Salam aleykum, There is something that I have been thinking about and what it actually means and how it affects us and that is saying Bismillah. What does Bismillah really mean? It means in the name of Allah so does that not mean that whatever we do after it is done in His name? And if we do something in His name, does that not mean that whatever we do, given that it is halal, is considered a form a worship to Him? I think we do not say this phrase enough in our lives, it is such an easy thing to say but it has such a deep meaning and really indicates your state of dhikr to Allah(SWT). Do we say Bismillah when we go out of the house? When we get in the car? When we start our jobs? Before we eat? Before we drink? Do we say Bismillah when we wake up? Do we say it when we go to bed? I think it is something so underrated yet so easy to implement in reality. I think there are just so many blessings and rewards that we are missing out on simply by not having Allah(SWT) in our minds and dedicating our days to him, in his name, Bismillah! InshaAllah, and I say this first and foremost to myself, we can all say Bismillah more often in our day to day lives and really work on our dhikr. Fi amanillah!

(bismillah) (salam) When you come to ShiaChat and the smilies are not working, it is a problem. Minor problem, but still a problem. I decided to type this out so I could use these when the emoticons are not working. I thought I would share this. I had to put spaces inbetween the : : or the ( ) so you could see the letters between them. Otherwise the list would be like :) = :) which would not help and could not be copied. So, copy the list onto your computer and refer to it when you want to use emoticons in your messages. If you wish. I have to post several messages, because ShiaChat limits the number of emoticons you can use in each message. So wait for the other ones that I will post later. InshaAllah ( bismillah ) = (bismillah) Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem ( salam ) = (salam) Salaamun Alaykum, Greeting of Peace ( wasalam ) = (wasalam) Wa Alaikum Salaam meaning "And unto you peace" : ) = :) happy : ( = :( sad : O = :o surprise : excl : = :excl: complete surpirse, Exclamation Point ; ) = ;) wink, just kidding : P = :P a little more than happy : D = :D toothy smile : lol : = Laughing out loud, LOL

BismillahirRahmanirRameem AsSalamalaikum A new film has been created by the Anti-Islamic film factory-"Bollywood". The movie was released a few days back and it features a song titled- "Bismillah". It is an obscene song, being played in a disco. This is not the first time the Indian filmmakers have done this. A few years back, they created song titled "Ya Ali Madad".It was played in discos and people danced to its tune. In fact, they might still be using it in these sinful places. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. These people should face the consequences of what they are doing. They have insulted the Creator of the World, this time. For the sake of the Allah, the Most Beloved of all, please spread the word and make an effort to register your comment in a strong language. And unlike the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6iyy3oNazQ https://www.facebook.com/OUATIMD

(bismillah) 1)Why do we seek refuge from Satan in "Allah" while we start a Surah in "Allah's name"? ÇÚæÐ ÈÇááå & ÈÓã Çááå 2)What is this name of Allah that we start in? It was always a perplexing topic to me. "In The Name Of Allah, The Beneficent, The Most Merciful" What is that "Name" or is this imperceivable by human nature? Thanks in advance for your answers. (wasalam)
