No, brother.  Kibbeh is without the minced meat.   1-4 is kibbeh, 5-6 is kebab.

Ask your mom about it, sometimes it is fried and eaten as an appetizer.

What? I’m confused xD My mother is Asian so she doesn’t know about Levant food. My aunt always make kibbeh, she make it like how you made it but she add more things to it. If what you are saying is true, then what is kibbeh?


Yesterday I had 3 Labneh sandwich with milk and tea, for lunch I had steak with fries and orange Fanta.

I prefer halal America fast food than cooking them by myself when it come to burgers or hotdogs.

Do it the easy way. Bake burgers in your oven at 350 for 20. What you don't eat at first, put in the refrigerator and then when you want one, do as you do hotdogs: nuke-'em in the microwave.

This breakroom does look a lot like my kitchen, only cleaner. You can also view the timer setting on the microwave.

Toaster oven > microwave 

Anything you can cook in an oven, you can cook a small portion in a toaster oven. 

But I'm growing to appreciate the air fryer. It seems capable of everything the toaster oven can do, only faster. 

Basically with burgers or hot dogs, you can cook by any method.

I have electric oven only. I will try it soon, thanks sister.

Yesterday I was fasting because I had another blood test, So I had my breakfast at 10am, I went to McDonald and ordered a lot of food for myself xD For lunch I made Alfredo pasta, I wish I took a pic before eating it, it was so good. 
 

This is what I ate in McDonald.

Yesterday I wasn’t in a mood to have my breakfast so I skipped it, for lunch I had Chicken Adobo with rice with orange Fanta, I had some salty peanuts for snacks after fire hours.

Ate: penne pasta with chicken, green beans, and alfredo sauce. 

Eating: having my evening cup of herbal tea. The name of this one is "Wondermint" but it tastes more like berries than like mint. It's nice though. 

Will eat: most likely I'll have coffee with milk in the morning, and leftovers for lunch.

It's tubes, like macaroni but not bent and just a little bigger. The surface is textured like corrugated cardboard. It holds sauce well.

Since corona started till nov 2020, I gained 11kg, yesterday I checked my weight and I have lost 7kg only because I walked daily for an hour and I did intermittent fasting. I think I did a great job. What do you think guys? 
 

Yesterday I skipped my breakfast because I was not in a mood to eat, for lunch I had fried fish with rice and for dinner I had nothing.
