http://www.tawheed.com.au/al-mizan-volumes-39-40/    Volumes 39 to 40 are nearly complete

May Allah bless Allamah Tabataba'i in his grave and the day of judgement and the hereafter inshaAllah. What an unprecedented work of knowledge he has given us.

InshaAllah one day we have all volumes translated and free in online.

does anyone know who the translator is?

The first 13 volumes (which are available online) were translated by Allamah Sayyed Saeed Akhtar Rizvi, but unfortunately, while he was translating the 13th volume, he suffered a cardiac arrest and never recovered from that.

Don't know who is responsible for the translation of the rest of the volumes.

why? whats wrong with his translation? where did u get that info from?

Nothing is wrong with that translation. From what I know they used excerpts from the old translation but it is not a continuation from the old one though. I got this information from the person who is translating it. They have been working on this for few years now and inshallah it will be released early next year.
