  1. Below is information that I copied from another forum website. I am posting it because it does a very good job of summarizing the information of this topic. I am making this post be the events described in the text are schedule to happen on December 21 through December 23, 2012 or next Friday through next Sunday (the 3 Sabbaths). The ancient Mayans made this predication and their astrological knowledge far exceeds the same knowledge in our current time. For the Mayans, a life cycle for an age or time lasted a little over 5000 years. The coming of Imam Mahdi (as) and Prophet Isa (pbuh) marks the end of time measured in 5000+ year increments. The information complied below syncs up with Islamic materials very closely and thus is good enough for the purposes I had in mind, which is to warn and prepare for events in the very near future: I thought others may be interested to read an Islamic view. There are many references in Islamic literature to End Times events. Most of these are in the hadiths of Mohammed, which are the written-down sayings that his followers recorded of his conversations with them. The below refer to a prediction Mohammed made of catastrophic times to come when the earth would cease to spin, followed by the sun rising in the west. Gregg Braden and others have written about this possibility, describing the earth's molten layers of metal creating a magnetic field. This magnetic field, which is weakening anyway, could be disrupted and reversed by the sun's activity, including violent solar storms and coronal mass ejections. A planetary object passing within our solar system could cause just such a disruption and even be a factor in the re-starting of our planet's spin, only in the opposite direction. All rather speculative, but further clues not to be ignored in the search foe a viable prognosis regarding Planet X's effects. From Wikipedia: "In the text, Signs of Qiyamah, Muhammad Ali Ibn Zubair Ali states that after the arrival of the Enlightened One, Imam Mahdi, "the ground will cave in, fog or smoke will cover the skies for forty days (ayah). A night three nights long will follow the fog. After the night of three nights, the sun will rise in the west." Regarding the cause of the smoke, another hadith predicts a worldwide fire. "People will be enfolded in that fire with terrible suffering. That fire will burn and destroy people and belongings. For eight days it will rage over the world like wind and cloud. The heat of night will be fiercer than that of day. That fire will stretch from the heads of man to the highest heavens, and there will be a terrible noise like thunder between the earth and sky, he (the Prophet) said. #247 From http://www.livingislam.org/n/hc_e.html#2 "The earth's rotation will eventually come to a full stop and revert itself, at which point the sun will rise from the West. This, too, was predicted by the Prophet MHMD - upon him peace - in those same terms. Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrate from Abu Hurayra - Allah be well-pleased with him - that the Prophet MHMD said: The final hour will not begin until the sun rises from its point of setting. When the sun rises from the West and the people see that, they will all believe. However, at that time, {its belief avails naught a soul which theretofore believed not} (6:158). "The Prophet MHMD - upon him peace - gave further confirmation of this sequence of events in another hadith. When Hudhayfa - Allah be well-pleased with him - asked what the immediate sign of the Western sunrise would be, the Prophet MHMD replied that it would be preceded by an inordinately long night, lasting two or three times more than normal."
  2. Sections from the President Mahmud Ahmedinejad's Speech at the Untied Nations about Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) - 67th United Nations General Assembly, New York, 26 September 2012 - In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon the greatest and trustworthy Prophet (saas) and his pure progeny, his chosen companions, and upon all divine Mmessengers. Oh, God, hasten the emergence of Your chosen beloved [Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)], grant him good health and victory, make us his best companions, and all those who attest to his rightfulness. .. ........ Creating peace and lasting security with decent life for all, although a great and a historic mission can be accomplished. The Almighty God has not left us alone in this mission and has said that it will surely happen. If it doesn't, then it will be contradictory to his wisdom. God Almighty has promised us a man of kindness, a man who loves people and loves absolute justice, a man who is a perfect human being and is named Imam Al-Mahdi, a man who will come in the company of Jesus Christ (pbuh) and the righteous. By using the inherent potential of all the worthy men and women of all nations and I repeat, the inherent potential of "all the worthy men and women of all nations" he will lead humanity into achieving its glorious and eternal ideals. The arrival of the Ultimate Savior will mark a new beginning, a rebirth and a resurrection. It will be the beginning of peace, lasting security and genuine life. His arrival will be the end of oppression, immorality, poverty, discrimination and the beginning of justice, love and empathy. He will come and he will cut through ignorance, superstition, prejudice by opening the gates of science and knowledge. He will establish a world brimful of prudence and he will prepare the ground for the collective, active and constructive participation of all in the global management. He will come to grant kindness, hope, freedom and dignity to all humanity as a girl. He will come so mankind will taste the pleasure of being human and being in the company of other humans. He will come so that hands will be joined, hearts will be filled with love and thoughts will