  1. (salam) I have seen a video about the hadiths from the Imams of Ahlulbait talking about a time where there will be hunger in the whole world and many conflicts between Arabs and Muslims, and it will be followed by a some sort of great war which may refer to a Word war. Are the hadiths reliable or do they hold a deeper meaning?
  2. Asalamalakum and Ya Ali Madad. Last night during sehri I got into a very heated debate with one of my friends. His argument: "As much as I would like to see the Imam reappear, he won't, at least not in our lifetime" Given the hypothetical idea that we live max 60 years he said that the world would have to be in terrible condition leaving 13 functioning countries (?? no source) and that the "dunya" is moving too slow to expect the reappearance of the imam. I of course was outraged completely disagreeing with everything he was saying simply because I was under the impression that he had a false sense of confidence. I told him the best thing we can do is wait (intezaar) is the best ibaddat but slowly I began to realize that certain points he was making were correct I need to restore his confidence as a friend and as a Shia without contradicting any hadith regarding belief in the reappearance or regarding conditions that need to met. He also said that we think the world is chaotic enough for the Imam to come, but if it was he (atfj) would have been here already. If everything in Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Iran is not proof enough, if the fact that the word "Islam" is being associated with the word "terrorist" is not enough, if being a shia gets you killed is sufficient then the Imam would have been here. At the time I couldn't verify any of his information so I gave smaller practical example which I believe did not suffice. I told him Imam Hussain would have never fought karbala without the 72. Right now the Imam needs 313, that's all he is waiting on, but if he is waiting for 313 how long do we have to wait. What more can I tell him that is backed up by sources.
  3. Is it just me or has anyone else feeling this way as well? - Marriage has become really hard for me, and Zina has become really easy. I've looked around for marriages, spent money, told parents, done everything, found potential mutah but in the end its probably all a failure, on the other hand, I asked a girl out and it was extremely easy and she said yes, but I called it off later so we are just friends (thank god). - At gatherings, the only subjects that's are interesting to most people there are back biting, or laughing at other people. try asking a serious question and you seem like a mood killer. Don't encourage back biting by not laughing and you are seen as boring. Sit among the young and all they talk about is sex, women, laugh at each other by calling each other names, animals, or hit each other. - when we have guests or we are guests at someone else home, most people who sit there, are sitting from evening to midnight, I get up to pray and they all look ashamed but they don't get up, when I get up to pray it feels like as if I'm not supposed to, although they can't tell me not to pray they still go silent and stare with the corner of their eye. It's like as if everything has turned upside down. I used to get called a loser at school because I didn't flirt with girls and didn't have a girl friend. I still don't know how to flirt, usually I help them if they need it and run. Recently I saw something very disturbing, it was a Muslim girl in an extreme Islamic outfit making out with another Muslim guy in a very busy public area, they are both at my uni and I know they are not halal for each other. I felt like punching them both. I tried fasting to keep lust off and it still didn't work, everyone is wearing clothing that is revealing, the whole point of clothing is to cover oneself but the clothing today hides the bad bits and makes attractive the good bits, to be honest women would look less attractive naked then in some of the clothing they wear. this is because if they were naked, everything would hang and look sloppy but the clothing makes those parts look 'full of life'. these are just some of the things I can remember and explain, share your experience. I live in the UK btw, where all non-muslim women are on a mission to look seducing. And give some advice to help me cope.
