Just get a lime, or an orange, what ever fruit has citrus, then cut it up into 4 pieces and rub it where the acne is. Apply the fruit atleast 3 times a day, and you problem's solved.

Yeah, like in the morning rub the lemon or orange on the area thats pimpled, then when it dries do it again. After like 30 minutes get the stuff off your face and do it again in the afternoon and at night.

Guys I'll need to resurrect myself from my teenage years to answer this but all the above is about external cleanliness and it does help.

But what truly helps and without this, nothing else would help no matter how clean you are externally is:

Avoid sugars, avoid sugars, avoid sugars. No candies, no soda, no cookies, no cakes, no white bread (brown bread is ok), no bakery stuff, pretty much just cur off ay kind of processed sugars. If you are sweet tooth, replace it with fruits.

Oh one more thing, no sweetners either and seriously no masturbation...

Watch as they disappear in weeks.

I would rather live with acne than give up all that stuff. :!!!:

Something else that helps is using your own towel and not wiping your face by rubbing the towel on your face. Just press it against your face gently. Often, what seems like acne, is just your skin being susceptible to skin infections that cause pimples.

Yeah but the worst part of teen age acne is, the scars remain there for the rest of your life. Speaking from experience.

1. Do Not Touch the pimples!

2. Drink 3-4 glasses of Sweetlime (Mousambi) juice 2hrs before breakfast everyday.

3. Cut out oils and pungent spices in diet, add on more of cucumber , black lemon tea and lotsa water. Reduce Smoking.

4. Wash your face regularly with Lakme Pure Defence Anti Pollution facewash. Have a clean shower before going to bed.

5. Do Cardio Pumping Exercises followed by somersaulting or simply remain bending down for a few minutes to allow rich blood flow to the face( helps wash out toxins from the skin and oxygenates it)

6. No Offence, but... Abstinence also causes acne due to excess accumulation of male hormonal secretions. So ease yourself for a healthy glowing skin.

oops.. is this a bros-only zone?? my bad...

Sister kulsoum, could you explain how do you suggest him to go about #6.

In reality easing yourself through masturbation causes more acne. This is based on anecdotal evidence of 100s of young kids I know. I'm positive same would hold true for women.

Actually the whole easing yourself argument does not even work for female pimple faces :) so easing yourself does not help. It causes more acne in men besides other permanent damage to sexual organs.

No wonder I barely had pimples.... So is it the same for girls too? They should "ease" themselves more often? Haha... Oh now I see why people are looking fresher everyday... Geez it's not all that, it's just people have different skin types, and everyone is different, what could be good for one could be a nightmare for another...

Eye drops worrks to and toothbast

Kim

Yeah the eye drops that diminish redness of the eyes, like the one weed smokers take to not show redness, or the ones that are put to people in the makeup rooms before they have a show, an interview on tv, acting on stage etc... Yeah they do that, you're correct...

Toothpaste? Then we also use the brush afterwards? LOL...

Vitamin C supplements, increased water intake, regulated sugar intake especially fizzy soft drinks like coca cola, increased hygiene / use aftershave or any antiseptic on the skin that you shave.

So it'll look like an ultra bultra white-head before it's even ripe to pop then... LoL... Yuck! Why do all medicine take days? Leaving a pimple alone then popping it takes ess than 4-5 hours all together... So why buy medicine that will magically make a zit disappear in 48 hours? Illogical to me... Once I had a zit in the middle of my chest so big it looked like a third nipple... LOL I took a hot metal and ironed the heck out of it... Burnt me some chest hairs too...

I love your show by the way, "Kimpossible" right? You're great in it... Salams...

Don't touch them or your skin for that matter, drink plenty of water, wash your face twice a day with lukewarm water. Use a gentle face wash once a day.

Use a toner every now and then after you wash your face and before you moisturise. Witch Hazel or Tea tree toner are the best.

Use a gentle exfoliant on your skin 3-4 times a week, but if your skin is really bad then exfoliants aren't such a good idea because you'll scratch your skin and it can lead to scarring.

If your skin is very bad and nothing is working for you, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist because too much experimenting can damage your skin.

Be careful not to over wash, this can cause your skin ph to unbalance and create more spots. So once in morning and once at night with a non-comodogenic facewash (Cetaphil is a good one) and when you do get a spot, try drying it out with a little dab of tee tree oil. If your pimples are chronic, a dermatologist can prescribe tretinoin cream (retin A), this can cause a lot of irritation for the first few weeks though, so unless its really bad i'd try other stuff first.

Salam

In my personal experience whenever I was working around fast foods (greasy oily take away environments) i started getting a nasty pimple on my nose, nowhere else it just dissappeared and came back every few months when i was not eating right or not getting enough water. Just cut down on sugars drank plenty of water and it eventually went away also as soon as i sensed it coming i used TCP anti septic cream.

Do wudhu, or just wash your face. Water will wash off the oils... this will help but not cure all your problems :)

face wash is your second best friend!

All i do to keep mine away is wash my face twice a day with soap. I genuinely works. Just rub the soap in gently for a minute or so and wash it off. I'm 18 and all i get is the occasional small spot now

Cleanse tone and moisturize, be sure to do it every night and morning, it really helps reduce redness and clears them up (: another good product is clearasil

Aslam o Alikum the pimples are part of growning up problem for most, this however should be taken seriously if it persists and come back again and again. Using more water, salads and less processed food can also help. Avoiding few things like excessive sun exposure, dust, dirt and oil on skin can also help too. Thanks
