Exploitation of workers is forbidden
If employer treat workers unfairly by asking them to do work, but give them little in return this treatment is immoral action is call "exploitation" which is forbidden in Islam , because exploitation is a case of oppression . According to Islamic teachings abuse and exploitation of others is prohibited
لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ (2.279)"neither harming others, nor suffering harm"
Holy prophet says:
"ایها الناس! إنّما المؤمنون إخوة ولایحلّ لإمرئ مال أخیه إلا عن طیب نفس منه...؛"[1]
O people! Believers are brothers, eating brother property is not lawful, except with his consent.
Islam also , prohibited the pressure on worker by
Giving him more longer hours at work or force him to does what ,have not the ability to perform.
The prophet (sawa):
"لاتحملوهم مایشقِّ علیهم، فإن فعلتم فأعینوهم؛ "[2]
Do not force them to work hard unless they get help.
It is a tradition suggests that the employer must in hard labor, by increasing car machinery, equipment and tools or by adding wages to help workers.
