[17:78]" How many prayer times are mentioned? THREE, NOT five. Count them: the "Sun's Decline, Darkness of the Night, and the Morning Prayer." That's THREE, not FIVE. Now, what did the Prophet (PBUH&HF) do? Here's what Ibn Abbas, one of the most famous narrators, says according to the Musnad of Ibn Hanbal (One of the books of tradition): "The Prophet (PBUH&HF) prayed in Madina, while residing there, NOT TRAVELING, seven and eight (this is an indication to the seven Raka't of Maghrib and Isha combined, and the eight Raka't of Zuhr and `Asr combined)." Musnad al-Imam Ibn Hanbal, vol. 1, page 221. Also, in the Muwatta' of Malik (Imam of Maliki sect), vol. 1, page 161, Ibn Abbas says: "The Prophet (PBUH&HF) prayed Zuhr and `Asr in combination and Maghrib and Isha in combination WITHOUT a reason for fear or travel." As for Sahih Muslim, see the following under the chapter of "Combination of prayers, when one is resident": Ibn Abbas reported: The messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) observed the noon and the afternoon prayers together, and the sunset and Isha prayers together without being in a state of fear or in a state of journey Sahih Muslim, English version, Chapter CCL, Tradition #1515 Ibn Abbas reported that the messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) combined the noon prayer with the afternoon prayer and the sunset prayer with the Isha prayer in Medina without being in a state of danger or rainfall. And in the hadith transmitted by Waki(the words are): "I said to Ibn Abbas: What prompted him to do that? He said: So that his(prophet's)Ummah should not be put to (unnecessary) hardship." Sahih Muslim, English version, Chapter CCL, Tradition #1520 Abdullah b. Shaqiq reported: Ibn Abbas one day addressed us in the afternoon(after the afternoon prayer) till the sun disappeared, and the stars appeared, and the people began to say: Prayer, prayer. A person from Banu Tamim came there. He neither slackened nor turned away, but (continued crying): Prayer, prayer. Ibn Abbas said: May you be deprived of your mother, do you teach me sunnah? And then he said: I saw the messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) combining the noon and afternoon prayers and the sunset and Isha prayers. Abdullah b. Shaqiq said: Some doubt was created in my mind about it. So I came to Abu Huraira and asked him(about it) and he testified his assertion. Sahih Muslim, English version, Chapter CCL, Tradition #1523 Abdullah b. Shaqiq al-Uqaili reported: A person said to Ibn Abbas(as he delayed the prayer): Prayer. He kept silent. He again said: Prayer. He again kept silent, and he cried: Prayer. He again kept silent and said: May you be deprived of your mother, do you teach us about prayer? We used to combine two prayers during the lifetime of the messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him). Sahih Muslim, English version, Chapter CCL, Tradition #1524 Ibn Abbas reported: The messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) observed the noon and afternoon prayers together in Medina without being in a state of fear or in a state of journey. Abu Zubair said: I asked Sa'id[one of the narrators] why he did that. He said: I asked Ibn Abbas as you have asked me, and he replied that he[the Holy prophet] wanted that no one among his Ummah should be put to [unnecessary] hardship. Sahih Muslim, English version, Chapter CCL, Tradition #1516 Ibn Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) observed in Medina seven (rakahs) and eight(rakahs), i.e., (he combined) the noon and afternoon prayers(eight rakahs) and the sunset and Isha prayers(seven Rakahs). You obviously dont no who i follow. im not trying to make anyone sufi and i dont think its the right path, im saying that if it did happen would it mean that everyones religion is wrong? or can it happen to anyone regardless of there sect,would a follower of sufism have yasser habi as there dp?
  5. dont forget, if the prophets appeared infront of him then that means that man was on the right path, that means we should all be sufis not shias.. i still doubt it tho

  7. His sheikh has past away, but thats not the point, the question is ,is it even possible to see prophets in real life like this?

Salam 3alaikum, I have a friend who is a "Sufi" and he told me that his sheikh once saw and met with prophet muhammad (pbuh) and prophet khidr (pbuh) , he said that his sheikh said that he sat and spoke to them in REAL life NOT a dream,whats do yous think about this? please provide if possible some sort of evidence that this cant happen.

  10. If you wish to add feel free: The Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) whilst returning from his last pilgrimage, the following verse was revealed: "O Messenger (of Allah)! Convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord. And if you do it not, then you have not, delivered His message (prophethood), and Allah will protect you from the people. Surely Allah will not guide the disbelieving people." (5:67) The prophet then stopped in that exact place (Khum) and told his companions to set a stage, the Prophet then gave a sermon in front of approx. 100,000 and announced his successor Imam Ali (as), he said: "For whomsoever I am Leader (Mawla) Ali is his Leader" the Holy Prophet then added "O Allah love those who love him and be hostile to those who are hostile to him". On that very same day the following verse was revealed: "This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed my favor on you and chosen for you Islam as a religion." (5:3)

Mughairis [al-Mughairiya] who claimed that the Imam after Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (peace be upon him) was al-Mughaira bin Said (May the curse of Allah be upon him). 5. Muhammadis [al- Muhammadiyah] who claimed that the promised Imam Mehdi was Muhammed bin Abdullah bin al-Hassan falsely known as al-Nafs -e- Zakiya who was then killed during the time of Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him). 6. Nawousis [al-Nawousiyah] who claimed that the promised Imam Mehdi was Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) and that he is still alive as a means to get rid of Imam Musa al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) who used to stand up against their deviations. 7. Isma'ilis [al-Isma’iliya] who claimed that the son of Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon), Isma’il was the son after him and that’s to get rid of Imam Kadhim’s leadership who also used to stand up against their deviations. 8. Faat-hies [al-Fathiya] who claimed that the Imam after Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) and before Imam al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) was Abdullah al-Aftah. 9. Waqifis [al-Waqifa] who claimed that the promised Imam Mehdi was Imam Musa al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) and that he is still alive as a means to get rid of Imam Ridha’s leadership (peace be upon him) who used to stand up against their deviations. 10.