  4. Asa brothers/sisters, As i mentioned before, I just became shia and started practicing the school of Pure Ahlulbait(as). I am not sure how much you lot can understand but I am facing a lot of problems in the community due to the fact that I prefer the belief of PURE's over others. I am hoping to understand certain concepts from you lot in a positive way and would appreciate any help whatsoever - jzk I've been presented this narration from Bihar ul Anwar from this website. http://gift2shias.com/2014/02/23/the-shia-madi-a-sadistic-mass-murdering-anti-arab-bigot/#more-10068 There's a lot of filth mentioned here about the followers of Ahlulbait(as) which I really dont believe and know its nothing but a pile of lies against us. However this narration (apparently from Biharul Anwar) did confuse me and I am still wondering what must be the original context of it as we all know the Imamuz Zaman is in hide and he's the son of Imam Hasan Al-askari(asws) I am not even sure if its mentioned in the original book so will definitely check the original text as well. Any help would be much appreciated. TRANSLATION: When the Persians were defeated at Al-Qadisiyyah (Iraq) and Yazdgerd Ibn Shahryar (the Kisra i.e. king of the Sassanian Majoosi/Zoroastrian evil and oppressive empire) was informed about that and that Rustum (his general) was captured, he thought that Rustum and the Persians are all perished until someone informed him about (the battle) of Al-Qadisiyyah and about the loss of 50.000 (Majoosi soldiers, against a handful Sahaba!!!). Upon that, Yazgerd fled to his household and stood infront of the gates of Al-Iwan (his palace) and said: “Peace be upon you, o Iwan! This is where I am going to leave you and where I will met you again, me or a man of my progeny [...]. Sulayman Al-Dulaimi entered upon Abi Abdillah (Imam Al-Sadiq) and asked him about that. I asked him: ‘What does he (Yazdgerd III) mean with “a man of my progeny”? He (Imam Al-Sadiq) said: ‘It is none other but one who is the arising (Shia Mahdi) by the will of Allah, the sixth (from the progeny) of my father, Yazgerd has given him birth, he is his father’. (Bihar Al-Anwar, vol. 51, p. 164)
  5. (bismillah) This is just some of my thoughts on this matter. Feel free to add on. It is a trial and command from Allah for the imam to be in occultation. HE is present just not physically present. IF you can believe in a jinn (being) whom you can never see or prove, that is called satan who has been alive on this earth since before the creation of man, to MISGUIDE us, how can you not believe in a representative chosen by Allah to guide us while not being physically present? Not only that, but why has satan decided to stay till the end of time? Why not finish his job after Muhammad A.S? Because he challenged Allah to led man astray as long as Allah has His representatives on this earth. Therefore it is proof in itself that Allah will always have a representative on this earth. Our imam went into the second occultation. He elected representatives before he went into hiding. Not only that, but history is proof of itself on his existence. How can you expect God to be just when He has allowed for satan to exist till end of man to misguide us all, while not having a representative guiding us to out-do satan? This situation reminds me of a few of the prophet's people. When Musa A.S went into minor occulation and came back to find his people as disbelievers: [shakir 7:148] And Musa's people made of their ornaments a calf after him, a (mere) body, which gave a mooing sound. What! could they not see that it did not speak to them nor guide them m the way? They took it (for worship) and they were unjust. [shakir 7:149] And when they repented and saw that they had gone astray, they said: If our Lord show not mercy to us and forgive us we shall certainly be of the losers. [shakir 7:150] And when Musa returned to his people, wrathful (and) in violent grief, he said: Evil is it that you have done after me; did you turn away from the bidding of your Lord? And he threw down the tablets and seized his brother by the head, dragging him towards him. He said: Son of my mother! surely the people reckoned me weak and had well-nigh slain me, therefore make not the enemies to rejoice over me and count me not among the unjust people. Or when Isa A.S left his people (NOTE: All muslims believe that he is still alive ie: Occultation): [shakir 4:157] And their saying: Surely we have killed the Messiah, Isa son of Marium, the messenger of Allah; and they did not kill him nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them so (like Isa) and most surely those who differ therein are only in a doubt about it; they have no knowledge respecting it, but only follow a conjecture, and they killed him not for sure. [shakir 4:158] Nay! Allah took him up to Himself; and Allah is Mighty, Wise. Or when Prophet Yunus A.S left his people and came back: [21:87]And (remember) Yúnus, when he went away in anger; and he thought that We would never have power over him (naqdira). Then he called in the darkness [of night, sea, and fish]: There is no god but You, glory be to Thee; surely I am one of those who make haste”. As we can see, from among the greatest prophets ever to have walked this earth went into occultations by the will of Allah. It is truly a test from Allah. We can see, many of the prophets ummah failed and went astray while there were a few to have had faith and believed in Allah and his representative. Can we say that they were not prophets solely on the reason that they went away from their people for some time? What about khidr a.s as well? It is honestly absurd to say the prophets significance was cut off when they went away. No muslim can challenge that. These beings were hujja regardless of their physical presence and that is part of their purpose. The same goes with our Imam Mahdi A.S (wasalam)
