  1. Must Watch. Proceed with caution due to very explicit and mature content Following the Saddam invasion of Kuwait and the subsequent gulf war which left the Iraqi army battered. The Iraqi people rose to free themselves from the shackles of Saddam. Large parts of Iraq fell to the people, the city of Karbala withstood the Saddam aggression for over two weeks. This film attempts to recollect the events that took place in that tragic period.
  2. MUST WATCH DOCUMENTARY. May Allah swt, rid the world with injustice and evil. May Allah give to those in need and take from those who take unjustly. Always be thankful to your lord. Ahlulbayt TV travelled to Kenya to visit poverty stricken families aided by the Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya. We follow the lives of different families who faced a lot of difficulty but now live in better conditions through economic empowerment.
  3. What a documentary! So moving and inspiring. A MUST WATCH!
  4. (bismillah) Please forgive me being on the women's forum, but I thought it would be vital to share this video here. (wasalam)
  5. This is very inspiring and inspirational. MashAllah for them, and all our wonderful sisters who are truly Islam's representatives in this world! May Allah protect you all.
  6. subhanAllah, have total, I mean total trust in Allah, and Allah will be your protector!
  7. Full video can be found here:http://youtu.be/FntowqbR6Dk (wasalam)

  9. I've recently purchased the Mukhtar narrative which is in Persian but has English subtitles from http://www.ahlulbayt.tv/store. I'm looking forward to watching it. I think it's a fun and interesting way to learn about the stories in Islamic history. Some other DVDs they sell (which can be found on the link above) are: -Imam Ali (as) Film series-this is a 22 part film series about the life of Imam Ali (as), it is in Persian and Arabic and subtitles are in English. -Joseph the Prophet (as) film series-language is in Persian and Arabic and subtitles are in English -Reign of Love-This is a film series about the life of Imam Ali Al-Ridha (as), the language is in Persian but subtitles are in English -The Saint Mary-this is a film focusing on the holy status of Lady Maryam. The language is in Persian and Arabic and subtitles are in English. I personally don't really watch movies and I never watch episodes that come on TV in Britain (I think they're too explicit and ruin your mentality) so I think this is a really good and beneficial alternative that you can watch alone or with family and friends. I know that some of these may be available on Youtube which has the advantage of being free but they're not of high quality and some of the episodes may be missing. Plus if you buy them from the website above the money will go to Ahlulbayt tv so theoretically you'll be helping spread the message of ahlulbayt so it'a a win-win! I hope this is of benefit to you. Thank you.
