Petition Video: https://youtu.be/sZqb4jAXAoYAssalamu Alaykum Everyone! Please sign my petition https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/188170 about the wrongdoing of a major company in the UK. Please also share the links with your friends. Thanks.I’ve made a petition – will you sign it?Click this link to sign the petition:https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/188170My petition:Include companies' wrongdoings to employees in the list of protected disclosuresAllow all information about retail companies' wrongdoings to their employees to be published and protected by law. We want to know the names of companies that such allegations are about and see all information in relation to the allegations even if it is confidential or intellectual property. We demand that the government change the law on raising awareness about companies' wrongdoings called 'whistleblowing' (disclosure in the public interest). Retail companies that are doing wrong to their employees cannot be trusted. The public are customers of retail companies. Therefore, if such companies are doing wrong to an employee then the disclosure of the wrongdoing should always be protected by law as it is in the public interest to know about the wrongdoing.Click this link to sign the petition:https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/188170

Assalamu Alaykum I was treated very badly by a major UK supermarket. To see more of my story, to help me and to find out which UK supermarket I am referring to, please see this link where you can watch a very short video (1:46 minutes long) and fill in a short form (less than one minute). Please fill in this form and share it with your UK contacts. http://informationpi.blogspot.co.uk/2015/03/supermarket.html In a nutshell, my story is that the supermarket appears to have destroyed evidence that would have proven that it breached my contract and that it has made claims to have addressed the issues I raised but has never shown me any evidence to support its claims. The human resources manager (in training) that I was instructed to see for further information about a forthcoming meeting openly declared on his personal Facebook page that he is "fluent in buls""t and sarcasm" The supermarket has still not answered some important questions. The supermarket still insists that it did not breach my contract. *** I am having problems of getting any noteworthy attention. I have been feeling depressed about this for a very long time now. My case has been brushed under the carpet and the company has denied even the things that are written on paper. The company seems to be pleased that I have so far not been able to do anything about the matter. I have learnt from this matter that the state of free legal advice in this country is very poor. I feel forgotten and feel that I can easily be mistreated by big companies with near impunity. I feel my life has been a joke. I am now out of time to take legal action against the company and the only thing I can think of doing now is publicizing the matter...but no one so far seems to care.

salamon alaykum, Syed Mohamad Baqr Alsadr in his book (Fiqh Alkhlaq) started with this question: is there a relation between fiqh which deals with laws ,halal and haram and the akhlaq which deals with attitudes and refinement of relationships? Syed Mohamad described 4 ways through which we can establish a link between the 2 fields but i am going to mention only one of them: Fiqh is about Sharia laws and the shari'ah laws are about implementing the divine justice, not the personal or cultural likeness , and thus Fiqh is about the divine justice. It is clear for the experts that justice is essential topic in Akhlaq in a sense that akhlaq train the person to be aware about the goodness of justices and the ugliness of injustice Syed concluded that Fiqh originates from akhlaq in general and the justice specifically The book is in 2 parts covering the akhlaq sense in the mustahabat and makrohat How much can the lack of knowledge of fiqh can affect the person piety ? Imam Ali said "ÞÇá: ÅíÇßã æÇáÌåÇá ãä ÇáãÊÚÈÏíä¡ æÇáÝÌÇÑ ãä ÇáÚáãÇÁ¡ ÝÇäåã ÝÊäÉ ßá ãÝÊæä" and said "ÇáÚáãÇÁ ÑÌáÇä: ÑÌá ÚÇáã ÂÎÐ ÈÚáãå ÝåÐÇ äÇÌ¡ æÚÇáã ÊÇÑß áÚáãå ÝåÐÇ åÇáß¡ æÅä Ãåá ÇáäÇÑ áíÊÃÐæä ÈÑíÍ ÇáÚÇáã ÇáÊÇÑß áÚáãå¡ æÃÔÏ Ãåá ÇáäÇÑ äÏÇãÉ æÍÓÑÉ ÑÌá ÏÚÇ ÚÈÏÇð Åáì Çááå ÚÒøæÌáø ÝÇÓÊÌÇÈ áå æÞÈá ãäå¡ æÃØÇÚ Çááå ÚÒøæÌáø ÝÃÏÎáå Çááå ÇáÌäÉ¡ æÇõÏÎá ÇáÏÇÚí ÇáäÇÑ ÈÊÑßå Úáãå æÇÊÈÇÚå Çáåæì" and said :ÞÕã ÙåÑí ÚÇáã ãÊåÊß¡ æÌÇåá ãÊäÓß¡ ÝÇáÌÇåá íÛÔ ÇáäÇÓ ÈÊäÓßå¡ æÇáÚÇáã íÛÑåã ÈÊåÊßå" and said :ÞØÚ ÙåÑí ÑÌáÇä ãä ÇáÏäíÇ: ÑÌá Úáíã ÇááÓÇä ÝÇÓÞ¡ æÑÌá ÌÇåá ÇáÞáÈ äÇÓß¡ åÐÇ íÕÏøÞ ÈáÓÇäå Úä ÝÓÞå¡ æåÐÇ ÈäÓßå Úä Ìåáå¡ ÝÇÊÞæÇ ÇáÝÇÓÞ ãä ÇáÚáãÇÁ æÇáÌÇåá ãä ÇáãÊÚÈÏíä¡ ÃõæáÆß ÝÊäÉ ßá ãÝÊæä¡ ÝÇäí ÓãÚÊ ÑÓæá Çááå (Õáì Çááå Úáíå æÂáå) íÞæá: íÇÚáí¡ åáÇß ÇõãÊí Úáì íÏí ßá ãäÇÝÞ Úáíã ÇááÓÇä

