You all know the feeling... Sitting in front of your computer and nothing really to do... 100 million websites but nothing there which fits you...

You can then browse the newssites from BBC to Al Jazeerah just to read more brainwashing stuff...

What's real out there? Which sites do you use for religion, news, entertainment, social contact, ...

Here's my top list:

RELIGION:

www.shiachat.com (obvious)

Ayatollah Khorasani

Ayatollah Fadhlallah

Ayatollah Khameini

www.rafed.net

OVERALL:

Wikipedia (always double-check!)

NEWS:

Fisk (only western journalist i trust)

Really need more sources... Who can add?

RELIGIOUS ENTERTAINMENT:

Shiasource (go to iranian serials, films. great stuff. rightnow watching mokhtar with english subs)

Shia TV

YouTube (tons and tons of good stuff out there. watched an islamic prophet musa (a) cartoon with my kids yesterday. really cool)

ENTERTAINMENT (wasting time really):

Dilbert

Glasbergen

Bimmerpost

SOCIAL CONTACT:

Facebook (don't have own page but check my wifes time to time to get family updates) :)

hahahha! Brother...that list of YouTube users says that you're a big

fan of Sheikh Yasser Al-Habib :)

I have been watching a lot of his lectures on Drricky's channel..and I liked them.

However, "thenahum..." began misusing his popularity. His recent videos are

causing a huge fitnah within the Shia community on YouTube..

Sorry for being off-topic, just for the sake of the note.

By the way, I would use YouTube as the first priority for Islamic purposes.

But, I took a rest from it, and now i'm getting to know SC. I LOVE it so far :)