be purified to be at service of security, welfare and happiness for all. He will come to return all children of Adam irrespective of their skin colors to their innate origin after a long history of separation and division linking them to eternal happiness. The arrival of the Ultimate Savior, the Righteous [Hazrat Mahdi] and Jesus Christ will bring about an eternally bright future for mankind, not by force or waging wars but through thought awakening and developing kindness in everyone. Their arrival will breathe a new life in the cold and frozen body of the world. He will bless humanity with a spring that puts an end to our winter of ignorance, poverty and war with the tidings of a season of blooming. Now we can sense the sweet scent and the soulful breeze of the spring, a spring that has just begun and doesn't belong to a specific race, ethnicity, nation or a region, a spring that will soon reach all the territories in Asia, Europe, Africa and the US. He will be the spring of all the justice-seekers, freedom-lovers and the followers of heavenly prophets. He will be the spring of humanity and the greenery of all ages. Let us join hands and clear the way for his eventual arrival with empathy and cooperation, in harmony and unity. Let us march on this path to salvation for the thirsty souls of humanity to taste immortal joy and grace. Long live this spring, long live this spring and long live this spring. 4. The secret knowledge that Bediuzzaman Said Nursi revealed about our century Until being called to the mercy of Allah in 1960, Bediüzzaman Said Nursi, the mujaddid of the 13th Islamic century, spent his entire life calling on people to believe in Allah, and to live by the moral values of the Qur’an. He suffered much in that cause, but he was always content with the life he led and faced all the difficulties he encountered with great submission, fortitude, faith and joy. His Risale-i Nur Collection, a commentary on the Qur’an, is full of much wise teaching that clearly reveals his joyous love of Allah, his deep faith, and his devotion to His religion. Bediüzzaman is a scholar who, in addition to having powerful faith, also possessed secret knowledge revealed to him by Almighty Allah. Many of the reports in question have come to pass in our own time. Bediüzzaman Said Nursi Described How the Way of the Dajjal Would Increase Its Influence in the 40-50 Years after Him, and How the Persecution and Oppression of Muslims Would Intensify “At this time, a man’s one sin does not remain one sin, but sometimes grows and spreads and becomes a hundred. (...) IN THIS TIME, AND PARTICULARLY 40-50 YEARS ON, evil and wickedness will not remain on the perpetrator; THE RIGHTS OF PERHAPS MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS WILL BE VIOLATED. MANY EXAMPLES WILL BE SEEN IN 40-50 YEARS’ TIME.” (“Old Said” Period Writings, Damascus Sermon, p. 350-1)In that particular sermon, Bediüzzaman made highly important statements about the state of the Islamic world 40-50 years after him. Calculating 40-50 years after the Master being called to the mercy of Allah in 1960, this indicates the dates: 1960+40 =2000 1960+50 =2010. Indeed, in line with the dates clearly and miraculously revealed by Bediüzzaman Said Nursi, the influence of the way of the dajjal has increased in the 2000s. Since the early 2000s, the Islamic world has been under the effect of serious problems such as conflict, anarchy, terror and the slaughter of the innocent, that show the way of the dajjal is at work. Muslim countries, especially Afghanistan and Iraq, have been invaded, and tyrannical despots have inflicted terrible cruelty in many Islamic countries. His Foretelling of the Events of 1971 On the basis of abjad calculations of verses from the Qur’an, Bediüzzaman foretold events that took place in 1971, 20 years beforehand, and these have all come to pass to the letter. Abjad calculation of the reference in verse 3 of Surat al-Falaq to “the darkness when it gathers” gives a date of 1971. Bediüzzaman Said Nursi refers to 1971 in the following passage: “If they are counted together, they make 1971, and give news of some ghastly evil at that date. If the crops of the seeds of the present are not rectified, the blows will certainly be terrible.” (The Rays / The Fruits of Belief - Eleventh Topic - p.289)In 1971, Turkey came to the brink of a military coup, a memorandum was issued and these events had a huge impact on the country’s social and political history. There followed a period of anarchy, fear and terror. Bediüzzaman Said Nursi wrote his Rays treatise between 1936 and 1949. Therefore, the Master foretold social events that would take place in 1971, about 30 years beforehand, and everything he said came to pass. His Foretelling the Formation of the European Union and the Glad Tidings of the Subsequent Reign of Islamic Moral Values In his “Münazarat,” (Disputations) written in 1911, Bediüzzaman foretold the establishment of the European Union, the foundations of which would only be laid 46 years later: “At that time Old Said said: ‘THE OTTOMAN GOVERNMENT IS PREGNANT WITH EUROPE. IT WILL GIVE BIRTH TO A GOVERNMENT LIKE EUROPE. And Europe is pregnant with Islam; and it will give birth to an Islamic state,’ he said this to Sheikh Bahid. That learned individual said, ‘I corroborate that.’” (Münazarat, p. 147) In foretelling the European Union, Bediüzzaman also foretold the reign of Islamic moral values in the End Times: “AND EUROPE IS PREGNANT WITH ISLAM; AND IT WILL GIVE BIRTH TO AN ISLAMIC STATE.” (Münazarat, p. 147)He Knew that Communism Would Collapse Another of Bediüzzaman’s predictions concerns the collapse of communism and the USSR, nearly 80 years after his own day. Said Nursi foretold this event, that nobody could even have imagined so long beforehand, to a Russian soldier: "Three lights will be revealed one after another in the Islamic world of Asia. Three