insha'Allah it will be a success and something good comes out of it, the least that will come out of it is showing Imam Mahdi (atfs) that we won't stand for the oppression of the tyrants ... the same tyrants who's forefathers killed Imam Hussein (as) at karbala which they are proud of may Allah (swt) damn the descendants of Abu Sufyaan (la), Marwaan (la) and Ziyaad (la) insha'Allah !

You're welcome to bring Poster's , and the Bahraini or your national flag to the event. But please refrain from bringing political Flag or Posters.

Aren't national flags political ones...? I mean if I came there with an Iranian flag, that would be 'political' as I would be implying Iran is also for the 'down with the Wahabis' protest.

I wonder how many people will actually attend though... Mind you, at least the Saudi officials can't beat anyone in the middle of London

They mean flags of political groups, such as the Hezbollah flag etc.

I think it's because not every one agrees with Hezbollah so they want to prevent any disunity. Also in the Ashura processions we're not allowed to hold Hezbollah flags, like some people do as that day is a day of remembrance of all the martyrs of Karbala, not anything else...

I do not necessarily agree but I can see where you are coming from. I don't hold a Hezbollah flag in Ashura processions though.

sister can you get them to change the promotion so sunnis turn up too?

What do you mean? Sunnis as well as Shias are welcome to attend... at the end of the day it's the Shias who are affected the most by them. What can we do to spread the message to Sunnis?

This event has been cancelled unfortunately, please let others know!

Salam alaikum to all the believers.

I am sorry to say that the protest against wahabis has been cancelled. The reason for this is ,no persmission from the officials(police).

The request for the protest permission was sent ahead of time (3weeks ago). However we still have not recieved the permission.

inshallah we will try again and will contact for future plans of protests.

Ya Ali (as) Madad.