  6. Please watch the whole video since his discussion on Mahdi A.S comes a few minutes later. (wasalam)
  7. (bismillah) All praise is due to Allah (SWT), Lord of the Worlds and master of creation, Thee alone do we worship and thine aid we seek. Allah is the one and only true deity, neither begets (through desire), nor is begotten (through need). Blessings be on his choicest servant Muhammad (pbuh), His prophet, a mercy unto the worlds and his blessed and pure itrat'AhlulBayt (as). Blessings be upon all His prophets (as), servants, believers, muslims, and his angels (as) whom tirelessly serve Him. Amma ba'ad, (salam) Dear Brothers & Sisters, Muharram is here and perhaps we can do something a little different this year, Let us take advantage of the great technology we've been blessed with and use it to a desired end: Let's write / post letters to the Imaam of our time Al-Mahdi (as) to show him that we (his so-called shi'a and even sunnis if they want to participate) are comitted to serving his cause and ask him to return during this Muharram! Show your sincerity SINCERITY ! And write a heart felt letter / post to the Imaam (as) explaining our situation or just your honest best wishes for his coming. Affirm your readiness to serve his cause and pray for Allah (SWT) to keep him safe at all times. Now if you are not comfortable sharing your post here, as can be expected with truly sincere and heartfelt endeavours, feel free to write the letter at home and keep it safe as an oath and a show to your Imaam (as) of your willingness to do all that is in your power to fulfill your duties to God's representatives. Let us try to get ALL of us whom claim to be his shi'a here and at home to write / post / supplicate for his coming. Indeed let us not write with full pens and empty souls like the letters of invitation to Imaam Husayn (as); nay let us prove to Allah alone that we are the true, spoken-about and blessed generation of shi'as of His representatives (as); better may have come before us, but may we by His grace be the ones that have the honour, prestige and privelage to be in the ranks of the foremost of the age Abul-Qasim Muhammad Al-Mahdi (as) May Allah hasten his reappearance. ...Begin when you are ready...

  10. Just came across this one on youtube. I was under the impression that even from a salafi lanati perspective sufyani (la) was a condemned disgrace, as per the famous sunniHadith where the Holy Prophet (sawas) mentions him as an antithesis to the Qaim (as). What are your thoughts? http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xgmk8N1CpvY

  12. Salam Bros/Sisters, InshaAllah your Ramadhan is blessed. I've been reading various spiritual posts on SC and thought you might have a clue to a few things I wanted to ask about. 1. I try reading Ziarat-e-Ashura daily. Now I want to read Ziarat-e-Ashura for certain days for some special dua to Allah swt. Do you know the procedure? Do I have to say 100 Laan and 100 salams? Does it has to be 40 days? Can it be for say 3 days or 10 days? If one of you have a particular procedure written somewhere, please do share. 2. Those of you who have witnessed one, what ONE specific act which caused you to receive the noor of Allah swt? Was it your Istighfar or Shukr or Salat or any particula Dua that you read every day, or your lowering your gaze, or your some particualr civil service? Thanks for reading and responding.
  13. WILADAT E HAZRAT MAHDI (ATFS) MUBARAK TO ALL Narrated to us my father and Muhammad bin Hasan - May Allah be pleased withthem - they said: Narrated to us Saad bin Abdullah and Abdullah bin Ja’far Himyari, all of them from Abil Hasan Salih bin Abi Hammad and Hasan bin Tareef, all of them from Bakrbin Salih and narrated to us my father and Muhammad bin Musa bin Mutawakkil andMuhammad bin Ali Majilaway; and Ahmad bin Ali bin Ibrahim; and Hasan bin Ibrahim binNatana; and Ahmad bin Ziyad Hamadani - May Allah be pleased with them - they said:Narrated to us Ali bin Ibrahim from his father Ibrahim bin Hashim from Bakr bin Salih fromAbdur Rahman bin Saalim from Abi Baseer from Abi Abdullah (a.s.) that he said: “My father (a.s.) said to Jabir Ibn Abdullah Ansari, ‘I have some work withyou. So, when is it possible for you to give me some time that I may ask yousomething?’ Jabir replied, ‘Whenever you wish.’ Thus, when my father (a.s.) methim in privacy, he asked him, “O Jabir! Inform me about the Tablet which yousaw in the hand of my mother, Fatima, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w.s.) and what did she tell you as to what was written in it?” Jabir replied, ‘Ihold Allah as Witness that I went to visit your mother, Fatima (a.s.) during thelifetime of the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) to congratulate her for Husain’s(a.s.) birth. I saw in her hand a green Tablet, which I thought to be of emerald andits writing was as bright as sunlight. I asked her, ‘May my parents be sacrificedfor you, O daughter of Allah’s Messenger (s.a.w.s.)