shadows from your side on top of each other will be revealed. THE DESPOTIC CURTAIN WILL BE TORN AND PUCKERED, AND I WILL COME AND BUILD MY SCHOOL HERE." The Russian soldier said: "I am amazed at your optimism" Bediüzzaman replied: "And I am amazed by your thinking. Do you really think this winter can last? Every winter has a spring, and every night a dawn." (The Unknown Aspects of Bediüzzaman Said Nursi, p. 144, Nesil Yayınevi)Bediüzzaman Knew Beforehand the Date of His Death and that His Grave Would Remain Secret In his poem Eddai (The Supplicant), written in 1920, Bediüzzaman Said Nursi described in detail the date of his death, and how his grave would be demolished shortly afterward. The abjad value of the name of the poem, “Eddai,” is 86, Bediüzzaman’s age at death. “My demolished grave in which is heaped up seventy-nine dead Said's with his sins and sorrows.” The term “seventy-nine dead” refers to the year Hijri 1379. The Master died in that year. “The eightieth is a gravestone to a grave;” As described in these words, the Master’s grave was destroyed shortly after his death, in Hijri 1380, and his remains were transferred elsewhere. The Master wrote the Eddai between 1918 and 1920. In other words, by Allah’s leave and mercy, he revealed the time of his death 40 years beforehand. In addition, on page 186 of his Barla Addendum a letter by his student Hafi Ali says, “... the servant of the Qur’an of the 14th century served the Qur’an directly and without exception from the age of nine to sixty...” The Master was 60 when that letter was written. And above the word “sixty” the Master wrote the words, “eighty-six” in his own handwriting. He thus predicted, 26 years before the event, that he would live and serve the Qur’an until the age of EIGHTY-SIX. References to the Years 1980-1990 from Bediüzzaman Said Nursi In his famous sermon at the Umayyad Mosque in 1911, Bediüzzaman provided important dates for the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and the period when he would be active: IN [13]71, THE SUN BEGAN TO RISE (al-Fajr as-Sadiq) OR WILL BEGIN TO RISE. EVEN IF THIS IS ONLY THE INITIAL REDNESS IN THE HORIZON (al-Fajr al-Kazib), IN 30-40 YEARS AL-FAJR AS-SADIQ WILL APPEAR. (The Damascus Sermon, p. 23)Said Nursi stressed the time 30 and 40 years after the year Hijri 1371. 1371 + 30 = 1401 = 1980, the time of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) 1371+ 40 =1411 = 1990 Thirty years after Hijri 1371 equates to Hijri 1400, or 1980 AD, the date given by our Prophet (pbuh) for the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). The 1990s are the years when Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is active.Bediüzzaman’s References to the Year 2001 In the next part of his Damascus Sermon, Bediüzzaman refers to the 2000s, the period 50 years, or half a century, after Hijri 1371. “... He sent to the eight fronts of those eight foes. He has now begun to repulse them, INSHA’Allah, HE WILL SMASH THEM IN HALF A CENTURY’S TIME.” (Damascus Sermon, p. 25) Hijri 1371 +50 = Hijri 1421, or 2001 AD The 2000s are a very important time, when Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will intellectually silence the atheist ideological system by virtue of the means provided by science, scholarship and civilization. Bediüzzaman Said Nursi Described the Internet Years Beforehand In his Words, written in 1929, Bediüzzaman Said Nursi referred to the Internet, which only came into use in the 1980s. … in the tiny amount air expended with the word HE, the innumerable different exchanges, centers, receivers and transmitters of all the telephones, telegraphs and radios in the world so that each could perform those innumerable acts at the same time… (The Words / Thirteenth Word - Second Station - p.174In this passage, Bediüzzaman speaks of an advanced technology that will perform all the functions of technological equipment such as the wireless, telephone, telegraph and radio. It is quite clear that in this extract, Bediüzzaman is referring to the Internet, which only began being used 50 years after his own day. Bediüzzaman Foretold the Coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) in Hijri 1400, a Century after His Own Day In all his statements made at different times, Bediüzzaman referred to the Hijri 1400s as the time of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). In another passage, Bediüzzaman states that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will appear 1400 years after the Age of Bliss: “[THEY] SUPPOSED A FACT THAT WOULD OCCUR IN THE FUTURE OF THE WORLD ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED YEARS LATER TO BE CLOSE TO THEIR CENTURY …” (The Words, The Twenty-fourth Word: Third Branch, Eight Principle, p. 318)As Bediüzzaman says, “1400 years after the time of the Companions” equates to the beginning of the Hijri 1400s, or 1979-1980 AD. In his sermon preached to 10,000 people at the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus in 1327, Bediüzzaman made references to the future of the Islamic world after Hijri 1371. He noted the time of the struggle of the awaited Mahdi by giving various dates in the End Times. Bediüzzaman provides the following dates for Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) starting his work and intellectually defeating the atheist mindset: "The truths in the Damascus Sermon regarding the fate of the Islamic world after 1371... may be not now but 30-40 years later, in order to fully equip science and knowledge acquired through arts, science and skills, the goodness of civilization and those three forces, and to overcome the nine obstacles, He sent inclination for investigating the truth, moderation and love for human beings to the fronts of those nine foes. By Allah's Will, He will demolish them after half a century. (The Damascus Sermon, p. 25) In this address in Damascus, he indicates events