  1. Kindly ask your sunni friend who read this nikah ? who was present in this marriage ? can he show us a single shia hadith that says Imam Ali (as) approved it ?
  2. walaykum salam wa rehmat ullah , I fully understand how much agonizing the situation for you is . Well you should have counseling with your parents on this issue and try to convince them and make them realize that the way they treat each other will aggravate the situation for every one . Every one will be affected adversely . If it goes in vain then I believe that sometimes the mind needs to discover the things on its own . Your parents have to realize by themselves . Also if our beloved ones stumble it does not mean that they are lost forever . They can comeback on the right track . We can a
  3. After seeing such a lengthy discussion I have question in my mind after contemplating over numerous ahadith in sunni corupus germane to this topic .My Question is how Sunnis deal with the contradiction present in the following ahadith ? 1-Sahih Bukhari, Book 57, Volume 5, Hadith 60 Narrated ‘Aisha: Fatima sent somebody to Abu Bakr asking him to give her her inheritance from the Prophet from what Allah had given to His Apostle through Fai (i.e. booty gained without fighting). She asked for the Sadaqa (i.e. wealth assigned for charitable purposes) of the Prophet at Medina, and Fadak, and wha

  5. Qur'an is clear about our Prophet(saw) being the seal of the prophets(a.s)[33:40], so we don't need to argue about that. regarding Imams(a.s), we describe them(a.s) as they have described themselves: Chapter Fifty Three 'A'immah, Recipient of Divine Supreme Covenant , Are Similar to Those before Them and the Incongruity of Calling Them Prophets H 696, Ch. 53, h 1 Abu Ali al-Ash’ari has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Humran ibn A‘yan who has said the following: “Once I asked abu Ja‘far, recipient of divine supreme covenant, ‘What is the position of the
  6. The best thing is to do tabeed . Tabeed means to consider the opinions of more than one scholars . In my opinion Tabeed is more benignant than Taqleed also most of the scholars encourages Tabeed like Sadiq Shirazi .
  7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn ‘Amirah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muskan from Ibrahim ibn Shu’ayb who has said the following: “Once I said to abu ‘Abd Allah, recipient of divine supreme covenant, ‘My father has become very old and weak. We pick him up and help him for the restrooms.’ The Imam said, ‘If you can, you should do all of this for him and feed him with your own hand; it is paradise for you tomorrow.’” Al-Kafi, Vol.2, H 2007, CH 65, h 13

  10. As-Safaar narrated from Muhammad ibn Al-Hussain, from Muhammad ibn Isma'il, from Hamza ibn Bazi, from 'Ali al-Sinani, from Abu al-Hassan (as), that he wrote to him in a letter: "Do not say to what has been mentioned by us as Baatil (false), even if you know its the opposite. You do not know why we have said it, and on what face and description." [basa'ir ad-Darajat page 558] [Al Kafi, Volume 8, page 25] [bihar al-Anwar Volume 2, page 209] From Ahmad bin Muhammad ibn 'Isa, from Al-Hussain ibn Sa'id and Muhammad ibn Khalid al-Burqi, from Abdullah ibn Jundub, from Sufyani ibn al-Simd, who
  11. 3laykum salam venerable brother , you have posited a verse that say when person comes to you with a report investigate it the verse does not say investigate the person or does it ? while the rijaal is all about testifying a person now let us contemplate over some ahadith from imams (as) Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following.:”The holy Prophet (s.a.), “Over every truth there is a reality and above every valid issue there is light. Whatever agrees with the holy Quran you must follow it and whatever doe
  12. 3laykum salam I have come across many anti-rijal shias who say that 3lm ul rijal is a tool which is used for circumvention and used to play with ahadith. There is no unanimous agreement on narrators therefore one can weak any narration according to one's likes and dislikes . There is no chain between narrators and rijaal scholars so the entire system of rijal is based on speculation and conjecture . 9o percent of the seerah is weak if strict rijal methodology is applied . They also adduce ahadith which say that one should contemplate over the content not the person who is saying irrespectiv
  13. Masada b. Ziyad is thiqah . The tareeq from Shaykh hurr al-Amuli to the kitab Qurb al-Isnad is sahih.
٢٩٧ - ٢٩٨ - رواه الحميري رحمه الله في الحديث: " ٢٩٧ و ٣٠٢ " من كتاب قرب الإسناد ، ص ٤٥ ط ١تفصيل وسائل الشيعه الى تحصيل مسائل الشريعة للحر العاملي سنة 1104 ه‍ الجزء الخامس عشر ص[ 80 ] 26 - باب حكم قتال البغاة Abdullah Ibn Ja'far Al-Himyari in Qurb Al-Isnad) - Harun Ibn Muslim - Mas'adah Ibn Ziyad - Ja'far (Al-Sadiq) - Muhammad (Al-Baqir), who said that Ali (peace be upon him) did not a
  15. sunnis do not say that muawiya was on haq rather we say hadhrat ali was on haq in all battles . hadhrat muawiya erred in his ijtehaad. we do not label him as kafir as you do [your imam considered him muslim] . as far as the lovers of muawiya hating hadhrat ali yes there was such a group , a group who martyred nisai [kharji]
  16. trying to be a smart rafidhi? see your scholars have labeled hadhrat aisha and mawiya as kufar because they fought imam but your imam conisered them to be muslims in the light of ahadith from your books . what are you gonna say on that ?
  17. despite of all this your imam ali considered him to be a muslim . now according to the takfeeri mathematics of rafidha those who fought imam are kuffar then a question arises why your imam considered them to be muslim? 1- fighting an imam isnt kufr 2-or your imam himslef was oblivious that he was divinely appointed imam :D
  18. khabar ahad is a hujjah but of course if it contradicts other plethora of hadith then it is rejected and there are some ahadith for the prohibition of mutah in shia books but they are all weak and contradict other sahih ahadith
  19. its not an error from tashayyu aspect because in your corpus there is no sahih hadith that burning alive is a sin . however in our corpus there are sahih al sanad ahadith in this context . so i was talking from tasanun aspect . prophet indeed prohibited mutah as i said it was rukhsah after that it was made haraam . i have posted ahadith regarding its prohibition kindly look over that regarding ibn abass this is the hadith
  20. well sahaba (ra) were not infallible like your imams . they were capable of erring and we do not follow them in their mistakes but in their ihsan. A sahabi can be oblivious of some knowledge . some were even oblivious about the basic knowledge of tayammum and hadhrat ali (ra) also erred when he burnt sabaites etc......... also the issues you have mentioned are clearly mentioned as haram in Quran . this is not the case with mutah . mutah is not clearly declared haram in Quran . regarding ibn abass (ra) hadhrat ali (ra) himself said you are a lost man [regarding the issue of mutah] . there are a
  21. mutah was a rukhsah but later forbidden . ٍSubrah ibn Ma`bad (ra) narrated from the Prophet (saw): O people, I had permitted you to make Mut`ah with the women, and Allah has (now) forbidden it until the day of judgement, so whoever among you is still with a woman then he should let her go, and do not take back anything from whi
