Muntazir e Mahdi posted a blog entry in Bayaan e Muntazir
My eyes tear up at this kalaam... O Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى)... Please reveal Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام) soon and make us amongst his supporters... -
In the 1920s, the Iranian city of Qom developed as a prime center of Shia learning to rival Najaf and came to be regarded as the religious capital of Iran. Centuries ago, it had already been prophesied to play a major role in the end times: Imam Musa Kazim (عليه السلام). said: "A man will invite people to Allah from Qom. A crowd will gather around him. Indeed their hearts will be firm like iron pieces such that nothing can terrify or unnerve them. They will not get tired of war and will not get afraid. They will rely on Allah and they will be the real righteous." (Bihar al-Anwar: v.60 p.216 Iranian print) In the whole history of Qom, this prophecy by Imam Musa (عليه السلام). befits none but his descendant Ruhollah Musawi (Imam Khomeini), the 1979 Islamic Revolution, the Iran-Iraq war (1980-1989) and the anti-Zionist forces of the Islamic Revolution. Qom remains the ideological center of the Islamic Revolution. The forces of the "Qom" Movement (the Islamic Revolution) will support Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام). : Afwan Basri narrated from Imam Ja'far Sadiq (عليه السلام). that he said: "The Imam (Muhammad Baqir (عليه السلام).) asked me "do you know why they call the city Qom?", I said "Allah and His Messenger (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). know better". He said "indeed they call this city Qom because the people of Qom will gather around Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام). and will rise up with him, remain with him and help him"." (ibid.) About the forces vanquishing the Jews in the Holy Land in the end times, Imam Baqir (عليه السلام). said: "They are Mahdi (عليه السلام). and his companions." Imam Sadiq (عليه السلام). said about them: "I swear by Allah they are of Qom, I swear by Allah they are of Qom, I swear by Allah they are of Qom!" (Tafsir Nur al-Thaqalayn: tafsir surah 17 ruku' 1) Today the whole world knows that the greatest threat to the Zionist state of Israel is posed by the forces of Qom i.e. Imam Khomeini's movement.

Hey, I wanted to create this thread and, as a Baha'i, I am interested in creating a HEALTHY debate about whether or not Baha'u'llah and the Bab are truly prophets. I would request from all those who would like to comment to not insult anyone, including Baha'u'llah, the Bab. This is meant to be a healthy conversation. FYI, I speak perfect Arabic so I have no problem explaining things in Arabic or verses, etc. from the Baha'i writings.

The site is run by a madrasa in Karachi. The facebook page has short ahadees, and they are presented so beautifully, it speaks of how much effort must've been put into it. I thought I should share these pages with you guys. For lectures: https://vimeo.com/alqaaim For posts: https://m.facebook.com/madrasatulqaaim Jazakallah

And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture, so do not be in doubt over his meeting. And we made the Torah guidance for the Children of Israel. And We made from among them(bani Israel) leaders (imams) guiding by Our command when they were patient and [when] they were certain of Our signs. (Surah 32:23-24) Since Imammate is superior to messenger hood, are the imams that succeeded Musa (as) superior to Musa

(bismillah) I wish he had said more. Just goes to show that even Sunnis aren't unified on the issue of Imam Mahdi(as). A large number of Sufis in the Indo-Pak region actually do believe that the Mahdi has already arrived, so that should serve as a reminder to us that we're on the right track.

Asa brothers/sisters, As i mentioned before, I just became shia and started practicing the school of Pure Ahlulbait(as). I am not sure how much you lot can understand but I am facing a lot of problems in the community due to the fact that I prefer the belief of PURE's over others. I am hoping to understand certain concepts from you lot in a positive way and would appreciate any help whatsoever - jzk I've been presented this narration from Bihar ul Anwar from this website. http://gift2shias.com/2014/02/23/the-shia-madi-a-sadistic-mass-murdering-anti-arab-bigot/#more-10068 There's a lot of filth mentioned here about the followers of Ahlulbait(as) which I really dont believe and know its nothing but a pile of lies against us. However this narration (apparently from Biharul Anwar) did confuse me and I am still wondering what must be the original context of it as we all know the Imamuz Zaman is in hide and he's the son of Imam Hasan Al-askari(asws) I am not even sure if its mentioned in the original book so will definitely check the original text as well. Any help would be much appreciated. TRANSLATION: When the Persians were defeated at Al-Qadisiyyah (Iraq) and Yazdgerd Ibn Shahryar (the Kisra i.e. king of the Sassanian Majoosi/Zoroastrian evil and oppressive empire) was informed about that and that Rustum (his general) was captured, he thought that Rustum and the Persians are all perished until someone informed him about (the battle) of Al-Qadisiyyah and about the loss of 50.000 (Majoosi soldiers, against a handful Sahaba!!!). Upon that, Yazgerd fled to his household and stood infront of the gates of Al-Iwan (his palace) and said: “Peace be upon you, o Iwan! This is where I am going to leave you and where I will met you again, me or a man of my progeny [...]. Sulayman Al-Dulaimi entered upon Abi Abdillah (Imam Al-Sadiq) and asked him about that. I asked him: ‘What does he (Yazdgerd III) mean with “a man of my progeny”? He (Imam Al-Sadiq) said: ‘It is none other but one who is the arising (Shia Mahdi) by the will of Allah, the sixth (from the progeny) of my father, Yazgerd has given him birth, he is his father’.
