Asalam-o-Alaikum,

I am under the taqleed of Grand Aytullah Aqa-e-Ali Sistani, I am going to marry with sunni girl, there family is lover of ahl-e-bayt(A.S).

unfortunatley, at the elevent hour they make issue that nikah will read only once & by sunni molvi, twice nikah are not allowed in islam.

Dear all,

kindly let me know what are order in fikqa & is there any flexibility? or if sunni molvi will read my nikah what is value of my nikah?

I posted my question at sistani.org but not yet receive any answer, + one more thing, i.e. I am follower of Aqa-e-Sisitani.

If you are in very much hurry to marry, then do a non-shia Nikah as the girl's parents are asking. When you bring the girl in your home, after departure, do a shia nikah there. Now the girl is in your home and they can not do anything. :-)

If there is no such hurry, then wait for Sistani''s answer. I have never heard that that two nikahs are haram.

From what I know, u can recite as many nikah as you want. Secondly shia nikah recitation is different from sunni. Refer to Sistani taudhihul masael, its very few words and easy. You can recite it yourself with your wife. You dont need witness. Sunni fiqh need witness.
