are road signs in English apart from Farsi ?

No offense brother but doesn't the picture answer your question?

Yes, most road signs in Iran are in both English and Farsi. Even in the villages it is like this. I am not sure why, but that's how it is...

I guess "signs in English" aside from the local language is one of traffic standards everywhere...
