The few nasibis(la) that seek to defend their beloved leader the tyrant, homosexual, little boy-raping, mother raping, drunkard, dog-loving, music loving, Mekkah and Madinah pillaging, Kaaba burning, Imam Hussain(as) killing; open Kaafir, pig yazeed ibn muawiyah(la) who was appointed by his dictatorial father; often turn to Abu Haamid al-Ghazzali.

This is truly strange as wahhabi nasibis usually HATE Abu Haamid al-Ghazzali because he was a big Sufi and almost all his books are espousing Sufism. These few nasibis point to a fatwa of al-Ghazzali that says people allegedly shouldn't curse yazeed ibn muawiyah(la) and that it is even allegedly permissible to say (ra) next to his filthy evil name, God forbid. Regarding this one needs to study al-Ghazzali even from a wahhabi view. Al-Ghazzali is recognized as having been a very smart man; however his intelligence was mostly in philosophical areas and Sufism. Top classical Sunni scholars tell us Abu Haamid al-Ghazzali was NOT knowledgable in hadith, history, or any of these type of fields; that is al-Ghazzali's knowledge was mostly in Sufism and philosophy matters. One can also see what is said about al-Ghazzali from the so-called "salafis" hero ibn Taymiyyah(la); taken from www.islam-qa.com article on who was al-Ghazzali?

Quote from islam-qa.com- Even though al-Ghazzaali was very advanced in knowledge, he had little knowledge of hadeeth and its sciences, and he could not distinguish between sound ahaadeeth and weak ones. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: “If we assume that someone narrated the view of the salaf but what he narrated is far removed from what the view of the salaf actually is, then he has little knowledge of the view of the salaf, such as Abu’l-Ma’aali, Abu Haamid al-Ghazzaali, Ibn al-Khateeb and the like, who did not have enough knowledge of hadeeth to qualify them as ordinary scholars of hadeeth, let alone as prominent scholars in that field. For none of these people had any knowledge of al-Bukhaari and Muslim and their ahaadeeth, apart from what they heard, which is similar to the situation of the ordinary Muslim, who cannot distinguish between a hadeeth which is regarded as saheeh and mutawaatir according to the scholars of hadeeth, and a hadeeth which is fabricated and false. Their books bear witness to that, for they contain strange things and most of these scholars of ‘ilm al-kalaam and Sufis who have drifted away from the path of the salaf admit that, either at the time of death or before death. There are many such well-known stories. This Abu Haamid al-Ghazzaali, despite his brilliance, his devotion to Allaah, his knowledge of kalaam and philosophy, his asceticism and spiritual practices and his Sufism, ended up in a state of confusion and resorted to the path of those who claim to find out things through dreams and spiritual methods. (Majmoo’ al-Fataawa, part 4, p. 71).

end quote.

So it is truly absurd for some nasibi wahhabis to attempt to use a Fatwa of Abu Haamid al-Ghazzali regarding the historical matter of the kaafir and fasiq nature of yazeed ibn muawiyah(la)

These nasibi wahhabis show their true nature when they attempt to defend the kaafir pig yazeed ibn muawiyah(la) as they go to a single Sufi they usual hate; and ignore the revered Sunni scholars and historians they usual adore (like ibn Kathir, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, etc.) who all cursed yazeed(la).

It is confirmed that yazeed ibn muawiyah(la) ordered his Umayyad forces to attack Madinah; we read from one of the greatest classical Sunni scholars ibn Kathir;

From ibn Kathir's Al Bidayah Wal Nihayah (Urdu), Vol 8 Page 1147:

"Rasulullah (s) said whoever perpetuated injustice and frightened the residents of Medina, the curse (la'nat) of Allah (swt), His Angels and all people is on such a person"

More list of the great classical Sunni scholars on devil yazeed(la):

Ibn-e-Jauzi's comments on yazeed:

Ibn Jauzi in Wafa al-Wafa: ‘Yazeed appointed his cousin Uthman bin Muhammad bin Abu Sufyan as Governor of Madina. He sent a delegation to visit Yazeed who bore gifts so that they might take the oath of allegiance to him. Upon their return they said ‘We have returned having visited a man who has no religion, he drinks, plays instruments, keeps the company of singers and dogs, we declare that we have broken our allegiance to him. Abdullah bin Abi Umro bin Hafs Mukhzumee commented ‘Yazeed gave me gifts. But the reality is this man is an enemy of Allah (SWT) and a drunkard. I shall separate myself from him in the same way that I remove my turban [from my head]….’

...

