What's the ruling talking to non mahram in public forums, private messages, social medias. Talking casually, talking professionally, talking friendly, talking jokingly, talking teasingly/flirting etc. does the rule apply to both married ones and none married ones? for example, can a single Muslim woman talk casually with a non mahram man. Does the same rule apply to the married woman? by casual talk, basically about everything. professionally, I mean more in a working environment. Talking to clients etc.
SALAM BROTHERS & SISTERS ON SC Please i just wanted to get your attentions towards this thread and that's why i wrote the title as "open the thread and see for yourself" The thing is, a brother needs our help on something very important... I fear that he is already giving up hope on his idea even though its a smart one. Here is the message in his words: "In short, my problem is around being in debts in the last 2 years due to a series of incidents and also family crisis that I went through. Now, please bear with me as I'm not asking for any money or financial support so please don't worry. I have by help and grace of Allah (swt) cleared a big portion of my debts but there is still some good deal of it left and it's truly burdening me so much and this has been affecting my family in many aspects of our life. So, I decided to do something a bit creative and I hope it's useful for everyone. So, I'm currently working on compiling an eBook that presents life-changing and turning-point experiences by people from all walks of life. These experiences can be good or bad, they could have led to correct directions or wrong, and whatever they are, they all share the main attribute of being valuable to share with others. This can be a very valuable work, joyful to read, useful to explore, and could offer more than what it has on its lines to so many people out there from all walks of life. All I need at this stage is your support which is simply sending me a real experience that you had in your life that you consider a turning-point or a remarkable or a life-changing one, in no more than 15 lines. I also need your consent for me to publish it on my e-book that I intend to sell for the cause of raising money to pay off my debts that are dragging me and my family down rapidly unless I do something creative and useful and I hope that you find this initiative and it’s cause worth supporting. I'd be a very grateful if you could please let your readers on your email lists and Facebook & Twitter followers know about this initiative as I need the input of as many people as possible. I hope that I'm not breaking any law of the forum and I'd be a very grateful for all your support and useful feedback and inputs. This is an attempt to rescue myself from my hard situation by doing something useful and dignified rather than borrowing or asking for money from anyone, and I pray to Allah (swt) to help us all." From: brother Shaheed. So the point is; I'm not asking anyone here to share his/her experiences even if he/she is not willing to (No).... I just want us to help brother Shaheed spread this message in the social medias we are in... It won't take much time for us to copy and paste the message to our Whats-app groups, Facebook, twitter, and several other accounts we have... inshaAllah, there are people out there who have experiences to share with him... only that maybe, the message has not yet reached them... May Allah bless anyone who participate in spreading this message. I'll re-post his email address as soon as possible (after verification) inshaAllah. Thank You All.
