kathy Bates and end my trifle snouting days forever?

I'd never, ever do something like this. Cracking an ankle like this will lead to amputation.

Now, if l'd just wing-you, you'd heal.

See, l do have humanitarian impulses,  :D

I would've said that but @Marbles would probably have been sarcastic again...like he always is.

What?? You called it rice and chickpea curry? This grates on my ears and I feel overwhelmed by the unaesthetic combination of words, like when Google translates hot dog as garam kutta ewwww...

Call them what it is: chawal choley! Aren't you glad your heart's wish has come true? That someone is eating chawal choley in the thread:dry:

You mean I am the only one who calls them 'sufaid channay'??

Lol you are too posh to call them chawal choley. That's their street name :P

They are indeed 'sufaid chanay' but together with rice they became chawal choley chanay (or chanay chawal if you prefer that sequence)

Haha, I do call them sufaid/kaley chanay but it's what @hayaah had said previously so was just having a joke with her.

I'm sure choley is the Punjabi version.

Chola is also an Urdu word. But it's more commonly used in Punjabi.
