I feel I'm not ambitious enough about financial growth. I just don't get winded up about it. Even though I need to get settled ASAP, pronto to turn my 3 year old nikkah into a marriage (rukhsati). But even apart from the marriage pre and post expenses. I want to get settled. I just fear the entire job/gig/work searching process and just can't get myself to do it. I see people starting with whatever comes their way and eventually landing some good job. And I just sit and wait for something 'perfect' and 'optimal' to come my way.... . Please suggest some al-Islam pdf content or personal advice for me to get excited about getting financially ambitious and eventually settled.... . I say financially ambitious because otherwise I like to study, keep myself up to date, keep my deen in place...
Salamun Alaykum.. 1. I want to know from as many as possible as to what your "aspiration/goal(s)" is/are. 2. How do you see this world and how will you use it to reach your goal(s)? 3. What keeps you closer to Allah everyday? 4. What is our responsibility in the Ghaybah of Imam (ajfs) and how will you play your role? 5. How do you repel and destroy the Jahl(ignorance) inside yourself? 6. How do you wish to die? And what are you doing about it (if its not an ordinary death that you want)? 7. Do you wish to contribute to Iranian(Islamic) Revolution. If yes then How, If no then Why? 8. How do you see money and life based on good economic value?
Peace be upon you all, I cannot suppress my excitement any longer! Who's ready for Ramadan?! I can't believe it's approaching so fast, alhamdillah :) we should all post some goals we hope to achieve this approaching holy month, that we couldn't do last Ramadan. 1) Read supplications, nahjul balagha, and the life of the holy prophet everyday 2) Finish the whole Quran and read the translations 3) fast rajab, shaban, and Ramadan Please be friendly to each other and may Ramadan be in our hearts to lift our spirits up :)
