  1. So I am having a discussion with some relatives about recent cyberattacks, i.e., that on the Colonial Pipeline, and how various Western governments are attributing them to groups operating out of Russia with the implied consent or support of the Russian government. One of my relatives argues that “based on precedent” Russia is letting these hackers operate to interfere in Western politics. He also points to alleged past incidents such as “directed-energy weapons” being used against high-ranking American officials in Moscow, resulting in neurological injuries, and says no “third party” would be engaged in such a sophisticated attack, so Russia must somehow bear responsibility for it. He said that this was his “tentative” conclusion based on the “evidence” at hand and that it “fit” the “context” of Russian “interference” in Western “democracy.” I respond by pointing out that he did not follow proper investigative procedure by coming to a “tentative” conclusion without a full range of evidence. I pointed out that only Western intelligence agencies and fronts such as think tanks, governments, and so on have claimed the hackers were operating out of Russia, whereas non-Western sources have at the very least said nothing about the hackers or have not presented their findings as to who might have been behind the hackings. Based on this, I asserted that in carrying out proper criminal investigations (proceedings) one cannot come to even a tentative conclusion without a full range of sources, both Western and non-Western alike, from a variety of contexts. He then points out that Western intelligence agencies have unanimously blamed Russia for a variety of incidents in recent years and that because Russian complicity “fit the context” and served “Russian interests” against the West, he was tentatively blaming Russia for the most recent hackings. I continued to emphasise that even in all those other incidents only Western sources blamed Russia and that non-Western sources were either silent or cast doubt on the Western explanations. I then brought up the unanimity of Western, especially American, intelligence sources, diplomatic corps, think tanks, militaries, big corporations, universities, churches, MSM, et al. in claiming that Saddam Hussein had WMD in the lead-up to the invasion of Iraq (2003). I also stressed that all these agencies, along with the MSM, deliberately and consistently lied about Iraq’s alleged WMD, among other things, on a massive scale. I continued to note that all these supposedly “independent” and “varied” sources lied unanimously, or nearly so. My relative, being a Democrat, claimed that it was mainly the Republicans such as Cheney et al. who somehow managed to get Western civilisation, basically, to “fudge” the intelligence, because Republicans are allegedly more “ideologically driven“ and opposed to “science” or “logic” than Democrats. He pointed out that Biden refused to directly blame the Russian government for the most recent hackings, whereas someone like Cheney or Netanyahu would immediately blame Russia. At this point I relented and we “agreed to disagree,” but I came away rather despondent.

  4. Even after 15 years, there are many I personally know who think cavemen brought down 3 towers with 2 planes. Every time I try and discuss the actual science with them, they regurgitate the almost cliche line, "where's your peer-reviewed scientific article?". Now I don't have one. I have THREE:- 15 Years Later: On the Physics of High-Rise Building Collapses http://www.europhysicsnews.org/articles/epn/pdf/2016/04/epn2016474p21.pdf Performance-based fire protection of office buildings: A case study based on the collapse of WTC 7 http://www.challengejournal.com/index.php/cjsmec/article/view/36/19 The collapse of WTC 7: Are-examination of the “simple analysis” approach http://www.challengejournal.com/index.php/cjsmec/article/view/50/41 I think almost every 9/11 skeptic can agree building 7 is a glaring issue. I, along with many other dedicated researchers, put a lot of time and effort into the science behind the garbage that is the NIST reports. The fraud in these reports is undeniable in a debate, and that's why we choose to focus on their flaws. These peer reviewed papers are priceless tools to help dismantle the official report considering NIST will not allow for peer review. The 9/11 faithers always resort to well then show us your peer reviewed work -- and now we have just that. If there's anyone among you who still believe in the non-sense that is the 9/11 official story despite being presented with overwhelming evidence to the contrary, then you really, REALLY need to get your head checked.
  5. Salam, The situation in Syria has been continuously in turmoil. First the major threat were the rebels, then Turkey, then Israel and so on, until the US finally prepared to strike. I am creating this thread so we can predict the next course of action which will be taken by: the axis of arrogance and its minions and the activities of the axis of resistance. Please try to backup your posts with facts and news articles from only 'resistance media' sources, if required.
  6. RT sources: Syrian rebels plan chem attack on Israel from Assad-controlled territories Published time: September 09, 2013 15:59 Edited time: September 10, 2013 12:58 http://rt.com/files/news/20/60/a0/00/syria-chemical-israel-slier-2100.mp4 A chemical attack may be launched on Israel by Syrian rebels from government-controlled territories as a "major provocation," multiple sources told RT. Follow RT's LIVE UPDATES for the latest on Syria The report comes as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov proposed that Syria puts its chemical weapons arsenal under international control for subsequent destruction in order to prevent a possible military strike against the war-torn country. Moscow also urged Syrian authorities to join the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. The offer has already been passed over to Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem, who met Lavrov in Moscow for talks on Monday. “We don’t know if Syria will accept the offer, but if imposing international control over chemical weapons stored in the country can help to avoid military strikes, we are immediately going to start working with Damascus,” Lavrov said. The Syrian Foreign Ministry has welcomed Moscow's initiative, “based on the Syrian’s government care about the lives of our people and security of our country,” Muallem said later on Monday. Meanwhile, US National Security Adviser Susan Rice made a statement saying that Damascus' alleged "use of chemical weapons against its own people" posed a threat to US national security. “The use of chemical weapons also directly threatens our closest ally in the region, Israel,” she said, speaking at the New America Foundation in Washington. The statement was made shortly after RT published a report about the possibility of a chemical provocation. A few hours earlier, US Secretary of State John Kerry said that to avoid a military operation, Syrian President Bashar Assad has a week to surrender control of “every single bit” of his stock of chemical weapons to the international community. “But he isn't about to do it and it can't be done,” he added, speaking at a media conference in London as he wrapped up his European tour in a move to garner support for the Obama-proposed “limited” strike against Syria. The US Administration has blamed the Syrian government for the alleged chemical weapons attack in the Damascus suburbs on August 21. Washington has maintained it has the intelligence to prove it, but has so far refused to make public a single piece of concrete evidence that would link the Assad regime to the deadly incident. On Sunday, the Senate Select Intelligence Committee released a series of 13 videos showing what is purported to be proof of chemical weapons use in Syria. The disturbing images of the victims of the alleged attack were earlier shown during a closed-door briefing to a group of senators, as Obama is trying to get authorization from Congress for the military strike on Syria. The administration told senators that the authenticity of the videos was verified by the intelligence community, reported CNN, which first aired the graphic material. The videos depict scenes of convulsing children, men vomiting and struggling to breathe, and also what appeared to be dozens of dead bodies wrapped up in white sheets, lying side by side. But the footage still does not provide an answer to the question of who was behind the attack. The Syrian government and the opposition forces point the finger of blame at each other. It also remains unclear as to why exactly President Assad would order a chemical attack at a time when a group of UN experts were carrying out an investigation in the country. There is proof the footage of the alleged chemical attack in Syria was fabricated, Mother Agnes Mariam el-Salib, mother superior of the St. James Monastery in Qara, Syria, told RT. She added that she plans to submit her findings to the UN. Source: http://rt.com/news/syria-rebels-chemical-attack-israel-618/
