If one was to find himself in a state of janabah, and was unaware that this means you cannot read namaaz, would all of his namaaz during his time in the state of janabah be invalid? If the namaaz is in fact invalid, will this person have to re read all of his prayers again?

Salaamun 'alaykum Brothers and Sisters in Faith, I'm deeply sorry if this has been posted before or answered. Under Islamic jurisprudence a women is not allowed to pray her salah during menstruation. However, I find this difficult to understand. Firstly because Salah is the Me'raj of a believer i.e. it's the pinnacle of worship, thus I do not understand why Allah swt would deny a woman that pleasure/ascension. Secondly menstruation is a natural phenomenon that Allah swt has placed upon a woman, which she has no control over. Therefore, I would be eternally grateful if someone could explain to me the philosophy behind this ruling and how it has been derived from Qur'an and ahadith. Thank you. JazakAllah Khayr

Is there a particular method in Shia sect for crossing someone while praying ? Any scholar commented on this topic ?Is this above video correct, according to Shia practices ?
