According to shia's Prophet Muhammed SAW knew everything , what was the of Allah sending Jibrael?

The Prophet (SAW) didn't know everything, only Allah (SWT) does. To say Our Nabi (S) knew everything that is hidden is to ignore the manifest verses stating that Allah (SWT) revealed to the Prophet (S) only what he wished to reveal.

Is there also not the Hadith that states when the Prophet's (S) companions should be judged on the Day of Judgement that they would be taken away and thrown into hell, while the Prophet (S) states "But Allah, they are my companions!" and Allah (SWT) says "You do not know what they did after you departed, they innovated within your religion."

to answer your question think of it this way a King tells his Prime Minister what he is planning but if the PM is addressing the people and the King sends a messenger to deliver the message that it is time to reveal such and such decree. does that mean that the PM needs the messenger to know what the king is has planned or that the messenger is only arriving and saying that what the King was planning it is now to be reveal. that is the same thing with the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Jibreel.
