True fetishism is a psychological condition. It falls under the group of diseases called "Paraphilias".

But a normal man can have fetish feelings too. They would only be considered abnormal if the feelings disrupt his life and he cannot fulfil his desire in any way other than that specific fetish feelings.

So salmany is not weird because a normal man can have these feelings.(unless he is suffering from paraphilia). Besides, there is nothing prohibited in islam about having fetish feelings about your wife.

This is a pscychological thing. Its a matter of personal choice and opinion. As for the disease, some researchers have claimed that ppl who suffer from paraphilia have some sort of hormonal imbalance in their brain which begins in the intra uterine life (i.e, when the person was a baby inside the mother's womb). This has not been proved yet. But paraphilas are more common in twins which may point to the fact that there is a genetic association with this condition.

And as for why normal ppl are attracted to feet.....well, like i said....this is not abnormal because men can stimulated by any part of female body. This is how God made men. But ofcourse, men have to control their desires and keep them in check........

With their wives however, they are allowed to fulfil their needs in any way they like.
