Azaab On Lebanon For A Reason

Lebanon has a Turbulent History with lot of strife and infighting resulting from various factors both local as well as external. Now considering that it is a multi diverse country and that a sensitive situation is ever prevalent over there, care must be taken to maintain order and keep the decent into chaos at bay. I just want to discuss personally what I feel about these people. From what I can understand is that they are very proud and arrogant nation, they consider no one their equal or worthy of respect, just because they are more Beautifull or fairer doesnt make them valid claimants to any sort of superiority over others. The only criterion for any sort of superiority is based on piety and good deed in the sight of Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì. My impression of Lebanon and its society is of an over filled Mental Assylum. The people there are quite materialistic and there is no iota of humbleness in them what so ever. Those whose Houses are in Ruins due to Civil war and sucessive Israili Invasions etc still make it a point to make a show and display of pomp and wealth. So you will have them with a Branded car parked outside their house, they will observe all manner of fashion and style following/doing Taqleed of the latest trends and trying to out do each other in this regard. So they will show their pomp and splendour but not repair the damaged roof. In this case what word or term should I use to describe these people. In that country even a sweeper or a butcher will wear a branded suit, does this seem logical or senseible. Does it not make one doubt the mental condition of these people. I at least could not think anything positive about such a people. Besides on the other hand the Class disparities are quite sharp in the society and they just want to be like the West like French or something like that with no mind of their own just blindly following and having neither charachter or individuality any more.

So the thing is in that society by and large their is neither balance nor moderation which is harming them the most and is their enemy within. Besides it is a poor country and the economy is in tatters, so why dont they focus on taking the economy up rather than making it a night life party and a consumer society? It would do them better and would make them see realities rather than live in a delusional fantasy land. Instead of making it a Paris couldnt it become a economic power. Also why do all manner of wayword and errant people from around the world flock to Beirut? Besides what has Lebanon done to word off another Civil War from arising?

These are queastions which need answering the sooner the better and which best provoke those who can be guided to start taking action in this regard for the greater good of the nation as well as society. Because if Lebanon continues to spiral down like this then I am afraid it is definitely a candidate for Azaab.

Did you read this information somewhere because I notice you say, "from what I understand".........or did you actually go to Lebanon and witness this (holes in roof with fancy car and butcher in a designer suit)? If you went to Lebanon please tell me the location you were, most likely it was Beirut....if so please tell me the neighborhood.

Very cute of you to generalize, so is it okay for me to say your country is a [Edited Out]-land if I went there and saw some prostitutes on some streets? There's good and bad in every country your majesty... Don't judge people till you meet them face to face, and I'll do the same... Use your head and think of at least how Lebanon has survived all the past recent wars instead of being a racist... If it only had the sort of people you think it has, you think Lebanon would still be as it is? But even still you wouldn't be able to grasp that thought because you simply weren't there, so can't even imagine the seriousness... Wars tear countries apart, and then yeah not just in Lebanon but everywhere nowadays, it's to each his own... It's like screaming and cussing at football or cricket players via tv when you really don't know what they're going through...Talk about the problems and major deficiencies of your own country and ways to solve it before hopping to another... Let's each do that for ourselves... And everyone will be just happy... FYI every country has racism in it, not just the "fairer Lebanese"... I'm sure even if I go to Pakistan or India or Zimbabwe even, My brethren and I would be made fun off... So yah...
