  1. Would talking about what someone did bad, hurt you or annoy you in his/her absence be considered as gheebah ? Like talking with colleagues about your boss' lack of management skills, or with your wife about the bad akhlaq of that cousin, etc... ? I mean when the defaults are here and some harm is done somehow. Not getting into defamation or free insult. Thanks,
  2. My niece/nephew (my daughter of my brother) would be proposed by his family. I am as the older of my brother should introduce the family. I should give also some marriage advise. My intention is to introduce the right of men/women from Risalatul Huquq of Imam Ali Zainal Abidin a.s. https://www.al-islam.org/divine-perspective-on-rights-a-commentary-of-imam-sajjads-treatise-of-rights/right-n-20-right-wife I will make it simple by only taking the first paragraph : And the right of your subject through matrimonial contract1 is that you should know that God has made her a repose, a comfort and a companion, and a protector for you. It is incumbent upon each of you to thank God for the other and realize that the other one is God's blessing for you. It is obligatory to be a good companion for God's blessing, and to honor her and treat her gentl Is there any suggestions ?
  3. Salam all, In the last weeks and months and years Turkey politicians' war talks and blackmail, especially Erdogan's, against "Israel" have become more open, sharp and strict. On the other hand Turkey has open relationship with the so-called "Israel", diplomatically and other kinds and they even agree to this and want this to be known by everyone. They even accept the UN's map of the Zionist entity. This is hypocrisy at its finest.
  4. (BISMILLAH) (salam) Here's a really, really very interesting TED talk bu James Flynn about historical development in cognitive ability over the past two centuries and how we are far more "intelligent" than our ancestors a hundred years ago: http://www.ted.com/talks/james_flynn_why_our_iq_levels_are_higher_than_our_grandparents Absolutely phenomenal! He does, however, make one or two uniformed remarks about Islam - possibly because of his ignorance on the subject - but, still, that's not the main subject of his talk and the rest is quite informative.

  6. A Bakri False site making usual propaganda that Hadeeth of 'Saheeh Al Bukhari about the angry of Fatima s.a to Abu Bakr is a insertion of Sub Narrator not of Aisha. To Support his fantasy he quoted few Hadeeth from Jami Al Bukhari. When one of our brother replied -they did not publish that rather preferred to hide below the table. The refutation is here on my site. http://www.true-sunna.info/index.php?p=1_4_Refutation
  7. Salam, One could argue that many of us over indulge in eating, sleeping or talking too much. I was talking to someone and I was informed that Imam Ali a.s. said to "eat less, sleep less and talk less". I know Imam Ali a.s. said not to make your stomach a graveyard for animals but I am looking to find the statement of eating, sleeping and talking less. Can someone find the saying, preferably from the nahjul balagha. Thank you for your time. wsalam.