Ibn Taymeeya’s (in his "Minhaj al-Sunnah") comments on Yazeed

Ibn Taymeeya in Minhajj: ‘Yazeed had the sword and hence he had the power to deal with anyone that opposed him. He had the power to reward his subjects with the contents of the treasury, and could also withhold their rights. He had the power to punish criminals; it is in this context that we can understand that he was the khalifah and king. Issues such as Yazeed’s piety or lack of it, or his honesty or lack of it, is another matter. In all of his actions Yazeed was not just, there is no dispute amongst the people of Islam on this matter.’

...

Some Sunni scholars even go to this length against Yazeed:

Ibn Katheer is reported to have stated in al Bidaya: ‘Whoever frightens Medina incurs the curse of Allah, His Angels and all the people - and some Ulema have deemed it permissible to curse Yazeed. This includes individuals such as Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Allamah Hilalee, Abu Bakr Abdul Aziz, Qadhi Abu Ya’ala and his son Qadhi Abu Husayn. Ibn Jauzi wrote a book deeming it permissible to curse Yazeed.’

...

These are all from Answering-Ansar.org:

From Sunnis We read in Maqathil Husayn:

"Yazeed wrote a letter to Waleed the Governor of Medina, in which he stated 'Force Husayn to give bayya. Should he refuse then strike off his head and return it to me.'

...

Ibn Ziyad's own admission that he killed Imam Husayn on the orders of Yazeed

We read in al Bidayah:

"When Yazeed wrote to Ibn Ziyad ordering him to fight Ibn Zubayr in Makka, he said 'I can't obey this fasiq. I killed the grandson of Rasulullah (s) upon his orders, I'm not now going to assault the Kaaba'.

...

Testimony of Ibn Abbas that Yazeed killed Imam Hussain[as]

We read in Tareekh Kamil (by Sunni scholar Ali ibn al-Athir):

Ibn Abbas replied to a letter of Yazeed stating 'You killed Husayn ibn 'Ali as well as the youth from Banu Abdul Muttalib, who were beacons of guidance."

...

The testimony of Abdullah Ibn Umar that Yazeed killed Imam Hussain[as]

We read in Maqathil al Husayn (again this was the one written by Sunni scholars):

Ibn Umar wrote to Yazeed, 'Hasn't your heart gone black yet? You murdered the family of the Prophet?'

...

Mu'awiya The Second's testimony that his father Yazeed killed Imam Hussain[as]

We read in Hayaath al Haywaan:

"When Yazeed was succeeded to the throne by his son Mu'awiya he said in his first sermon 'We are definite about Yazeed's wrongdoing, he killed the family of the Prophet, deemed alcohol halal, and brought pain to the Ka'aba."

This was the testimony of the succeeding khalifa, and Yazeed's own son, Mu'awiya The Second.

...

Yazeed's pride at killing Imam Hussain[as]

We read in al Bidayah Volume 8 page 204:

"Ibn Asakir, writing on Yazeed, states then when Husayn's head was brought before Yazeed, he recited the couplets of Ibn Zubayri the kaafir 'I wish my ancestors of Badr were hear to see the severed head of the rebellious tribe [The Prophet (saws's tribe of Hashim]."

...

al Bidaya wa al Nihaya (by great Sunni scholar ibn Kathir) Volume 8 page 235:

"When Ibn Ziyad killed Husayn and his companions and sent their heads to Yazeed, he [Yazeed] became happy at the death of Husayn which is why the position of Ibn Ziyad was elevated, but this happiness was only short lived".

...

al Bidayah Volume 8 page 1169 "Dhikr Yazeed bin Muawiyah":

"Traditions inform us that Yazeed loved worldly vices, would drink, listen to music, kept the company of boys with no facial hair [civil expression for paedophilia with boys, a form of homosexuality], played drums, kept dogs [civil expression for bestiality], making frogs, bears and monkeys fight. Every morning he used be intoxicated and use to bind monkey with the saddle of a horse and make the horse run".

end quotes.

One could go on all day, yazeed ibn muawiyah(la) was clear evildoer and kaafir.

If you study "Imam" Ghazaali's works, one can easily notice that, yes, at times he does speak the truth and gives very intelligent solutions to some issues. However, it is similarly too obvious at other times that Ghazaali is completely out of line and deviated too far off the path, sometimes because of his misplaced extreme blind kindness due to the passive natured Sufi inside of him.

As for the Wahabies, it should also be easy to notice, knowing human nature, that their love for a bland and soul-less, illogical flavor of religion will often compel them to do such illogical things in an effort to hide their reality before the weakest of the unfortunate minds.