that will take place after Hijri 1371 and states that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will commence work 30-40 years after 1371. That date equates to Hijri 1401-1411, or 1980-1990 AD. In another part of the same address, Bediüzzaman says that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will intellectually silence the atheist ideological system by using the means afforded by science, knowledge and civilization. He gives the date for that intellectual superiority as half a century after 1371. That means Hijri 1421, or 2001 AD. Another statement by Bediüzzaman regarding the End Times reads: IN [13]71, THE SUN BEGAN TO RISE (al-Fajr as-Sadiq) OR WILL BEGIN TO RISE. EVEN IF THIS IS ONLY THE INITIAL REDNESS IN THE HORIZON (al-Fajr al-Kazib), IN 30-40 YEARS AL-FAJR AS-SADIQ WILL APPEAR. (The Damascus Sermon, p. 23) The years when the true dawn (al-Fajr as-Sadiq) will appear, according to Bediüzzaman, are: 1371 + 30 = 1401 = 1981 1371 + 40 = 1411 = 1991According to this analysis by Bediüzzaman, atheism and the materialist philosophy, the ideas that represent falsehood against the Truth, will begin falling apart in 1981-1991 and will be completely silenced and ideologically dispersed in 2001. (Allah knows the truth) Another passage from Bediüzzaman Said Nursi about the coming of Hazrat Mahdi reads: There are such intellectual trends at that time that even if that person WHO IS TRULY AWAITED AND WILL COME IN A CENTURY’S TIME comes at that time... (Kastamonu Addendum, p. 57)Bediüzzaman Said Nursi is referring to Hazrat Mahdi in the words "that person who is truly awaited and will come in a century’s time," and emphasizing that he had not yet appeared in his own day. In addition, he says that he is awaited by Muslims and will come one century after his own day. Bediüzzaman lived in the Hijri 1300s. So the century after his, the Hijri 1400s, is when Hazrat Mahdi will appear. All this information goes to show that Bediüzzaman was a great scholar and a blessed individual. He was inspired by Allah to foretell many things that have taken place in our own day. And as he says in his works, by Allah’s leave, Hazrat Mahdi will appear in this century, the “Spring of Islam,” or Islamic Union, will come about and the moral values of Islam will prevail in the world. Bediüzzaman Said Nursi won the love of thousands of Muslims through his high virtue and sincere work. Everyone who knew him was amazed by his sincerity and friendship that reflected the warmth of religious moral values, and harbored a great and sincere love for him in their hearts. Although many years have passed since his demise, he is still remembered with love by those who knew him or who never knew him but have read even a single book by him. The Significant Contribution of the Risale–i Nur to the Islamic World Bediüzzaman Said Nursi preached the existence of Allah and the moral values of the Qur’an with great steadfastness over the years. His written and spoken preaching was instrumental in many formerly heedless people surrendering themselves to Allah, to acquiring a deeper faith and deciding to live in a manner that is pleasing to Him. He continued with this holy duty even after his death though his Risale-i Nur. That work is still continuing today. Bediüzzaman concentrated the essence of the Qur’an in his soul, had the insight to see the truth and fine details of events, and discussed everything that he knew in his own self, and that he thought people would need, in the wisest and most sincere language in his works. Every line and paragraph of the Risale-i Nur should therefore be reflected upon at length. These are works that people must see the wisdom of and draw lessons from. Indeed, everyone reading them with a sincere heart can easily find the answers to any erroneous ideas they may have and matters they are ignorant of through these works. In Bediüzzaman’s own words, the Risale-i Nur “swiftly heals people who are spiritually wounded and looking for the truth.” www.awaitedmahdi.com
  5. OK people, not sure about exactly what will happen after Imam Mehdi arrives, but it is said that Imam Mahdi will eventually be a shaheed. Imam Mehdi will be killed by a women. This is the information i've attained, i need some facts, hadiths, peer reviewed articles something that is authentic... Also question 2) if the Mahdi is going to bring about a Utopian society, which by definition means a society where nobody harbors any hatred or malice toewards another human being, then why will he be murdered.. doesnt that negate his claim? Ayatollah Behjat (HA) is among the Greatest ‘Urefa of our time. As you progress towards Allah and become His intimate, He lifts the veils of Unseen and shares His secrets with you. Once Ayatollah Behjat (HA) was delivering 2 lectures at the same time, at 2 different places! Once around 8-9 years ago or so, Ayatollah Behjat (HA) was giving a lecture to his students. Then he suddenly started to cry, the students got scared but were to embarrased to ask why. After the session one of his closest disciples stepped forth and asked why his master started to cry just like that, whereupon he answered that as he was teaching he had a vision where he saw a jewish girl who just had been born in Isfahan, who would be the killer of Imam Mahdi (A) She would be a jew and her name would be either maliha or sa’eeda…And I am not sure , (Allah forgive me if I say something wrong) she would kill the imam after ruj’a..I have also heard that it would be a time when even iblees would have been defeated by imam-e-zaman and the rest of the imams, and she would be the only creature on earth….but again, I do not have any authentic source to support my point of view. And most shia ulema say that it is not wise to inquire about the details of what will happen after zahoor, because we dont know much…there are ahadith allright but we really dont know much details..

