MARTYDOM OF HAZRAT MOHSIN IBNE ALI ON 1ST RABBI UL AWWAL From Wikipedia; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhsin_ibn_Ali Shi'a sources say that two days after Muhammad's death, Umar al-Khattab led a party of armed men to Ali's house. They called for the men of the house to come out and swear allegiance to Abu Bakr, and also threatened to burn the house down. No one came out, so the armed men pushed their way into the house. Fatima, who was pregnant at the time, was standing behind the door. Umar al Khattab pushed Fatima behind the burning door. He broke her ribs and wrist. Later, she miscarried a boy child, who was called Al Muhsin orMushabbar. Fatima was gravely injured in the attack and died of her injuries some time later. One Can refer to LEsan Al Mizan Written by Ibne Hajar Al Asghalani, Then Mizan Al I'tedaal written by Al Zhahaby. Please also refer to the writings of Al Nazaam and #Al saffadi. The statement seen is "Umar Kicked Fatima until she miscarraiged her Som AL-Muhsin);About this Topic there was a discussion in Al Mustaqila TV as well, lasted for 90mins and the Sunni Ulema had afterwards no further comments to add and defend their cliam. The Shi'a believe that both Abu Bakr and Umar were responsible for killing both Muhammad's daughter and grandson. For this section please refer to the Book Al Imamiah Val Syasiyah by Ibn Qutaiba Deinevari, where we clearly See reference to Fatima condemning and Cursing the two.As Fatima was dying, she asked Imam Ali to bury her in secret; she did not want Abu Bakr and Umar at her funeral. This is copied from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prophets_in_Islam "Muhammad is important for sealing prophecy in Muslim belief and reinforcing the same faith that started with Adam. Muslims don't view Muhammad as the beginner of a new religion, but the Quran states that Muhammad simply preached the same religion as Adem (Adam), Ibrahim (Abraham), Nuh (Noah), Musa (Moses), Isa (Jesus) and all the other prophets, and continued the holy religion. Sunni Muslims follow Muhammad by following his sayings, what he had told them what to do and not to do, and doing all the things that he did. Shia Muslims follow only few of Muhammad's sayings, but are focused on his cousin and son-in-law, Ali who only promoted Muhammad's teachings. Whereas Sunnis focus on the practical application of Muhammad's Sunnah, as recorded in Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and other books, Shias believe that the leadership of Ali should be emphasized. Shias believe that Ali is the successor of Muhammad and that Ali is the first of The Twelve Imams. Shias also believe that Muhammad al-Mahdi is the last Imam and is currently alive and is hiding in the Major Occultation, and that Mahdi will return near al-Qiyamah along with Jesus to rid the world of its evil." I feel this was written by a Sunni who doesn't like Shia somehow! It needs to be corrected. As Shia, we only follow the hadith we believe to be true; to suggest we don't follow or listen to Nabi Muhammad aleyhissalaat wassalaam is insulting! We don't believe all of Sahih Bukhari and Muslim for reasons such as evidence some is untrue, not because we don't follow an-Nabi! It's just making them out to be correct and we just reject it. It's written from the typical ignorant viewpoint, verging on a lie, that Imam Ali (as) is above even al nabi! Astaghfir'Allah. We can't have unfair untruths in something unbiased and accessible as factual knowledge. Can this be changed somehow?
