Was eating cold cereal with bugs in it. Am eating a tangerine to settle my stomach after my overreaction vomiting attempt.

I had ants in mine, once. No digestive disruption.

However, in the Army, we were on this field problem and the trees had these zillions of caterpillars/worms coming down on silk threads. These green things got into everything: your equipment and your food. So when you ate you alternated from picking them out of your food to picking them off your neck & face.

We also had to find something to cover our coffee tins with because if you used your helmet they'd get into your hair.

On Wednesday got back late to the hotel in Jeddah so had this bottle of nuts for dinner:

London / Riyadh flight came in late on Monday so got to hotel at around midnight, so it was nuts for dinner then, as well.

High life.

Ate: ice cream sandwich, red velvet cookie, hostess cupcake for breakfast.

I don't understand why I crave so much sugar in the morning.

Will eat: if I go out today, then maybe a bowl at Panda Express, or a Big Mac at McDonald's for lunch, a mini original pinkberry with no toppings for a snack, and a chicken salad for dinner.

For those wanting to lose weight and still eat what you want, here's the caloric breakdown/value:

Red velvet cookie at Safeway: 160 calories

ice cream sandwhich: 210 calories

Hostess cupcake: 160 calories

Total for breakfast: 530 calories

if I get Big Mac and small fries: 540 + 220 calories

snack: mini original pink berry: 93 calories

total for lunch: 853 calories

dinner: 1/2 cup chicken, 2 tbsp lime juice, any amount of lettuce: 120 calories

total for the day: 1,513 calories.

You couldn't get presumably a five star hotel to serve you something at midnight? I'd have created a scene.

Anyway, so I sent this gift of walnut Sohan Halwa, a specialty of Multan, to a friend. He took the pictures and tagged me on FB.

It's so easy to overeat out there, so I didn't mind the break.

@hasanhh good job! Diced bamboo?

Nobody liked the casserole that I served yesterday so today I'm just going to set out some plain old boring beans and rice. Usually the less effort I put into cooking, the more they like it, so I'm sure they'll go crazy over it.
