salam alykum wrwb,
I saw this article on ShiaChat.
https://www.iqraonline.net/supplications-by-Imam-sajjad-a-and-independence-from-people/
I am sick, I need help. When I approached maolana & we spoke about the problem am having, he gave me an Amal.
alhamdulillah, a beautiful Amal imo.
Now I know he attributes it (the Amal) to himself for he said whilst hitting his chest like in matam, ' should the Amal not work I have more'
Another example would be coming here on this site to ask for help whatever it may be more especially to do with things that brings one closer to Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى), like the above article is the efforts of a certain individuals.
Okay, am confused between asking help from people & asking help from Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) & it gets worse when people expect to be thanked or worshipped for help they know they were against.
