This is quite embarrassing, but I really need those ahadiths. I know I have seen a lot of them, but I never saved them :-/. I need as many of ahadiths that clearly states from the Prophet (pbuh & hf) that he said there will be 12 Imams (FROM SHIA SOURCES. I DONT WANT SUNNI SOURCES). And that Imam Ali (3) was appointed etc. I know I have seen a hadith where the Propbet (pbuh & hf) said all of these Imams (3) by name. And can you get the grading as well? Jazakullah alfi khair! -
Salam Alaykum to you all, I have a simple question about the practicality of 12 Imams. Assume Allahs will goes to plan and Ali becomes the leader of the Ummah after the Prophet Peace be upon him, then he passes it onto Al Hassan, then to Al Hussain and so on. When we reach the 12th Imam, Imam Al Mahdi - what happens? He will not need to go into hiding, because no one is after his blood. So will he pass on the Imamate to a 13th Imam? Or will the world end after Imam Al Mahdi dies?

I been hearing about this website for months from my brother but I just never went on it but now that I am finally taking my new journey of becoming a better Muslim seriously.... I want to know what some of your favorite quotes from the Najal Balaga or any quotes you heard from one of the 12 Imams are? One of my favorite quote that I am always drawing on papers and et cetra is by Imam Ali (a.s.) "Be like the flower that gives its fragrance to even the hand that crushes it" Thank you for answering !

(bismillah) Al Hamdulilah hir rabil ala meen Wa salatu was salamu ala Sayyidna wa Nabeyna Abal Qasim Muhammad , wa Ahlelbayt at tabiyeen at tahireen wa ashabil ghuril Mayameen (salam) Brothers and sisters, I NEED YOUR HELP IN MY PERSONAL STUDY(COURSEWORK)!!FOR HISTORY A LEVEL I have been asked by my college to do my own study on a topic which would cover a period of 100 years.I need to make a question and than present my whole essay in answering the question as I go along also providing arguements etc.I need to show some key concepts such as causation , continuity , change , consequence and significance. I want to do something unique and something Im good at which is why I have chosen to work on our Islamic History. I have come up with the following question so far , The Ummayads:A golden period of Islam or an era of destruction? OR The Abbasids:A golden period of Islam or an era of destruction? What would you advise which one shall I go for The Ummayads or The Abbasids and why? Any other suggestions are welcomed regarding the QUESTION which would come under the topic of Islamic , Shia History etc. I NEED TO TELL MY TEACHER BY TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!! :sick: :no: (salam) :yaali:
