  1. Muttah mai talak kaisy daity ha? Or muttah nikkah mai divorce k bdd kiya usi Mard sy permanent wala nikkah hu skta?
  2. Bismillah, Few weeks ago I mentioned one of my friend's problems with her husband. To make it short: He asked her to give him her mahr and all the presents he made her, then she could go and get her Divorce. Usually this would be a Khul' divorce, right? He just took a Sayyed as a Wakil to make the divorce but this Sayyed intends to make it a revocable divorce, even though she gave him the mahr and the presents to make sure he could take her back. Is this even right?? If it's a rajai divorce, why should she give him the mahr and the presents and why should he be able to take her back when she was clearly NOT okay with living with him anymore ?? She knows that she doesn't want to live with him anymore and he even gave her the right for Khula. Now that the Sayyed said "let's make it a Talaq Rujui" he agreed, knowing that he could take her back then without her okay. My question is... is this even correct?? Shouldn't they at least do a Mubarrat Divorce, since she gave him the mahr and the presents back and since she really doesn't want him to take her back? Thanks and Salam.
  3. Salam un Alaikum, I need help/Suggestion from all my Shia brother & sisters, I got married and have a wonderful son. It's been 1.5 years now but few issues started from my wife & In-laws side, agree the problem is because of me Since i started giving all the freedom. Things gone so worse, comes to a point we decided to separate (which i feel not good) but got to do this as all the hopes gone, no other way rather to get separated. So regarding this, i issued the Notice from the Court, no reply came then some of my relatives said to go Shia Community Head Kazi and seek his help. I met him and explain all the things, He gave me the Talaq form to fill and he sent to my wife, It's been more than 2 months no reply, so my Kazi again sent the second Notice... now it's been almost 1 month no reply... I decided to directly call and ask my wife what she wanted, upon talking to her she says she will never sign the Talaq papers and challenges me that she will trash my life. Here I'm so much afraid.. Don't know what to do. Can you guys tell me what Next i need to do... Kazi said me that he will wait for another 2 months then the Final Notice, this would end. My questions are 1. What is the actual process of getting Divorced via Kazi in Shia? 2. If i get a Talaq from Kazi is this more than enough or i need to again go to Court? Note:- Child custody we don't have any issues, i decided to give it to her and she is ok with it. Please help
