أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ الْوَفَاءَ تَوْأَمُ الصِّدْقِ Imam Ali (عليه السلام) Oh people, loyalty is the twin of truthfulness. What an important lesson with such little words! I guess we all know exactly how loyal we really are! I think we can all work on it. But it's a very interesting way to figure out others too. Where would you put yourself on the loyalty scale, keeping in mind it's directly linked to truthfulness?
I'm sorry to confess, but I'm not a true Muslim. Sorry everyone for not being honest. Here's how I got to this low point in my life. Sit down, get your cocoa and let me begin: Once upon a time in a Salafi masjid far, far away, a young Shi'a brother stood up after juma'a during Muharram and asked why the Imam didn't talk about Ashura. The young brother was basically told to be quiet and sit down by a number of brothers at the mosque and no effort was made to correct anybody in their manners. On another occasion a different brother stood up after juma'a (these guys like standing up and shouting after juma'a), to proclaim the innocence of a man (who I will not name) and how his wife and kids were being held in Turkey by the authorities. The man in question was arrested in a sting operation trying to buy guns to join Daesh, the family was evidently off to Syria and were stopped. The man they defended converted to Islam and appeared in several of their online videos next to the resident Imam. So, I called them out on this on a review, I thought people should know what sort of ideology they possess before deciding whether to attend. The Facebook admin then wrote this about me, I have just unearthed this post. I only just responded to this, mentioning the Shi'a brother, the convicted wannabe terrorist and highlighted the irony of how true Muslims don't defend Shi'as but true Muslims are okay to defend terrorists. I also pointed out that their attempts to pull the wool over local non-Muslims with their open days and nicey-nicey photos fooled nobody. For some odd reason my comment very quickly vanished along with the ability to leave a comment. So, again I am really sorry that I am not a true Muslim. Flog me in public, feed me to the wolves, annoint me with a Dunce hat, do whatever you want. The end.
Popular shia website wilayat.net in one of its article on defense of Zurarah (one of the main shia hadith narrator) said: حدثني حمدويه، قال حدثني محمد بن عيسى، عن يونس، عن مسمع كردين أبي سيار، قال : سمعت أبا عبد الله (عليه السلام) يقول لعن الله بريدا و لعن الله زرارة Abu Abdullah (alaihi salam) said: “May Allah curse Buraydah and may Allah curse Zurarah. Hadith is weak. Reason: "Whatever Muhammad b. Isa narrated exceptionally from the books of Yunus is not reliable. LINK But when same Muhammad bin Isa narrated from same Yunus in criticism on Abu Bakr a.s and Umar a.s, it become thiqah. 1/506 From Muhammad ibn 'Isa ibn 'Ubaid (thiqa) from Yunus ibn 'Abd ur-Rahmaan (thiqa) from 'Abd us-Samad ibn Basheer (thiqa) from Abu Ja'far (a.s.). He ('Abd us-Samad) said: "I heard Abu Ja'far (a.s.) saying that: 'Behind this sun are forty such suns, and what is between a sun to another sun is forty years. Over there are many creations who do not know whether or not Allah created Adam (a.s.). And behind this moon of yours are forty such moons, and what is between a moon to another moon is forty days. Over there are many creations who do not know whether or not Allah created Adam (a.s.). They have been inspired, just like the Bee has been inspired, to curse the first and the second, all the time. And with them are Angels, who torture them when they do not curse the two." Basaa'er ud-Darajaat of Saffaar (r.a.) 1/506 LINK
