Question Regarding Khums

Asslamoalaikum,

I have a question regarding "Khums". can the Khums amount be given to "Masjid", "Madrissa" and Imam Bargah?

brother the khums is as they say " haq al imam" and " haq alsada"

haq al imam is 50% which is given to the imam

the imam represented by the marja that you believe he is an imam and not one who doesn't talk or admits that he doesn't interfere in politics or he separates the church from the state

some people say sada means the hashimites of the prophet Mohammad decedents

some people say it is the ministers of the government of imam mahdi or the forerunners for him

to say that 50% of khums (which is the main revenue of the government) goes only to the decedents of the prophet sounds like injustice and discrimination based on the bloodline which is totally rejected by Islamic fundamentals (usool aldeen) and by fundamental fiqh formulas

so your safest bet is to make sure it reaches the marja3 who is an imam that you trust and he will deal with it
