My wife and I watched this series, it is very good, I can't vouch for 100% validity and accuracy but it was entertaining and thought provoking.

It is broken into 9 parts, from "Part 1" to "Final"

I'm a great fan of 12followershia's youtube videos, even if I don't always agree with his interpretation(or sometimes choice) of certain texts. If I had one slight criticism, it would be that he doesn't pay sufficient attention to the spelling of the text the appears in his videos. It can be a bit distracting to see some huge spelling mistakes, even in names, while you are watching a video. Nevertheless, it is a minor detail. Overall, his videos are very enjoyable.

You can find all his videos on his youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/12followershia, and in particular I can imagine many people enjoying the following two videos.

Those that liked the Final Promise series might also like the Age of Appearance, which is on the same subject. There are 12 parts to it, and here is the first one:

You could also watch the Arrivals series(http://wakeupproject.com/VList.asp?Series=1) by the same makers of the Divine Book(http://wakeupproject.com/VList.asp?Series=28), but I think you would need to already have had some exposure to conspiracy theories in order to really enjoy it(and it's really long). Both the Arrivals and the Age of Appearance have been mentioned by Sayed Ammar Nakshawani in his lectures. Just for the sake of completeness, Phase 3(http://wakeupproject.com/VList.asp?Series=29) is also worth watching, and may be more to some people's taste the Arrivals.

If I'm not mistaken, I think that is said in the video series "The Last Promise"

Yes and no. They quote a hadith that says there are supposed to be 3 Mahdis and 3 corresponding Sufyanis, but only the last of each of those is the real Imam Al Mahdi, and the real Sufyani. They then go on to say that the first two Mahdis were Khomeini and Khamenei. I don't know about the authenticity of this hadith, and none of this might be true, but I don't think there was any implication that Khomeini and Khamenei were supposed to be in any way comparable to Imam Mahdi (as).

Another popular theory, put forward in the Age of Appearance, that has some overlap with the Last Promise, is that Khamenei is the Khurasani. Ahmadinejad is Shuaib ibn Saleh, and Nasrallah is the Yamani(see parts 5 and 6 of the Age of Appearance posted below). I think it can be dangerous to take these theories too seriously at this point, but I don't think there is any harm is some light-hearted speculation.

WARNING : There is some background instrumental music, so some people may want to turn the sound off, or not watch at all.

brother nowhere in the videos does it say any light hearted speculation. as soon as some sees the claims that For eg ayatollah khomeini is the first mahdi, and then actually looks into the mans life, it throws everything else into disrepute.

Others might disagree with that. Anyway, I watched the Last Promise as entertainment, not as a documentary. There are many other things I would disagree with the maker of it besides this stuff about Khomeini. Nevertheless, it did contain some interesting bits and peaces here and there.
