  1. How accurate is the following statement by the Government of Canada 'Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness' regarding Hizbullah??? Please help, thanks. https://www.publicsafety.gc.ca/cnt/ntnl-scrt/cntr-trrrsm/lstd-ntts/crrnt-lstd-ntts-en.aspx#30 Hizballah Also known as Hizbullah, Hizbollah, Hezbollah, Hezballah, Hizbullah, The Party of God, Islamic Jihad (Islamic Holy War), Islamic Jihad Organization, Islamic Resistance, Islamic Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine, Ansar al-Allah (Followers of God/Partisans of God/God's Helpers), Ansarollah (Followers of God/Partisans of God/God's Helpers), Ansar Allah (Followers of God/Partisans of God/God's Helpers), Al-Muqawamah al-Islamiyyah (Islamic Resistance), Organization of the Oppressed, Organization of the Oppressed on Earth, Revolutionary Justice Organization, Organization of Right Against Wrong and Followers of the Prophet Muhammed. Description One of the most technically capable terrorist groups in the world, Hizballah is a radical Shia group ideologically inspired by the Iranian revolution. Its goals are the liberation of Jerusalem, the destruction of Israel, and, ultimately, the establishment of a revolutionary Shia Islamic state in Lebanon, modelled after Iran. Formed in 1982 in response to Israel's invasion of Lebanon, Hizballah carried out some of the most infamous terror attacks of the Lebanese civil war, such as the suicide bombings of the barracks of United States Marines and French paratroopers in Beirut, as well as the hijacking of TWA Flight 847. While all other Lebanese militias disarmed at the end of Lebanon's civil war in 1990, Hizballah continued to fight, waging a guerilla war against Israeli troops stationed in southern Lebanon. Following Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon in 2000, Hizballah attacks against Israeli forces continued, concentrated on the disputed Shebaa Farms area. In 2006, Hizballah provoked Israel's invasion of Lebanon by kidnapping two Israeli soldiers and killing 8 others. On January 3, 2018, Hizballah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah announced that the group was working "to obtain all kinds of weapons that would enable it to achieve victory in the next war." Date listed 2002-12-10 Date reviewed 2018-11-21 EDIT: Also, any thoughts or feelings on Canada's statement?
  2. My mother was talking on the phone with my Aunt, who lives in Kabul. In the middle of the conversation, my mom heard the explosion from her end. She heard the live explosion, and 80 people died in that instant. It's crazy how this stuff happens, and we never really talk about it as much as terror attacks in the west. My Aunts' neighbors are waiting for their dead children at the moment, they were standing guard in the area. It's really sad. If you haven't read into it, or want to read more, here you go. http://abcnews.go.com/International/90-killed-bomb-rips-central-kabul/story?id=47739486 Crazy part is, THE TALIBAN CONDEMNED THE ATTACK.
  3. US, Britain and France now air force for terrorists in Syria For nearly six years, Washington and its allies have gotten away with playing a cynical double game in Syria’s war. But now the mask is slipping to reveal the ugly face of Western involvement – it is openly siding with terrorists..... Washington and its allies are not just trying to give air cover to the terrorists in Syria indirectly by setting up so-called no-fly zones. They are evidently now giving the terrorists air fire-power. As in the NATO regime-change war in Libya in 2011, the Americans, French and British are riding shotgun in the air for terrorists on the ground. And the truly disgusting thing about this criminal collusion is that the Western powers claim to be concerned about international law, war crimes and human suffering. https://www.rt.com/op-edge/362107-us-france-uk-syria-terrorists/
  4. i think that ISIS is not a big problem for us and for our muslim community the basic problem is started from our muslims because when we research on all Islami Jahadist or terrorist i saw all muslims in them and its mean that we are totaly failed to stop our peoples to kill humanity

  6. Some days ago, Persian Gulf countries declare Hezbollah as a terrorist group because of regional conflict. Member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council, known as the GCC, have classified Lebanese movement Hezbollah as a "terrorist" organization. Hezbollah, a Shia political organization with an armed wing, fights in neighboring Syria with Zionist regime and it is strange and questionable that they declare this group as terrorist group while they are fighting against occupied regime. Of course it is clear that because of Assad' government, they try to undermine this group. Because they know clearly that Hezbollah is the axis of resistance and if they destroy the Hezbollah, they can gain the control of the region. The Sunni-dominated GCC comprises Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Some analysts have related this act to the tie of Iran and Saudi Arabia, because Saudi considered Hezbollah as a group supported by Iran. After the new tension between Iran and Saudi which intensified by the execution of a prominent Shia cleric, Saudi always try to instigate Iran to a new war. Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasorallah lashed out at Saudi Arabia during a televised speech on Tuesday.

