The report showed a lot of emotional appeals rather than thought/intellect (ayats 2:73, 2:164, 3:118 ) Even though Man is a vicegerant/viceregent, Man was/is created for a specific purpose: Ayat 51:56. You can also add Ayat 2:21. In the revealing of Quran, use of one's intellect is encouraged and not emotions. Ayats 2:73, 2:164, 3:118. For me personally, this greenwash falls within Ayat 5:58.
