Career And Headscarf In Turkey, Possible?

Slam to all, I do not know how many of you know about Turkey. I am living here and i am unemployed. I used to work as a teacher but it was too disturbing because i was taking off my headscarf while i was working. Conditions are not good here. I thought of being research assitant at a university but i couldn't. I can not be a research assitant with headscarf in Turkey. It's illegal!!! I started to wear headscarf lsat year and i feel very sad. My life has changed. I can not be as social as before:/ I say that my life has become more difficult since lst year. Anyways, with headscarf which field is sutable to pursue a career?