! What is this Tablet?’ She(s.a.) replied, ‘This is the Tablet, which Allah, to whom belong might andmajesty, has gifted to the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.). In it is the name of myfather, the name of Ali, the name of my two sons and the names of the successorsfrom my progeny. In turn, my father gave it to me that I may rejoice through it.’Jabir said, ‘Thus, your mother Fatima (a.s.) gave it to me. I read it and copied it.’My father (a.s.) asked, ‘O Jabir! Can you show it (the copied manuscript) to me?’He replied in the affirmative. My father (a.s.) accompanied Jabir to his housewhere he took out a scroll of parchment and gave it to my father he said, ‘I holdAllah as Witness that this is what I saw written in the Tablet: VISIT http://oppressionsuponjanabezahra.blogspot.in/ In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. This is a Book fromAllah, the Mighty, the Wise to Muhammad, His light, His ambassador, His veiland His proof. The trustworthy spirit (Jibraeel) has descended with it from theLord of the worlds. O Muhammad! Magnify my names, be grateful for Mybounties and do not deny My endowments. Verily I am Allah, there is no god butMe, the Destroyer of the oppressors, the Degrader of the tyrants and theEstablisher of the Day of Judgment. Verily I am Allah, there is no god but Me.Whoever expects grace from other than Me or fears other than My justice and Mypunishment, I will punish him in such a way that I will not punish anybody in thismanner in the worlds. Hence, worship only Me and rely only on Me. Indeed, Idid not raise a messenger, completed his days and terminated his duration but thatI appointed for him a successor. Certainly, I made you superior over all otherProphets and made your successor superior over all other successors. After him, Ihonored you with your two grandsons, Hasan and Husain. I made Hasan the mineof My knowledge after the end of the days of his father and I made Husain thetreasure chest of My revelation, I honored him with martyrdom and sealed it forhim with eternal bliss. So, he is the best of the martyrs and the highest of them ingrade before Me. I have placed My perfect word with him and the complete proofnear him. Through his progeny, I shall reward and punish. The first of them is the chief of the worshippers and the adornment of Mypast friends, then his son (Muhammad) who resembles his grandfather al-Mahmood1, the splitter of My knowledge and the mine of My wisdom. Soon, those who doubt concerning his son Ja’far will be destroyed. He who rejects himhas rejected Me. I speak the truth, I will indeed honor the position of Ja’far andmake him happy vis-à-vis his Shias, his helpers and his friends. After him, I haveselected Musa and there will be a blinding, dark corruption so that the spark ofMy obedience is not terminated, My proof is not hidden and My friends are notafflicted with misfortune. Beware! Whoever denies even one of them has deniedMy bounty. Whoever changes one verse from My Book, then indeed hasattributed a lie unto Me. Then woe unto the liars, the deniers with the terminationof the duration of My servant, My beloved and My chosen one, Musa. Verily, theone who denies the eighth is as if he has denied all My friends (Imams). Ali isMy friend, My helper and the one upon whom I have placed Prophethood’sburden of proof and conferred upon him mastership. An arrogant devil willmurder him. He will be buried in a city, which the righteous servant has built, next to the worst of My creatures. I speak the truth, I will soothe his eyes withMuhammad, his son and his successor after him. He is the heir of My knowledge, the mine of My wisdom, the place of My joy and My proof upon My creatures.None shall believe in him but that the paradise will be his abode and I will allowhim to intercede for seventy of his family members, even if all of them areeligible for hell. I will complete his bliss with his son Ali, My friend, My helper,My witness amongst My creatures and My trustee upon My revelation. Fromhim, I will bring forth Hasan, the caller to My path and the treasurer of MyKnowledge.Thereafter, I will complete this (chain of Imamate) with his son,م.ح.م.د. mercy for the worlds. He will possess the perfection of Musa, thebrightness of Isa and the patience of Ayyub. Soon, My friends will be humiliatedin his time and their heads will be gifted as trophies like the heads of the Turksand the Dailamites. They will be killed, they will be burnt, they will live in a stateof fear, terror and trepidation. The earth will be colored with their blood andwailing and sobbing will be commonplace among their womenfolk. They are Mytrue friends! Through them I will repel all blinding and dark mischief, remove theearthquakes and do away with the burdens and the chains. أُولَئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ They are those upon them is the blessings of their Lord and mercy. Andthey are the guided ones. (Sure Baqarah : 157) Abdur Rahman bin Salim says: Abu Baseer says, ‘If you do not hear in yourtime anything but this tradition, it will suffice for you. 15. http://almahdyoon.org/ Is this another one of those site that claims the Mahdi has arrived? I am just so confused. Even some shiah's in Malaysia had visited this Imam Ahmad al-Hassan.