  9. "The affairs of the people will continue to be conducted (well) as long as they are governed by twelve men." -Sahih Muslim- For Raafidhah, that authentic version of Hadith is not predicting any succession of 12 governors knowing that people affairs had been severely affected by fitan & civil wars (Ridda wars, anti-Uthman revolt, Jamal war, Siffin war, etc.) which have set up the ground for perverted kings to rule over the Ummah only 30 years after the perfection of Islam. For Raafidhah, the Prophet was only recommending 12 rightly guided successors to his Ummah who is free afterwards to face the consequences of immature choices until the 12th man rises to restore order and justice, ending by Allah's will all the afflictions caused by the Ummah: “If there remained but a single day until the end of time, Allah will prolong that day until He sends a man from my progeny…” -Sunan AbuDawud- For Raadidhah, that explains further why the holy Prophet had always reminded of 'Ahlulbayt' or 'Sunnah' being the only weighty trust 2nd to Quran; just like older nations, the Ummah has 'neglected' or 'corrupted' that precious heritage and gone astray due to ambitions of power & wealth: "You will follow the ways of those nations who were before you, span by span and cubit by cubit so much so that even if they entered a hole of a mastigure, you would follow them." -Sahih alBukhari- Therefore, we do not call them Raafidhah because they have an alternative source of the prophet's Sunnah, or more Hadith reported by Ali than by AbuHuraira, or less people considered as true Sahaba: "Some of you will be brought in front of me (on Doomsday) till I will see them and then they will be taken away from me and I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' It will be said, 'You do not know what they did after you had left.'" - Sahih al-Bukhari - Furthermore, we do not call them Raafidhah because they reject a 4-guided Khilafah whereas now they cannot pledge allegiance to the dead and cannot be blamed for historical rejections (AbuBakr was rejected for 6 months, Umar was avoided, Uthman was rejected in the 2nd half, Ali was even fought.) Nevertheless, we call them Raafidhah because they accept a 12-guided Khilafah whereas now they pledge allegiance to the life-prolonged 12th man and support his underground movement: "One who dies without knowing the Imam of his time, dies the death of Jahiliyya" -Famous Hadith- Finally, we have to understand that Raafidhah are a brilliant minority because they use both their strong logic and mystic ability so as to get attention to their true belief & distinct way of life as a community or nation (Hezballa/Iran vs. the World)

  12. (bismillah) (salam) I have heard before that the belief in the Mahdi, and especially his occultation, has been adapted by Zoroastrains. As they have influenced Shia beliefs during the Safavids Era. Please watch this video in order to hear Syed Ammar Nakshwani's opinion. What do you think ?? (salam)
  13. Waiting For You I promise, I swear, and assure you I will wait To love whom you love ; Hate whom you hate To kneel till the rest of my life near thy gate and crossing my calenders to reach your date As you are the only and lonely true meaning of light true meaning of light who said that love has to end with hurt who said that waiting will end by disconcert who said that if I die I can not revert Who said that chert with water doesn't spurt You shuffled the books thus it looks: up, down, left and right left and right you're in my closed eyes and thus protected you're in my heart for that ribs are connected you're in my dreams as in thoughts you’re injected you're in my veins like blood you are erected i see you everywhere yes I dare, as you are my sight as you are my sight They told me that you’ll come and it is so soon but wait till the sun goes opposite to the moon and listen to the yell of Gabriel before noon then you will see the flags of the damned goon Oh my lord, will raise his sword with his hand tight with his hand tight Till that I will wait and fetch you every place Like lost in a jungle looking for a trace who said i will settle before seeing your face who said i will calm before having an embrace Not from you Not from you; who can reach your height? who can reach your height? disconcert (إرباك) chert (صخر صواني) spurt (تفجر) erected(قائم) goon(الأبله)
  14. Salamun alaikum wa rahmah I has been given this video from the nasibi, can anyone try to refute this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1Qt-W8_8U4 I appreciate anybody that can help Fi amanillah
