It was a relieve to know that day dreaming is not Haram. i m a big day dreamer myself :angel: ...and this is wat i m upto most of the times these days :D , as i m on vacation and my University will start in Jan 07.

I try not to day dream. I'm not perfect. I know that if I let myself day dream alot I'd start thinking about haraam things. And there is always the possibility of these thoughts turning into action. Even if they don't, it's not really nice to have an impure mind is it?

For example, when I'm on the bus, if I just stare out of the window, I start day dreaming :dry: So the best thing for me to do is to read a novel or revise my notes or something. Sometimes I can't control my day dreaming :cry: but InshAllah the day dreaming can develop into dhikr and becme something halal.

I don't think i've gotten through a day without daydreaming about something, whether it's about what's gonna happen in the future, or if it's part of the past. I just like to keep my mind busy.....

But the real trouble starts when i start daydreaming while at work/or doing something important : i mess up what i'm doing and get in trouble. !!!! lol !!!!

but I end up doing it again anyway.

so basically, without daydreaming ... life is pretty damn boring....