  16. I just heard in the news that King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia is reported to be "clinically dead." Isn't one of the signs of Imam Mahdi's arrival is that King Abdullah would be the last king of the house of Saud? Anyways, here's one of the article that describes the current situation in regards to what's happening to King Abdullah. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/05/28/king-abdullah-bin-abdulaziz-dead_n_3346630.html?utm_hp_ref=uk
  17. (bismillah) (salam) It has been talked about Mahdi (pbuh) in prophetic traditions a lot. (Prophetic traditions are traditions that both Shia and Sunni certify.) As we try to explain Sunni's beliefs about Mahdi (pbuh) in this article, we refer to traditions found in Sunni's authentic books so that his advent in traditions would be recognized. 1-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "If it remains only one day to the end of the world, Allah will inspire a man of my family, who will make the world full of justice after it has become full of oppression." (Sahih Abu Dawood, vol. 2, p. 208) 2-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "If it remains only one day to the end of the world, Allah will elongate that day until a man of my family whose name is the same as mine will be inspired, he will make the world full of justice after it ha become full of oppression." (Sahih al-Tirmidhi, vol. 5, p. 343) 3-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "Some time, the world will become full of oppression, and then a man of my family will appear. He will rule for seven or nine years and will make the world full of justice." (Musnad Ahmad, vol. 3, p. 28) 4-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "Mahdi is from my family and a son of my daughter, Fatimah." (al-Sava’iq, p.163 & Sunan ibn Majah, vol. 2, p. 1368] 5-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "Mahdi (pbuh) is from us, he has a long forehead and a knob on his nose. He will make the world full of justice after it has become full of oppression." (Sahih Abu Dawood, vol. 2, p. 208) 6-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "I give you good tidings about Mahdi, he will be inspired in my community and make the world full of justice as it has become full of oppression, people will be satisfied with him, and will divide all properties equally between all people. Allah will make people free from want and justice will be everywhere." (Musnad Ahmad, vol. 3, p. 37) 7-Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "Actually, Ali ibn Abitalib is the leader of my community and my successor. Mahdi is of his sons, by which Allah will make the world full of justice after it has become full of oppression. I swear to Allah, who has delegated me, people who abide by his Imamat during his occultation are rare such as red Sulphur." (Hamwayni in Fara’id al-Samtain, the end of vol. 2) 8-Abd al-Rahman al-Suyuti, one of the great Sunni scholars has written in his book that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) said: "Anyone who denies the appearance of Mahdi has become pagan." 