You should try "cafemom studios" videos on youtube. They are very good. They include cardio, core strengthening, workout with weights, yoga etc. It is just a 30 minute routine (one video).
I know it is difficult but dont give up yet. Set a target. It is healthy to loose 1-2 pounds a week. So go for it.