(salam) Alhamdulillah our religion is so in depth, and we have instructions and help for EVERY situation. People argue that Islam doesn't give people rights, it just makes me laugh because Islam talks about rights in pretty much any given situation. so here are some rights of people who you simply sit down with, and also the types of people we should sit with. I think these hadiths can be applied to anyone we just generally are in the company of, not necessarily the people we're literally sitting down with. The right of someone you sit with: Imam Zaynul Abidin (as) said: "As for the right of your sitting companion - it is that you lower your wing to him [in humbleness], be fair to him in exchanging words, and do not get up from your sear without his permission, even though the one who sits with you has the right to leave without your permission. Forget his shortcomings and remember his virtues, and do not make him listen to anything other than good."-al khisal p 569 no 1 SubhanAllah! look at the level of akhlaq we have to uphold just to fulfil the rights of a person we are sitting with! People we SHOULD sit with: Imam Ali (as) said: "sit with the wise and your intellect will be perfected, your soul will be ennobled, and your ignorance will depart from you."-ghurar al hikam no.4787 The Prophet (saws) said :"Feign poverty and love the poor; sit with them and help them, and shun the companionship of the rich and be kind to them and covet not their wealth"- tanbih al khawatir v2 p 120 Imam Zayn al-abidin (as) said: "Sitting with the righteous brings about righteousness" - bihar al anwar v78 p141 no 35. People we SHOULDN'T sit with: The prophet (saws) said: "Beware of sitting with the dead" he was asked "O messenger of Allah, who are the dead? He (saws) said:"Every rich person whose wealth has made a tyrant of him"-tanbih al khawatir v2 p 32 Imam Ali (as) said :"Mixing with the seekers of this world, ruins one's religion and weakens certainty"-Ghuhr al hikam no. 5072 So now we possess some knowledge of people we should associate with. I offer this advice to you all, though it may be hard to digest. Evaluate your current friends and ask yourself "do they take me closer to Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì? are they deemed wise and intellectual? if the answer is yes, then say alhamdulillah because you have good friends. If the answer is no then ask yourself "do they run after the dunya? is all they pretty much talk about materialistic items and affairs? How much have i actually learnt from them?" if the answer to those lead you to the conclusion that they're not the prescribed people to be accompanying, then lastly ask yourself if you think they can change and become someone who fits the category of people you should accompany I hope this thread helped you. feel free to ask questions about anything I'VE said (i.e not the hadiths) (wasalam)