9-Ibn Hajar Haithami Shafe'i has written in his book, al-Sava'iq (p. 164): "Ab al-Qasim, Prophet Muhammad, al-Hujjat, his age is five when his father passes away. Allah has given knowledge at that time. He is called "Qa'im al-Muntadhar", he is the savior of this community and Jesus will say prayers with him. Sunnis actually have a lot of things to say about this subject and even have written many books about it. The number of them is more than 30, but we list some of them below: -Al-Burhan fi Akhbare Sahib al-Zaman by Ganji Shafei -Al-Burhan fi Alamate Akhir al-Zaman (Shah Mulla Muttagi) -Al-Qaul al-Mukhtasar fi Alamate al-Mahdi (pbuh) al-Muntadhar (Ibn Hajar) -Mahdi (pbuh) Aal al-Rasool (al-Herawi al-Hanafi) -Aqd al-Dorar fi Akhbar Imam al-Muntadhar (Jamaleddin Yusefi al-Dimashqi) -Manaqib al-Mahdi (pbuh) (Hafidh abi Na’im Isfahani) -Al-Orf al-Wardi fi Akhbar al-Mahdi (pbuh) (al-Suyuti), Kitab al-Mahdi (pbuh) (Abu Dawood) Source: http://en.shafaqna.c...-in-sunnis.html
  18. IN THE NAME OF Allah THE BENEFICENT THE MERCIFUL Ameerul Omarah ( اَمِىْرُ الاُمَرَةْ ) King of kings It is a title with which Ameerul Momineen (a.s.) mentioned Imam Mahdi (a.s.). Thus, the trustworthy scholar, Fazl bin Shaazaan says in the book of Ghaibat narrating from Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) that he said: After the mention of turmoil and calamities: Dajjaal will emerge and wreak havoc till the ruler of rulers would appear; the eliminator of infidelity and the awaited ruler regarding whose occultation the intellects are astounded. And he is the ninth descendant of you, O Husain. He will appear between Rukn and Maqam and emerge victorious over the men and jinns. Bearim Mo-a’ttalah( بِئْرٍ مّعَطّلَةْ ) Abandoned Well. Ali bin Ibrahim has quoted from Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.)that he said under the explanation of the verse: وَبِئْرٍ مُعَطَّلَةٍ وَقَصْرٍ مَشِيدٍ “…and (how many a) deserted well and palace raised high …( sure Hajj 22:45) This is a simile for Aale Muhammad (a.s.). The ‘deserted well’ is a well from which water is not taken out and he is the Imam who has gone into occultation. Thus, it is not possible to gain knowledge from him2 till the time of reappearance. That is through apparent means it is usual for everyone at every time, as was available during the tenure of every Imam, except His Eminence; as he is a lofty fort. (Ref : Tafseer Qummi, vol. 2, p. 85 ) Baasit (باَسِطْ ) Encompassing In Hidaayatul Kubraa, p. 328 and Manaaqib-e-Qadeemah it is included among the titles of the Imam and it is in the meaning of one who brings relief and increase. And the blessing of that Imam as he has himself said, like the sun, reaches to all places and every creature has seen it and during the days of his reappearance and justice as will be spread and become common in such a way that the wolf and the sheep will graze together. Taaeed (اَلتّأيِيْد ) Obedience In Hidaayatul Kubraa, p. 328 it is mentioned as one of his titles. It implies one that imparts power and strength. In Kamaaluddin, it is narrated from Ameerul Momineen (a.s.) that he said after describing Imam Mahdi (a.s.): He would stroke the heads of the people. Thus, there would not remain any believer, but that his heart would become as a strong as a mountain of steel and Allah, the Mighty and the High would give each of them the strength of forty men. ( Ref : Kamaaluddin wa Tamaamun Ne’ma, p. 653) As-Saaer (اَلثّاَئِرْ ) Revenger It is mentioned in Manaaqib-e-Qadeemah as one of his titles. And as his opponents have said that he will not rest till he has not taken revenge. And it will be that the Imam will take revenge for the killing of his grandfather; on the contrary the killing of all the chosen ones. It is mentioned in Dua Nudbah:‘Where is the avenger of the blood of prophets and the children of the prophets? Where is the seeker of revenge for the blood of the Martyred ones of Kerbala?’