  10. Hi, I was wondering if any of you guys could put out some quotes from the qur'an that has everything against ISIS and every other 'muslim' terrorist group. Something that I can tell people that I discuss with to prove them that Islam don't teach that. Thank you! :)
  11. I am having a hard time selecting the best way to answer someone that is thinking that Muslims are practicing a violent religion. I have tried many different approaches to this, but can not come up with the a clear and solid strategy. Quoting scriptures is not effective because most people can not follow due to lack of knowledge. Some have heard of some scriptures that talk about violence, but discussing these scriptures are usually a waste of time for some reason. I have been using scriptures from the Qur'an that explains how a Muslim can not be violent and so on, but I am starting to think that fatwas and speeches by educated Muslims, Ayatollah, and so on... that explains this - is much better to use. Maybe prepare some website links and so on. The reason is that people seem to think that so many Muslims interpret the Qur'an in a violent way - regardless of what scriptures i show them. When i explain that the Qur'an don't allow violence, people just say that it does not matter, as they are convinced that Muslims ignore those parts, to focus on other parts they can use to execute violence. Anybody have some input ?
  12. (salam) Watched news. Heard that Pakistan is going to negotiate with Taliban to make peace with'em. Wonder how stupid they are. But no. They are actually hypocrites. They have soft corner for Taliban. They don't wanna start a military operation against'em. It were these pseudo-religious and extremist political parties who originated terrorism in Pakistan and let Saudi Arabia lay its foundations. Pakistan is capable of dealing with Taliban easily. Their army's 100 times better than Taliban. But Taliban have spread like cancer. They're in bureaucracy, judiciary, military, politics, society etc. How would they raise hand on their own brothers? Pakistan has been occupied by these lewd terrorists now. Poor state! :( I believe that negotiations with Taliban (and all terrorist organizations) is a dream that can't come true. You can't negotiate with a mad dog. It won't listen to you. It wanna bite you and nothing else. If you wanna keep it as a pet then you're an idiot. It's not a risk. It's an irreversible and unpardonable blunder (you can call it a crime as well). Terrorists are wild dogs and when a puppy goes crazy, it's shot, not cured. Government of Pakistan is going to repent because soon negotiations will prove to be fruitless and then they'll be obliged to eradicate terrorism by beheading these terrorists. Hurrah!
  13. Salam. I am doing a research and making a report. I need my Shia brothers to give me a list of Sunni extremist terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda, Taliban, FSA, Al-Nusra etc. I only know these four. If you can please provide a link to a site that has these terrorist group names then I'll be very thankful to you :) Thanks
  14. http://rt.com/news/syria-terrorism-un-row-264/ Russia has accused the US of blocking a draft UN Security Council statement condemning the suicide bombings in the Syrian capital, which were among the deadliest in the two years of the armed conflict. The US blamed Russia in return. The draft document submitted by Russia was aiming to express condolences to the victims of the Thursday attack on Damascus, which killed at least 53 people and wounded more than 250, and to condemn terrorism in any form. But the adoption was blocked by the US and its allies, which wanted to add language condemning the Syrian President Bashar Assad, a move that Russia could not accept. “Unfortunately, such an indispensable reaction by the Security Council to this terrorist attack has been once again blocked by the US delegation linking it with other questions,” the office of, Vitaly Churkin, Russia’s envoy to the UN, said. “We consider unacceptable this search for justifications for terrorist actions. It is obvious that by doing so the US delegation encourages those who have been repeatedly targeting American interests, including US diplomatic missions,” the statement added. The words are a thinly-veiled reference to the September 2012 attack on the US diplomatic mission in Libya’s Benghazi, in which America’s ambassador to the country and three other staff members were killed by Al-Qaeda-linked militants. Russia’s embassy in Damascus was among the buildings damaged by the suicide bombings, which Syria says were also carried out by Al-Qaeda-linked militants. Spokeswoman for the US mission to the UN, Erin Peltin, said“We strongly condemn all indiscriminate terrorist attacks against civilians or against diplomatic facilities. “We agreed with the Russian draft of a statement from the Security Council and only sought to add similar language on the regime’s brutal attacks against the Syrian people. Unfortunately, Russia refused to engage on a credible text.” Opponents of the Syrian regime both among the rebel fighters and the international backers of the opposition have been pressuring Assad to step down. They accuse