  1. Humanity vs inhumanity - Karbala Message War between humanity and inhumanity has been going on since the beginning of time Physical wars- you conquer and subjugate other human ( Physically) or you keep them in open air prisons or you violate the sovereign state’s sovereignty at will. This requires physical weapons and whoever has the upper hand in physical weapons and has the economic muscle will control, subjugate, coerce others to form a coalition to achieve the goal of Physical colonization. through physical wars, proxy wars, economic wars, currency wars, spearheading/supporting a manufactured crisis within the target state, either alone or with a willing coalition. This playing field is not an even playing field. Spiritual/Intellectual wars- the scope of this war is larger and this virus has long generational life and can degenerate into drug resistant state and could pass down the mutant spiritual DNA to the next generations. Highly infectious and can take a form of a global epidemic. Here the playing field is even. The weapons here is intellect, knowledge. But we have not paid attention to it, no glory, no instant victory parade etc...Humans usually look for glory and fame and bragging rights and want to be acknowledged and sometimes glorified for their physical accomplishments. Religion can not be imposed on anyone through Physical threat. You can only subjugate human body and have him/her do your will. But you do not control his/her heart and mind. Liberation of Human heart and mind is a priority vs freeing them from physical bondage, in a world with uneven playing field. Only way you can change this state (Physical bondage) and bring about its decline, is by bringing about freedom of hearts and minds. Which will in turn remove the will to subjugate others and justice will prevail. So, focus on godless ideologies is vital. Urgent Vaccination is needed . Weapon is available to all, no shortage of manpower (soldiers). We have the tools (Intellect), Karbala. In order to change the status quo. Your thoughts?
  2. Imam Musa al-Kazim(as) said to one of his companions, Hisham b.al-Hakam: 'O Hisham, indeed Allah has given glad tidings to the people of intellect and understanding in the Quran saying : "Therefore give good news to My servants, those who listen to the word, then follow the best of it; those it is whom Allah has guided, and those it is who are the men of understanding." (39:17-18) Then he said: 'O Hisham, verily Luqman said to his son: 'Humble yourself to the truth and you will be the most intelligent of men. My son, this world is a deep sea in which many a scholar may drown, so let piety be your boat, and faith your provision, and reliance on Allah your sails, and intellect your captain, and knowledge your steer, and patience the shipmates.' 'O Hisham, every single thing has an authority and the authority of intellect is thinking and the authority of thought is silence. Every thing has a riding beast(tool) at its disposal, and for the intellect it is humility, and you would have to be a fool to mount a prohibited and unstable beast. 'O Hisham, verily Allah has two authorities over His creation, one manifest and the other hidden. The manifest authority is the prophets, messengers and divine guides, whereas the hidden authority is the intellect. 'O Hisham, how can your expect your actions to be purified by Allah when your heart is preoccupied with matters other than the command of your Lord, and you obey your whims in spite of your intellect? 'O Hisham, the intelligent person contents himself with a meagre portion of this world along with wisdom, and does not content himself with a meagre portion of wisdom along with this world. This is why their businesses flourish. The intelligent people have abandoned the extravagances of this world, so how can they sin?; for abandoning this world is a virtue and abandoning sin is a duty. 'O Hisham, The intelligent man looks at this world and at its people, and he knows that this world is acquired only by toil. And he looks at the Hereafter, and he knows that it too is acquired only by toil, so by means of toiling, he acquires the more permanent of the two.' al-Kafi,v.1,p.10,no.12. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Imam Jafar al-sadiq (as) said: 'The intellect is the authority of the believer.' al-Kafi, v.1,p.19,no.24. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) quoted the Prophet(saw) as having said : ' 'O Ali, there is no poverty worse than ignorance, and no wealth more profitable than the intellect.' al- Kafi, v,1,p.20,no.25. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (as) said: ' There are five things that if a person lacks, he will also lack in enjoyment[of anything]. They are: the intellect, good manners, belief, generosity and a good nature.' al-Mahasin,p.191,no.1. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amir al-Muminin (as) said: 'The intellect is a chaste covering, and virtue is a manifest beauty, so cover the flaws of your character with your virtue, and kill your desires with your intellect - compassion will submit to you and love will manifest itself to you.' al-Kafi, v.1, p.15,no.13. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  5. In the name of God,the all wise. One of the greatest gift which mankind has been bestowed upon is the gift of intellect. Your intellect is this amazing faculty trough which you can reason as well understand and it by means of this that we are different from the other creations of God. And not only different but trough the use of this intellect we have established our superiority over the other creations, even tough these other creations may be stronger than us. Take the example of a dog,in many ways this animal is built stronger and tougher than us, but just by putting a leash around the dogs neck and giving him a funny name we have made him our faithful servant for the rest of his life. Within the religion of Islam there is a lot of importance on the faculty of intellect,in the Arabic language it is referred as 'Al Aql'. In the glorious Quran God severely condemns those who do not use this ability,in chapter 8 verse 22 we read "Surely the worst beast in the eyes of God are those who are deaf, dumb and do not understand". Then we are also told that our beliefs and principles should be based on intellectual and logical understanding and no type of blind following will be allowed.Even blindly following the right path is condemned and rejected,in chapter 17 verse 36 we are told " And follow not that which you do not have knowledge,as the hearing, the sight and the heart, all these will be questioned". Imam Ali (a) in his eloquent words defines intellect by saying " The intellect is mans most precious asset, for it restores his dignity after his humiliation, uplifts him if he falls, guides him if he is lost and gives firmness and rectitude to his speech when he speaks". The intellect is also know as al Hujjat al batin- meaning the hidden proof. Imam Al Kazim(a) says " God has appointed two kinds of guides for mankind. One is outward and the other is hidden. The outward proof are the prophets, messengers and the holy leaders of faith, while the hidden proof is his intellect". Imam Baqir(a) under whose guidance the first Islamic coins were minted has a interesting narration he says " On the day of judgment god shall scrutinize the records of his creatures in proportion of their intellectual capacities in the world". So it is not our deeds which make us great rather it is our intellectual abilities which make us honored in the eyes of the creator. The only important point here is that this amazing ability must be used as a means to reach your lord, since the final goal of all mankind is to worship god. So whoever uses his intellect in any way to serve humanity and reach god, then that act will be considered worship, and not only worship but highly praised worship as the prophet of Islam says " The best creature in the eyes of god is one who is most beneficial to others". Lastly one final narration which is worth reflecting, the Prophet Mohammed(s) used to say " 2 groups of people have broken my back, firstly the worshipper who does not have intellect and the intelligent who do not have religion."....... Thanks for reading....