  19. I was just wondering if there are any narrations that mention the population number in the world when the Imam Mahdi arrives. I know there will be a lot of calamities and problems going on so it would make sense that a lot of people would die before his arrival. I also heard that the number of muslims will be really scarce. Correct me if i'm wrong. Thank you
  20. Irrespective of their sects, Muslims throughout the world believe that, "Imam Mahdi will establish government, peace, brotherhood, equality, justice and equity and spread it to every nook and corner of the world. He will rescue the oppressed ones from the hands of the tyrants. And everybody will enjoy the bounties of the nature equally. He will establish such a government which will be free from all tyranny and evil. It will be free from war and bloodshed." For, the aim of rising of Imam Mahdi will be to establish peace and equity. Holy Quran in different ways and at different places has prophesied that the pious and the weak will be the inheritors of this world. In other articles we have discussed the verses in detail. Traditions about Justice Holy Prophet in a very comprehensive and eloquent way has prophesied about the Justice of Imam Mahdi. He says, "Allah will raise a man from my progeny. He will fill the earth with justice and equity as it would be filled with tyranny and oppression." In the initial part of this tradition he has assured us that before the world comes to end, it will be filled with equity and justice. Cause of Expedience A few questions may arise in our minds "Why is Allah delaying the establishment of a government of peace and justice? Why did He not set up a universal, just government right from day one? Why was the earth not filled with peace and justice in the times of the previous 13 infallibles? Why is this characteristic ascribed only to Imam Mahdi s? Why did Holy Prophet have to prophesize this (just government) for the last period of the world? Before answering the question, it is necessary to state that peace and justice is such a thing, that every human being loves it and strives to establish it. And the one who achieves peace and justice is the most liked person. If this characteristic is found in a governor or a leader or in his government, then such a person is considered as reliable and liked by all. This is because the love for peace and justice lies in the innate nature of man. If we analyze human history, we will come to this conclusion, that despite liking peace and justice, till today, there is not a single instance of a leader, during whose rule this world was filled with peace and justice. Yes for a short span of time within some limits, Prophet Sulaiman's kingdom was an example of peace and equality. It has been mentioned in the Holy Quran in Surah Saba, Surah Nisa, Surah Ambiya, Surah Naml, etc. that all the creatures including animals and birds, were submissive to him. Whatever he wished, like constructing a palace, masjid or cooking food, was done by the jinns before the batting of an eyelid. But even in his period, one cannot say that there was total justice and peace in the world. Now let us try to understand why the Almighty has kept the just and equitable government for the last period of time. Imam Baqir remarked, "Our government is the final government. No family will remain who has not ruled the world. But their rule shall be prior to ours. This is because they should not have a chance to say after seeing our government and principles, that if we had the opportunity, we too would have ruled the world in the same way. Justice for Name's Sake Our discussion revolves around the fact that justice is in the nature of man. Yet, we find that human beings are generally inclined towards injustice. In the present world, justice and equity is for name's sake. Very few people act with justice. Every group is busy in securing its own ends and even goes to the extent of trampling upon the rights of others. Even religious groups are not free from such defects. The unjust people propagate the name of justice and equity for their personal motives and the ordinary people are hoodwinked by their deceit. We shall explain in brief the meaning of justice and then examine the Justice of Imam Mahdi in the light of the traditions. The Meaning of Justice The opposite of justice is oppression. Hence we can understand the complete justice of Imam Mahdi only when we have fully realized the extreme limits of oppression. The traditions quoted by us in the beginning also state that Imam Mahdi will fill the earth with justice and equity just like it would be overflowing with injustice and oppression (before him). Thus the vision of justice is based upon the eradication of oppression. List of Oppressions It is a very long list. It is not possible to mention each and every type of oppression in this article. However, we shall brief some of the types of injustices that will be eradicated after the reappearance of Imam Mahdi. It is said that injustice implies keeping a thing in the wrong place. To consider Allah in any position other than His actual position is injustice. Imam Mahdi will destroy the foundations of polytheism and satan worship. The entire world will become a cradle of La Ilaha Illallah (There is no God except Allah). The Almighty Allah has thus stated, "All the creatures of the heavens and the earth obey Allah willingly or unwillingly and to Him they shall return." (Surah Ale Imran, Verse 83) The actualization of this verse will be achieved during the time of Imam Mahdi. He will destroy the greatest injustice i.e. polytheism and there will be no religion except the true religion of Allah. Allah will fulfill His promise through the reappearance of Imam Mahdi. What Is Justice? Since the topic of discussion is the justice of Imam Mahdi, we must comprehend the actual concept of 'justice' and its distinguishing