Russia of supporting him despite the thousands of lives the confrontation has claimed, saying most of the violence is his and his government’s fault. “The problem is that the opposition saying every five minutes that they don’t want to talk to Bashar Assad,” told RT in an interview UN and Arab League special envoy to Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi. The latest opposition demand for Assad to step down comes in a political statement from the Western-, Arab- and Turkish-backed Syrian National Coalition, which the body adopted after a late session on Thursday in Cairo. The statement was passed after an angry debate, in which some members both Islamist and liberal camps of the 70-strong body criticized their chief Moaz Khatib for his earlier proposal of talks without setting a “clear goal”, as the critics said. “We have adopted a political document that sets the parameters for any talks. The main addition to the draft is a clause about the necessity of Assad stepping step down,” said Abdelbasset Sida, a member of the coalition's 12-member politburo and one of Khatib’s critics. Russia has on many occasions insisted that the personal fate of Assad is not Moscow’s concern. But Moscow insists that Assad staying in power or stepping down can only be discussed after the violence is stopped and a diplomatic solution to the conflict in found, and cannot be a precondition for negotiations. It offers itself as mediator for possible talks between Damascus and the opposition, including hosting such a meeting in Moscow. Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem is due for talks in Moscow. Russia hopes that Khatib will also visit soon in search of a breakthrough.

  17. Terrorist Jaber al-Shehabi confessed on Monday to killing innocent people in al-Bab city in Aleppo countryside after kidnapping them. In his confessions which were aired on the Syrian TV, terrorist al-Shehabi said that he was from al-Bab city in Aleppo and he got acquainted with Mohammad Kheir Darwish who came to his house and asked him and his cousin to join his armed group, and he would give them a salary and an award of SYP 50,000 for each person they slaughter. He added that after a span of time he called Mohammad and told him that he and his cousin agreed to join his group. Al-Shehabi said that after they joined the group, they headed to al-Bab city and observed a policeman for a week before they killed him. After that, they returned to their leader who ordered them to observe two military officers, adding that they received an award of SYP 100,000 for slaughtering them. http://abna.ir/data.asp?lang=3&id=338292
  18. In a meeting with thousands of students on Wednesday, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution referred to the plots of the arrogant powers against the Iranian nation and stressed that the enemies are worried about the spread of the political ideas of the Islamic Republic in the world. Ayatollah Khamenei added that the US government tried to accuse the Islamic Republic of a ridiculous and baseless act of terror in the thick of its increasing domestic problems. He added that all reasonable people in the world rejected this ridiculous scenario. His Eminence said that the goal of the US government is to divert attention away from the Wall Street movement and to pressure the Islamic Republic. "They want to accuse the most honorable elements of the Islamic Republic of terrorism. This is while America is the biggest terrorist of the world today." The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution stressed: "We have a hundred indisputable documents regarding the role of America in leading terrorists and terror attacks in Iran and the region. And by presenting these documents to global public opinion, we will disgrace America and the claimants of supporting human rights and combating terrorism." Ayatollah Khamenei said that America has been disgraced and defeated, further adding: "Today America has been defeated in Afghanistan and Iraq and it has no choice but leave these two countries. And it has also been defeated in North Africa." His Eminence added: "The Americans did not manage to keep Hosni Mubarak and Ben Ali in power in Egypt and Tunisia because the people overwhelmed them. The same thing happened in Libya. In spite of their secret relations with Gaddafi before his humiliating death, they did not manage to keep him in power." Ayatollah Khamenei said that the uprising of the people of America and many other countries against liberal democracy is a sign of the defeat of western capitalism. He added: "The Americans and westerners might manage to suppress these uprisings, but these flames cannot be extinguished." Ayatollah Khamenei said that the regional and global movement originates from the Islamic Republic of Iran and reiterated: "This is why the enemies are trying to thwart the progressive movement of this origin by disappointing the people, particularly the youth and government officials. But the youth and officials of the country are standing firm with a lot of hope and power while relying on God. And fighting the insightful, patient, aware and resistant Iranian people who rely on God will not get them anywhere."