  15. Just a little poem I wrote for Imam Al-Mahdi (as)... not much of a poet but was just trying to get my thoughts across. The droplets of wisdom fall around me From the east to the west they fall But not a single droplet touches me For I fear for the worst What if these droplets are an illusion? We were promised oppression, and oppression we received Oppressed by others, people of my own and even myself I act as though I fit with them all But I know I’m out of place For they see the droplets as real. Whilst I know them to be fake We focused on you as our master, But we neglected your master. We claim to serve your mission But we don’t even serve you. We claim to know you But don’t even know ourselves. We claim to be ready But do we even know what ready is? We wait for true downpour of the droplets, But seem to be satisfied with the droplets we have. We seem to think, with your return, the crops will be regrown through these new droplets But how can our flower blossom without realising your droplets turn to waves? And if our crops are destroyed because of your waves? Will we then turn our backs to you? We claim to love you, but haven’t found the love your love stems from All day and night the true love is entailed within your veins yet when we try to derive the love, we forget its source. We claim to be prepared for you but our bags have no bottom So when we proceed to lift the luggage we prepared It falls, because of the root of the preparation. It’s not the love of love itself, it’s the love of ourselves. Knowledge of you is useless. Recognition of you is essential. The heart recognises what the brain doesn’t and you belong to the heart not the brain For the heart is deeper than any ocean can wish to be and how can we limit the love of you to just the world? We forget how you are the fountain that gives us the droplets But we forget the unlimited Ocean from which your water source comes. Yet we await… We await the day the righteous will be seated on the thrones We await the day the corruption will be annihilated with the swift action of righteousness We await the Droplets that will fall from the heavens We await the day the droplets that fell from our mouths evaporate We await the day we acknowledge you for who you are, not what we want you to be. We await the day the crops grow from purity only. We await the day the diseased crops cease to grow. There is a void in my existence, that can only be filled with the answer to my question: When will you return?
  16. Hi guys, hope everyone's having a good. For several weeks now I've been after the full Imam Mahdi prayer (same one recited by Ahmadinejad during his UN speeches) with no luck yet. Where can I find the Arabic, phonetic and English translation? Thanks in advance.
  17. Janabe Fatema Zehra (S.A.) said to Imam Husain (A.S.): "When you were born Prophet of Islam (S.A.W.) came to me and took you in his arms and then said, ‘O Fatema! take Husein (A.S.) and know that he will be father of nine Imams and from his progeny will come guided Imams of whom the ninth one will be QAEM.’" (Isbatul Huda, Vol. 2, Pg. 552) PLEASE VISIT THE FOLLWING LINK http://oppressionsuponjanabezahra.blogspot.in/
  18. The superior characteristics of the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and their similarities to the Ashab al-Suffa -1- The Ashab al-Suffa They devoted all their time to earning Allah’s approval alone. The constantly studied the Qur’an and listened to the teachings of our Prophet (saas). Our Prophet (saas) took a close interest in their training. They took no interest in commerce or worldly things. They did not marry, and had no family or tribal loyalties. They were few in number. They traveled to teach the Qur’an and the Sunnah to Muslim tribes. They were known as the Army of the Learned. They devoted their entire lives to Allah’s path. The Ashab al-Suffa of the End Times are the followers of Hazrat Mahdi . “Ashab al-Suffa” is the name given to a group of Companions made up of young people who stayed in an area subsequently added on to the northern part of the Mosque of our Prophet (saas) and known as the Suffa. The followers of Hazrat Mahdi bear a close resemblance to these blessed people in terms of many of their characteristics. The moral values of the followers of Hazrat Mahdi resemble those of the Ashab al-Suffa, such as their faith and loyalty and obedience to Almighty Allah and Hazrat Mahdi are all praised in the hadiths. Hazrat Mahdi also has an Ashab al-Suffa. A small group of young people constantly acting together with Hazrat Mahdi . They also leave their families and strive together for Allah, just as it was in the time of the Prophet (saas), insha’Allah. According to the hadiths, the followers of Hazrat Mahdi are devout by night and lions by day. By night they teach, while by day they wage an intellectual struggle like lions. They intellectually uproot such bastions of disbelief as Darwinism and materialism. They are courageous, determined and submissive on Allah’s path. Patience is one of their characteristics; they are never hasty. They wage a patient intellectual struggle with all their might so that Qur’anic values will dominate the world. Submission to Allah is their greatest source of strength in their faith. They are fully submitted to Almighty Allah. In times of danger, they are never uneasy, but say, “It is all for the best.” Let us now look at the features of these blessed people of the End Times, the