features. Only then can we see if those characteristics are to be found in the government of Imam Mahdi. The author of Misbahul Lughat (Arabic Urdu dictionary) has mentioned that the meaning of justice is "moderation in affairs", "equity", "to be straight". Similarly the author of Al Munjid has defined justice to be the opposite of oppression. In the same way, the Arabic English Dictionary of J.M. Cowans mentions the equivalents of justice as straightness, straightforwardness, impartiality equitableness, fairness, honesty, uprightness, probity, etc. Thus we can say that all the litterateurs have equated justice with the above qualities. The traditions also compare the mission of Imam Mahdi to the perfect conditions of justice, equity and peace. A Glimpse Of Imam Mahdi's Time Our Imam will rise and the rains will descend from the sky. And the earth will throw out the minerals. How submissive they would be to the hearts of Allah's creatures. The wild animals will inhabit together without violence. Even if a woman travels alone from Iraq to Syria, she will be safe enough to halt at any place. She may carry her jewelry over her head but none will dare to loot her. (There will be no robberies). No wild animal will attack her. She will have no fear of them." Based on these principles of justice and equity the following developments shall take place: -Complete eradication of difficulties -Increase in boundaries and general prosperity -Hearts free from any malice and enmity -Women can travel alone in perfect safety. There will be no thefts or robberies. The Holy Prophet has repeated this Divine Promise on numerous occasions. Consequently, most of the scholars have recorded the following tradition among the reports concerning the advent of Mahdi. He will fill the earth with justice and equity like it would be replete with injustice and oppression The majority of the scholars have narrated this tradition on Imam Mahdi. Every Muslim visualizes him as a universal reformer who will bestow absolute peace to the world of turmoil. The Holy Imams have stressed on more invocations for his reappearance and also mentioned the following characteristics in other supplications, O Allah! manifest Justice by him and assure a prolonged existence for the earth." And manifest the justice through him and fill the earth with justice. O Allah! fill the earth with justice and equity like it is brimming with injustice and oppression May Allah bestow on us the divine opportunity to pray for the reappearance of Imam Mahdi. 21. (bismillah) (salam) What are the most authentic narrations concerning the Imamates of the 10th, 11th, and 12th Imams? Saheeh with no dispute on the narrators.
  22. (bismillah) (salam) This hadith is a reminder to me & every lover or follower of the Imam Al-Mahdi (as), are we ready to do everything for our Imam (as) so the truth can be spread ? Full hadith translation : From Ibrahim, from Hamza, Mamun al raqi said : ''I was at my master al saddiq (as) when sahl ibn Hassan alkhorasani (persian) entered. He greeted the imam sat down & said : O son of Rasul Allah to you belongs kindness & mercy. You're the household of Imama. What stops you from asking what belongs to you ? & you have 100.000 shia ready to fight for you ? Al saddiq (as) said : sit down O khorasani may Allah preserve your right then he said : O Hanifa light up the oven so I light it up until it became like white charcoal. Then he (as) said : O khorasani enter the oven. So al khorasani said : O my master of Son of Rasul Allah don't punish me with fire ! Have mercy on me may Allah have mercy on you. so he said you don't have to do it anymore. At that time Haroun al maki entered with sandals in his hands. He said Peace be upon you o son of RasulAllah. So Al Saddiq (as) said to him : throw down the sandals from your hands and sit in the oven. So he threw the sandals from his hands and sat down in the oven. So he (as) started to speak to al khorasani about khorasan (persia) as if he was looking to it. Then he said : O khorasani go look in the oven : so I stood up and saw him shivering, so he came to us and greeted us so the Imam (as) said to him : How many do you find in khorasan like him ? he said : by Allah not even one. so he (as) said: As for us we do not rise up unless we have five that support us ! We know (the best) when to rise up.....'' Reference : Bihar al anwar /part 47 /page 123 /hadith 172
  23. Salamun Alaikum Brothers and Sisters. I had to close my previous youtube channel MAFHHZB for some reasons, but looking at the ongoing onslaught of the Ansars of the Fake Mahdi/Yamani/Imam/Qaim/AllegedSonofHujjatibnHassan(a.s.) on the internet confusing and deviating furthermore people, I regretted having the only stand in video format against their deceits and lies also removed. Hence I have made a new channel and re-uploaded the Series. My research materials or my arguments are not scholars level, I am a laymen, but since no one decided to make anything in media format against their brainwashing, I carried forward my personal research and figured out their aqeedah can be toppled with simple logic based on their contradictory proofs and arguments. Allah guides whom He wills. This is a good case study for upcoming false mahdis, and people not interested in Mahdi claimant Ahmad Hassan in particular(whose actual name is Ahmad Ismail) but requiring a comprehensive general guideline for all mahdi claimants in the future, should begin watching from Ep 10 onwards instead. Scroll down to post #6 to begin watching. 4 Articles have been added after the 13 episodes, beginning from post #42, answering any important topics not touched upon in the series and reinforcing that which had been already conveyed to every heeding ear. May Allah protect us from deviation, and may He hasten the reappearance of our Imam[a], during this difficult period of trial and tribulation.
