Q: Does Allah look like us?

A: No Allah is perfect. He is not like any of His creation. He has told us that He has Hands, Eyes, a Face, etc. But all of these attributes are befitting to His might and Glory, and a muslim is NOT allowed to compare Allah with any of his creatures.

A Muslim does not say a single thing about Allah other than what Allah says about Himself.

Allah is Perfect, and Unique.

If we are not Allowed to compare Allah (swt) to his creation? but we are allowed to give him hands, eyes and a face etc..??

this is what you call unique?

Q: Can we see Allah?

A: Allah is not like the sun. Anyone can see the Sun. But Allah is the most beautiful. Nothing is as beautiful as Allah. Actually looking at Allah is the greatest pleasure of the people in Pradise. This pleasure Allah does not give anyone but the believers. So no one will see Allah before he dies.

We can see Allah(swt)?? This is clearly Attributing Allah (swt) to a confined space and demorisiling his infinite characteristics.

i used to go to a sunni mosque learning Maliki Fiqh, the teacher said: In Jannah the true believers of Allah(swt) will see Allah(swt).

and the students replied with "Alhamullilah" "Insh'Allah"

they are FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from the right path.

They use the following verse as proof :

Shakir 83:15] Nay! most surely they shall on that day be debarred from their Lord.

[Yusufali 83:15] Verily, from (the Light of) their Lord, that Day, will they be veiled.

[Pickthal 83:15] Nay, but surely on that day they will be covered from (the mercy of) their Lord.

They say , what is the most that believer like to see save Allah ! so the disbelievers will not get that chance ,but the believers will injoy looking at Allah swt .

As long as it's viewed in the right way which is under the limit of "vision encompasses him not and he encompasses all vision". Then it's right.

We have to believe in Seeing just not fully since Allah (swt) is Infinite.

Tafsir ibn katheer .

Nay! Surely, they will be veiled from seeing their Lord that Day.) meaning, they will have a place on the Day of Judgement, and lodging in Sijjin. Along with this they will be veiled from seeing their Lord and Creator on the Day of Judgement. Imam Abu `Abdullah Ash-Shafi`i said, "In this Ayah is a proof that the believers will see Him (Allah), the Mighty and Sublime, on that Day.'' Concerning Allah's statement,

Regarding me I follow shia tafsir :

Pooya/Ali Commentary 83:15]

On the day of judgement the tarnished, blackened and sealed hearts of the sinners because of total loss of reflectivity, will not receive the light of the glory of Allah-a deprivation of the highest magnitude. The fire of punishment will be to them the only reality which they will perceive.