followers of Hazrat Mahdi , in the light of the hadiths. Like the Ashab al-Suffa, the Followers of Hazrat Mahdi Will Consist of Young People The hadiths reveal that Hazrat Mahdi will have youthful helpers. “THE FOLLOWERS of the Qaim [Hazrat Mahdi ] ARE YOUNG, and there are no elderly people among them. (Seikh Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Numani, Ghaybah al Numani, p. 374) Many prophets had young helpers. Allah reveals this in verse 83 of Surah Yunus: No one believed in Moses except for a few of his people out of fear that Pharaoh, and the elders, would persecute them. Pharaoh was high and mighty in the land. He was one of the profligate. (Surah Yunus, 83) Other hadiths reveal that Hazrat Mahdi will have youthful followers: Most of these followers [of Hazrat Mahdi ] ARE YOUNG while the old are very few. (Bihar al-Anwar, vol: 52, p. 334) Another hadith indicating there will be young people around Hazrat Mahdi reads: Hazrat Mahdi’s standard-bearer will be a small YOUNG MAN with a slight, yellow beard. (Ibn Hajar al-Haythami, Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi `Alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar, p. 51) ... The followers of Hazrat Mahdi are made up of young people. The followers of the Prophet Moses were made up of young people. Young people are less worn down mentally. A rigidity sets in with age. It is harder for an older person to turn to living by the True Religion. But young people are less entrenched in sin. They are more innocent. They are more idealistic. That is how Allah creates their natures. So Allah produces a blessing within them, insha’Allah... The Community of Hazrat Mahdi Will Be Few in Number As revealed in the hadiths, very few people, just 313, will believe in Hazrat Mahdi . These will be highly sincere people in whose hearts Allah has deliberately established faith. Abu Bashir says: Imam Abu Abdullah said: "There WILL BE VERY FEW PEOPLE from among the Arabs alongside the Qaim [Hazrat Mahdi (as)]."... (Sheikh Muhammad ibn Ibrahim Numani, al-Ghaybah al-Numani, p. 239) Their numbers will be those of the people of Badr (313). In the same way that those before them cannot pass beyond them, neither those who come after can reach them. Their number is as many as those who crossed the river with Saul. (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-Zaman, p. 57) They consist of a group, including women, of 313 people. They will overcome all tyrants. Their hearts are like iron, and they are lions by day and devout believers by night. Neither those before nor after them can match them in self-sacrifice. (Al-Muttaqi al-Hindi, Al-Burhan fi Alamat al-Mahdi Akhir al-Zaman, pp. 57-58) The way of the Mahdi is the only entity to oppose them. The Messenger of Allah says, “They are 313 people.” In other words, the students of Hazrat Mahdi are like a single body with 600 eyes, 600 ears and 300 brains. Nobody can overcome that, because there is no such entity in the world. One cannot overcome that. Look, “If there are twenty of you who are steadfast, they will overcome two hundred.” The students of Hazrat Mahdi are overcoming the whole world, the atheist, Darwinist and materialist system in the world, as a very small community, insha’Allah. The followers of Jesus the Messiah number just 1,400. So do the followers of the Prophet Jesus . They are destroying the system. Look, by Allah’s leave 1,400 people will bring the world to its knees. “And if there are a hundred of you, they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve.” Almighty Allah stresses the importance of quality. In other words, numbers are irrelevant, but quality matters. Bediüzzaman also notes that the followers of Hazrat Mahdi will be few in number, but that they will have an enormous spiritual force: The force and spiritual army this duty depends on is some followers in full possession of titles of loyalty and solidarity. No matter how few they may be, they are spiritually as powerful and valuable as an army. (Emirdag Addendum, p. 259) Hazrat Mahdi Will Have a Working Group of 30 People Among his 313 followers, Hazrat Mahdi will have a group of 30 people who support him in his activities. With the STRONG THIRTY ALLIES OF THE IMAM [Hazrat Mahdi ], he is not alone. (Bihar al-Anwar, 52:153) For example, Bediüzzaman says; “In demolishing the way of the dajjal, Darwinism and materialism, a very small team from among his own followers-notice that a distinct team-will help him in this matter.” In other words, in the preparation of works that demolish Darwinism and materialism, he will make use of works written by scientists and produce books against Darwinism and materialism. But in doing this, Hazrat Mahdi’s time is limited, he says. “His time and circumstances are not appropriate for this,” he says. “Hazrat Mahdi will do this work together with his followers,” he says. “But he will charge some of his followers with this task,” he says. Part of them. “And that part of his followers will prepare those books, and he will