Salamun alaikum, Am I subject to khums in the following context, I study in a university abroad and my parents take care of my expenses from university fees to pocket money. However, I do not get a fixed salary; money is sent to me whenever I require it. With regards to the following context while taking into consideration that I have never paid khums before due to my ignorance, I have three questions: 1) Must I pay khums in such a context? 2) According to Ayt. Khamenei, if I have never paid khums, do I need to pay the khums of all the years since my bulugh? Thank you very much in advance, Wassalamu alaikum we rahmatullah wabarakatuh

Salaam Allaykum, As a university student I receive several loans per year which I, of course, have to pay back. Though I have to pay that money back, would it be fair to say that that money is still mine and I am obliged to pay khums on it? Or because that money is only temporarily in my possession could it be possible that I would not have to pay khums on it as technically I do not actually OWN the money as I've just borrowed it? AsSalam 3aleikum everyone, I'm a female student who inshallah will start on City Universtiy in London, and need somewhere to live for a year. My questions are if you know of good websites for muslims to find flats/accommodations/halls etc. for rent, or to find muslim flatmates. Or you might know of female muslims who are interested in sharing flat?? Maybe know of someone reliable who's letting, or... Or any advice you'd like to share?? :) Thanks in advance!