thus have discharged his first duty,” he says. Hazrat Mahdi’s Followers Will Have a Powerful Faith The followers of Hazrat Mahdi will have a deep and unquestioning faith in Allah. This will make them stand out in the society they live in. The followers of Imam az-Zamaan [Hazrat Mahdi ] will not have an iota of doubt concerning Allah, the Almighty and they will recognize Him as he ought to be recognized... (Al -Bayaan Fi Akhbaar - e -Mahdi Aakher al -Zamaan (a .s.), chapter 5; Mikyaal al-Makaarem, vol. 1, p. 65) They (the followers of Hazrat Mahdi ) WILL TREMBLE WITH DIVINE FEAR. (Mikyaal al-Makaarem, Vol. 1, p. 65) It is also revealed in the hadiths that the followers of Hazrat Mahdi will spend their nights in worship: They (the followers of Hazrat Mahdi ) WILL BE DEVOUT BELIEVERS BY NIGHT AND MOVE AROUND LIKE LIONS BY DAY.(Mikyaal al-Makaarem, Vol. 1, p. 65) Unlike those who spend their nights in comfort, they (the followers of Hazrat Mahdi ) WILL SPEND THEM WORSHIPING THEIR LORD. (Mikyaal al-Makaarem, Vol. 1, p. 65) The Followers of Hazrat Mahdi Will Be Very Strong Spiritually The hadiths indicate that the followers of Hazrat Mahdi will be highly developed spiritually, people who turn to Allah with a deep faith and a sincere heart. Their [followers of Hazrat Mahdi ] souls are BRIGHT LIKE LAMPS AND THEIR HEARTS ARE LIGHTED AS WELL. (Mikyaal al-Makaarem, vol. 1, p. 65) The nature of his [Hazrat Mahdi’s ] followers will be PURE AND IMMACULATE. THEY WILL BE FREE FROM HYPOCRICY AND ALL OTHER CONTAMINATIONS. (Bihar al-Anwar, vol 52, p. 35) Hazrat Mahdi will be instrumental in these people having a powerful love and fear of Allah. They (the followers of Hazrat Mahdi ) WILL BE COMPLETELY SUBMITTED TO OMNIPOTENT Allah. (Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 52, p. 35 & 311 Handed down by Akhbaar al-Reza (as)) Their [Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) followers’] HEARTS WILL BE UNTAINTED AND UNADULTERATED FROM MALICE, JEALOUSY AND ENMITY. (Bihar al-Anwar, vol. 52, p. 35) www.awaitedmahdi.com
  19. (bismillah) (salam) Our Sunni brothers & sisters believe in this savior, as do most of us, the 'Mahdi' but Isn't it illogical for Sunni's to believe in this 'man', after all you (sunni's) believe he will be just a man right? Some say he will be born etc etc.. Right so what is the purpose of Prophet Isa (as)? To kill Dajjal of course that's true. But his prophet-hood is over, there is no new revelation coming from them. So you believe the Prophet (as) will come and finish Dajjal, simply right? So where does this 'Mahdi' come in to it then? What is the need for this' man'? :donno: If the Prophet (as) is being sent to finish everything why does he need the help of a 'man' who is fallible? I don't quite understand, how logically you would explain this. Our version is much more logical, our twelfth Imam (as) is alive and awaiting his call to come forth, they must finish their role as our Imam (as) and the Prophet (as) will come and finish their duty. But the Imam (as) will be the 'leader', as to speak, over our Prophet (as). And remember both our Imam (as) & Prophet Isa (as) our infallible in our eyes. (wasalam)
  20. Salam brothers and sisters. i have been thinking of trying to organize a some kind of dua event which all muslims (or the majority inshallah) can participate in. what has popped into my head over the last few months was how beautiful it would be if muslims allover the world all read a pre agreed specific dua (such as dua e zamana) asking Allah swt to speed up the return of our Imam as all at the same time. or perhaps to cater for the different time zones we could have a 24 hour session, where countries will be allocated a time and all the muslims would read the dua and inshallah the outcome would be that for every hour of the day a country somewhere would be reciting the dua. with todays technology and internet addicts it shouldnt be that difficult to spread the word. what you all think? i am happy to post some duas, there are many links already available on this site, is there a dua that would appeal to the majority of schools i am open to suggestions on days (i think friday) and what do people think about having it read in unison or over a 24 hour period. thanks for your time
  21. What are the chances of a second shia revival happening. I wish I had lived through the one that was by Imam Khomeini and my parents who were in Pakistan at that time told me about how they were able to have pride in who they are. I am growing up in the United States where Muslim pride constitutes a minority and shia pride is Non-existent. As a shia, i have trouble coping with my identity. Ya imam e zamana (ajj)
  22. People have been saying that the Dajjal will lead the masons to new world order and convince people that hes the awaited one with the help of the mason's nature controlling science (they will help him cause "miracles"), and because of this al imam al mahdi will eventually rise and put an end to all this - Your thoughts on this?
